Message from Kevin

Lana sits alone in the corner of a cheerful and modern cafe in Surabaya. The cafe is filled with stylish and contemporary decor, with light-colored walls and comfortable furniture. The music is playing in a pleasant rhythm, creating a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere.

The cafe is famous for creative fresh coffee and drinks, as well as delicious light dishes. Lana sits at a table by the window, looking out while holding a cup of warm latte. His face looked a little grim, filled with feelings of sadness and confusion about his future that Kevin had left behind.

Suddenly, Mia and Raihan appear and walk up to Lana's desk. Mia smiled brightly while carrying a few small parcels from the store across the street, while Raihan brought two cups of coffee.

Mia wore a white top with a wrinkle detail on the front, combined with a feminine pastel-colored midi skirt. She completes her appearance with her matching colored low heels with her skirt. Her hair is neatly arranged with small accessories that give a sweet touch to her hairdo.

Meanwhile, Rayhan wears a dark blue long-sleeved shirt paired with black trousers and brown leather shoes. He added a casual touch by wearing a white T-shirt under his shirt and blending it with a denim jacket hanging over his shoulder. Her hair was left neatly severed, showing a relaxed yet stylish style.

Both look neat and fit into the cozy atmosphere of the cafe. Their appearance reflects their respective styles, Mia with a feminine appearance and Rayhan with a casual style that remains trendy.

"Lana akhh you're here!"greet Mia warmly.

Mia immediately stood in front of Lana who was dumbfounded to see the arrival of the two of them.

She planned to spend some time alone while her heart still had not improved.But I don't know what fate she could now meet this envious couple.

"Mia, Rayhan?"greet Lana.

"Hi, Lana! It turns out we're in the same place. Can we sit down?" rayhan said politely.

Lana smiled faintly, hearing the question, she said, "Of course, please sit down. What are you guys carrying?"

Raihan put a coffee cup on the table "This is Mia's favorite coffee, he if to the cafe it is like this, just drink his favorite coffee just do not drink another hahahaha "

Mia was not offended by what her boyfriend said, but she pulled out a package and smiled broadly."And I brought some of your favorite cakes. We thought this would help remove the gloom from your face."

"Ahh joking You Mia, who the hell is cheap I'm fine anyway"kilah her.

Mia watched him attentively,Mia is indeed the attention of her people."But, Lana, these few days I've seen your face rather grimly. Did anything happen? What can we help you with?"

Lana was a little uncomfortable when asked like that but she immediately waved her hand and said. "Ah, don't worry. I've just been feeling a little unwell lately. Nothing serious."

Raihan nodded quickly, he was not stupid but also not as innocent as Mia.Rayhan knew there was something that made this girl feel uncomfortable as she was now."All right, then hopefully recover quickly. But if there's anything we can do, just say it."

"Thank you, Raihan,Mia . You guys have been kind enough. But now, how are you guys? Any interesting stories?"

"Yes, this cafe is suitable for young people like us. We want to try some of the new dishes they offer" Reyhan added.

"That sounds exciting! I'm glad you two can still enjoy wonderful moments like this."

As Lana watches Mia and Raihan happily enjoying their date, she feels comforted and a little sidetracked from her grief.

Lana suddenly felt a vibration on her mobile phone, indicating an incoming message from WhatsApp. He opens the app and sees a message from Kevin. The message consists of a few short sentences that are written quickly.

WhatsApp Message from Kevin:

" lana! I have arrived in Surabaya. Can we meet now at Hotel Sentosa? It's a hotel across from campus. I want to talk to you. Soon, yeah!"

Hotel Sentosa is a hotel located not far from their campus. Although relatively cheap, this hotel has a pretty interesting look. The building consists of several floors with facades equipped with large windows and small balconies. The entrance of the hotel is made of dark brown wood, giving the impression of warm and comfortable. Around the hotel there are several trees and a small garden, creating a beautiful atmosphere.

"The hotel?cis is getting married to someone else still thinking of taking me to the hotel? does she think I'm a whore or her mistress?"lana thought to herself.

After reading a message from Kevin, Lana feels reluctant to meet him. Although she was trying to hide her feelings, Raihan who was sitting next to her sensed that something was amiss. She noticed Lana's changed expression and her awkward gait.

Raihan asked in a concerned tone, "Lana, is everything okay? I can see something's bothering you. Is something wrong?"

Lana tried to smile, but her eyes were still filled with uncertainty. He found it difficult to express what he was feeling at that moment.

But once the message from WhatsApp Kevin has disturbed his mind and he feels uncomfortable being in the cafe. She doesn't want to disturb the happy mood of Mia and Rayhan who are dating. His heart was turbulent, and he knew he needed to get over his dealings with Kevin as quickly as possible.

Lana tries to smile at Mia and Rayhan, looking for an excuse to leave without looking too suspicious. "Sorry, guys, I have a sudden affair outside. I have to go now," Lana said awkwardly.

Mia immediately looked into Lana's eyes, understanding that something was not right. Mindfully, Mia said, "Well, Lana. If there's anything, you know you can always count on us. Don't think too much about the bad things. Remember that we are always here for you."

Rayhan added, "Yes, Lana. Don't let problems interfere with your happiness. Don't hesitate to talk if you need a friend to listen to."

Lana feels touched by the support and attention of Mia and Rayhan. Although he did not want to tell them about his problem with Kevin, their presence made him feel supported and appreciated. "Thank you, Mia, Rayhan. You guys are really great friends" he said sincerely.

Mia smiled and grabbed Lana's hand, "We're always there for you, Lana. Don't hesitate to share if you feel the need."

With a warm feeling from Mia and Rayhan's words, Lana felt a little better even though her problem with Kevin had yet to be resolved. He knew that he had a true friend who was always there for him, and that gave him the strength to deal with his problems with his head held high.
