Courage "Mother's love"

All the mockery was thrown by the woman to Alika but Alika just remained silent and survived where she sat. There is not the slightest answer or resistance that Alika gave, Johan embraced Alika and continued to convince her if Dean would be okay.

There were no more tears on Alika's face, only blank eyes. "Bajing woman*n, you do deserve this. I hope the child dies after his mother!" Alika's stepmother said back to her.

But this time Alika did not stay silent. She let go of Johan's embrace and stood right in front of her stepmother, for the first time Alika stood up with courage and without hesitation Alika slapped the woman very hard repeatedly.

Seeing that Johan just smiled and blocked Alika's father who was trying to win Alika.

"My wife has every right to defend herself and her family" Johan warned Alika's father. At once the middle-aged man fell silent and could only watch what his daughter was doing.

"I was silent when you insulted me, chided me, even tortured myself. Did you forget?! You've ruined me by taking my father, from me! You made my own father no longer care about me and until now kept quiet!

And how dare you speak ill of my son?! Do you want me to finish you off right now?! If that's what you want, come forward, I'll finish you and your daughter! Because you are now my son in that room fighting for his life!

"Alika stop this.. this does not look like you baby.. Calm down even our child would not want to see you like this" said Johan who then pulled Alika back into his arms.

In Johan's arms, Alika's cries broke. Sadness and anger mixed into one in his heart and he did not know how to reveal it all.

"Miss instead you run as far as you can, because after this I'll make sure you and your daughter can never smile!" Johan said with a hateful look.

"Not been married for a week but you've been so rude to your mother!"

"You're not her mother, and from today on my family no longer has any connection to your family!" Johan said by pointing his finger at the face of the biad*b old woman.

Shortly after, the doctor exits the operating room and informs Johan and Alika of Dean's condition.

Alika and Johan were delighted to hear the news. Alika looks so happy that she unknowingly pulls Johan into her arms for the first time.

"I've lost him a strong boy"

"What doctors can we find him?" Alika asked with her happy face.

"May but later after the patient is transferred to the treatment room" said the Doctor with a friendly smile.

Alika and Johan could finally feel relieved and no longer feel worried. But Alika's stepmother and father are still in the hospital to ask Johan and Alika to retract the report and release Fani and help Doni's company. But Johan firmly rejected it and Alika also supported her husband's decision.

Thirty minutes later Dean is transferred to the VIP inpatient room and along with that Johan and Alika pass away leaving his father and stepmother.

When Dean was in the hospital room, Alika sat next to him in a shirt that was still stained by Dean's blood this morning. Alika grasped Dean's hand tightly and placed the weak hand on his face.

"You told me to be a strong woman? Now I have become a strong woman dear.. Now I will not let anyone hurt me again, and I will also protect you.. Can you now open your eyes to me? Please" said Alika as she shed tears.

"Dean... You want to go to college to make us proud, right? Now wake up I will enroll you to the best university and I promise to look after and love you both forever" Johan said, stroking his son's hair.

Slowly Dean opened his eyes and looked at the two closest to him with a look of happiness. Although his body was still very weak but he looked happy when he saw his two loved ones by his side when he was in need of them.

"Mother.you cry so easily" said Dean softly.

"Bad boy! what did you do just now, huh? Do you want mom to die of a heart attack?! Mom can't even breathe for a second when she sees you" Alika said, scolding Dean with tears of affection.

"My mother, I will never let my mother get hurt" Dean said as he put his hand on Alika's face and wiped her tears.
