The Children of Alika I

Rio cooked dinner for Jingmi and served her on the dining table. Rio then called Jingmi for dinner, Rio greeted Jingmi but his eyes were blank and his face was moody.

After Jingmi finished dinner Rio then moved from his seat and headed for his room. Jingmi followed Rio to her room and lay down beside Rio.

"Mother said you'd come home tomorrow with brother, you're moody all day and have eaten nothing since morning at least drink milk or juice" Jingmi told Rio in her potent voice.

"You eat me not hungry" said Rio briefly.

Jingmi moved out of her place and made a glass of hot milk Rio's favorite for her. Jingmi then brought the hot milk into the room.

"Silver drink I made this for you" Jingmi said as she offered a glass of hot milk.

"I don't want to drink you drink" said Rio indifferently while holding his head.

Irritated Jingmi approaches Rio and thrusts the milk closer to Rio but Rio accidentally pushes Jingmi and makes her fall. The glass of milk fell to the floor and the hot milk rupture also spilled Jingmi's hand.

Rio felt extremely guilty and directly walked over to Jingmi. Rio saw the wound on his sister's hand and he intended to help Jingmi to sit on the bed but Jingmi could not get up because her leg was injured by the chair she had held before she fell.

Rio saw the injuries on Jingmi's legs and hands he felt very guilty towards his sister and he held Jingmi. Rio left Jingmi for a moment, before long Rio returned to the room with a medicine box to treat his sister's injuries.

"I'm sorry, I don't intend to hurt you I just. My thoughts are messed up I was completely unintentionally" Rio said regretfully.

"Sister you're not wrong.I just don't understand your heart this is just a small wound tomorrow will also heal" said Jingmi with a cheerful smile on her face.

That night, Alika and Hans decide to go home because Alika is worried about her other children. As Alika reached her head straight for Rio's room and she saw Jingmi being injured. Alika immediately approached Jingmi and treated her leg and hand wounds.

"It's just a small wound will heal after a few days, is that okay?" Alika said affectionately.

"Sister Rio she hurts more than me, since morning she only cooked for me but she herself did not eat anything she fed me but she did not even want to drink the milk I made" Jingmi said as she turned her gaze towards the scattered glass fragments.

"Hans you keep your sister's mother will talk to Rio" Alika said softly.

Alika then took Rio's hand to take him out of the room and moved into the living room. Alika sat down beside Rio and gave him a glass of water.

"Tell me what makes your heart not calm? Why haven't you eaten anything since morning? And why are you acting like you're not Rio Jingmi's sweet sister?" Alika asked meekly.

"I'm sorry ma'am.I'm just disappointed in myself that I accidentally hurt my sister and it made me feel uneasy all day because I was upset that I took it out on Jingmi and accidentally injured her... but I really don't intend to hurt her ma'am" Sahut Rio explained.
