Jingmi's Birthday Day
Alika walked over while clasping Jingmi's hand. Every now and then Alika looked at her son's joyful face, Alika then let go of her hand and closed Jingmi's eyes with a handkerchief.
Today is Jingmi's birthday. Everyone wanted Jingmi to be able to choose her own way of life so that she would not be cooped up in a necessity to stay hidden and resentful.
Alika brought Jingmi to the beach and invited everyone. She wanted Jingmi to make a decision for her own future even if she wanted to live her own life Alika did not want to force Jingmi to join the company, Alika also did not want to make Jingmi go through everything just because she was forced to.
Alika wants to see Jingmi choose her own life path and be happy without anyone to tease her or question her desperation. Alika believes that Jingmi is mature enough and wise enough to determine her own future.
The reason Alika chose the beach as their place to celebrate Jingmi's birthday is because this place has a very deep meaning. Like the infinite sea of breadth Alika wants Jingmi to have freedom without anyone restricting her, like the ocean so deep Alika wants Jingmi to be able to interpret her life with sincerity, like the life on the sea of infinite kind Alika wants Jingmi to have a lot of happiness, and like the sea whose waves can sweep the coast and remove the scratches on the sand Alika wants Jingmi to remove all the wounds of her heart by forgiving.
"Every time we spend together will be a memory, now is the time for you to choose whether you will let go of my hand or keep holding it I will not forbid you or be angry at you... forever you are the sister I love the most" Rio said as he held Jingmi's hand and then let go.
Alika and Rio were standing some distance away from Jingmi. Alika stood behind Jingmi while Rio on the right side of Jingmi both stood a bit far away so that when Jingmi opened her blindfold she could see everyone standing around her while carrying flowers and gifts for her.
"I've always rebuked you, scolded you, and nagged, I never thought if my little brother would grow up so soon you'd be entitled to have your own life you said you wanted to be a painter as well as open your own gallery... everything is your choice I will always support whatever your decision is if it makes you happy" said Hans, who stood before Jingmi and then walked away from her.
"My mother and my two brothers were the ones who always looked after me, all three were very strict and very possessive, she said, mom always told me to study and be careful mom even sent her boys to my school and college to keep me very possessive, she said, brother Hans always nagged me when my grades were ugly he was so loud and sometimes annoying he forbade me to fight at school but he made my old school almost a mass funeral, brother Rio he's always been gentle with me he's never been angry or harassing me just that he always thinks I'm a kid he even bought me a doll despite knowing that I'm no longer a child..." Jingmi said with a smile and a cry.
