Misunderstand, Wrong Love.
"What's really going on?" Alika asked Hans who was laying his head on Alika's lap.
"I was careless just a small wound need not worry" Sahut Hans hesitated.
"Still want to lie?" Alika asked again.
"Only mother can understand me"
"Tell me the truth"
"Hm.okay two days ago I was in an accident while checking on our construction project in the suburbs, I went into that half-finished building and there was a piece of iron that fell on my shoulder but I pulled it out forcefully yes this is what it is" Hans said with a smile.
"You should be careful! I sent you there just to check on the project instead of sacrificing yourself" Alika said.
"Please promise not to hurt yourself..." Sahut Alika who was putting her hand on Hans' head.
"You can read my heart, ma'am" said Hans.
"I won't ask if you don't want to answer, but I'll wait for you to tell the truth patiently" Alika stroked Hans' hair affectionately.
"Love is a mistake... I'm sorry mom I let you down, I don't want to hurt you with my wrong love but please forgive me" Hans said inwardly as he let out tears that trickled down Alika's lap.
Alika kisses Hans head lovingly as a mother and hugs him. "Mother if I make a mistake will you forgive me?" Hans asked in a hoarse voice as it held back his cries.
"I'm wrong in loving a woman Mom, I love her so much but I won't be able to have her"
"Love without being able to have is hard but it's better than having her without being able to have her heart"
"Mom. I want her but I always realize if I have her then I will definitely hurt you, I'm sorry ma'am because I already love her the wrong woman so much" Said Hans who then hugged Alika with sobbing cries.
"You are innocent Hans. If you love him then I will bless you no matter if I am the one who has to budge" Alika said.
"I chose to let go of that love but why does it hurt so much ma'am" said Hans, sobbing in Alika's arms.
"Whatever your choice, your decision, and the path you choose I will still be there for you. Grasping your hands tightly and guarding you" Alika said as she hugged Hans tightly.
"I love you Alika.. I choose to forget this love but why is this so painful? Why does it feel so tight that I can't breathe? Is this what it feels like to be heartbroken? Mother. I love you" Hans said in his heart.
"Hans.I'm sorry I didn't realize your love for Beca, for my sake you should instead let go of your love for her if this is your choice then I will stay with you and support you because I am your mother" Alika said in her heart.
Alika thinks that Hans loves Beca when actually Hans loves her. Alika never realized if all this time Hans kept love for her, not the love of a child for her mother but the love of a young man for a woman who had always been there for her. Alika's misunderstanding that Hans loved Beca made Hans's heart hurt deeper.
Alika takes Hans back to her room. Alika then accompanied Hans until he fell asleep, Alika looked at Hans sleeping face with a wounded heart.
