Corn Porridge

"Go home. It's late in the afternoon" Dean reminded Alika.

"What about you?"

"I'll stay here to look after Rio, when he falls asleep he often has nightmares and cries when he wakes up" Dean said, closing the curtain.

"Pity him..."

"He was once a very brave and jolly boy, now he's quiet and likes silence"

"alright. Then I go home first" Alika said goodbye to Dean.

Dean simply answered him with a nod. Dean then began to brew tea and drink it, Dean did not know what to do he felt very bored.

On the way home Alika suddenly recalled the time Dean hugged her when she was injected. Remembering those times Alika was smiling a little but that smile was immediately erased from her face when she remembered Johan.

When she got home, Alika sent a message to Dean asking about Rio's situation. "Is Rio awake?" Alika wrote in her message.

"Already, but he suddenly did not want to eat" Sahut Dean while trying to force Rio to eat his food.

"Try her more gently" Alika said in her message.

"He doesn't want to eat and his body temperature is high, if he doesn't eat how he can take medicine" Dean said in his message.

Reading a message from Dean, Alika could tell if Dean was feeling anxious. Alika decides to go back to the hospital and help Dean there, actually Alika hesitated to do that but she also did not have the heart to let Dean take care of Rio alone let alone her own physical condition was not good.

While on the way Alika bought several types of fruit and chocolate. When Alika puts everything on the table and asks Dean to peel it one apple.

"Rio do you want an apple?" Alika said with a friendly smile.

Rio just silently ignored the question from Alika. "Hm... What if your brother peeled the apple and I fed you?" Follow Alika.

"Rio eat something. You have to take medicine" Dean said in a pushy tone.

"alright. If he does not want to eat, let it go" Sahut Alika quickly.

"Hey what does that mean? He's gotta eat"

"But if he doesn't want to why be forced?"

"Would you ask him if he wants to eat or not?" Alika gave the order.

Spontaneously Dean looked at Rio. Rio shook his head indicating that he did not want to eat anything.

"Well, what if you eat? I bought something really delicious" Alika said as she opened her leather bag.

"You don't fuck around" said Dean.

"You're so grumpy, look what I brought for you first" Alika said in her unique voice.

"This is it" Alika said as she showed a food box filled with grits.

"You're! You know I don't like grits" said Dean.

"really? I forget. But since I already brought it here, don't you want to try it?" Sahut Alika seduces Dean.

Rio who was discussing the debate between the two was smiling. He could see if there was love between Dean and Alika but a love so complicated, Rio wanted to unite them but he did not know how.

"Sister try the corn porridge" Rio said in support of Alika.

"You want to torture me?" Dean said with a funny look on his face.

"I'll eat if you eat that porridge" Rio said, teasing Dean.

"Hey you want to torture my brother, too?"

"Eat the porridge and I will eat my food"

"Eits. Who says you can eat different foods?" Alika said back to teasing Dean.

"meaning?" Rio asked confusedly.

"I will feed you this grits and you have to finish it off, whoever eats the most will be the winner and may ask for any prize" Alika said with an amused smile.

Spontaneous Rio replied. "I agree"

"I don't" Dean said inwardly as he nodded his head hesitantly
