"Go with your family and never see Alika again, for now she is ours. He is our happiness"
"Johan you take it easy, from today onwards Alika is yours. I'm sorry for the actions of my stepdaughter who hurt your son"
"For that you don't have to interfere because I will definitely teach her a proper lesson, not just your stepson but your wife as well"

Just like his promise, Johan takes his demands on Fani and lets her go along with her father and mother to get away from the lives of Alika and Johan.
Meanwhile, Alika's hospital is feeding Dean and joking with him. Alika feels that now she has been separated from the burden of a very heavy heart. Dean's smile seemed to treat all of his wounds and remove all of his brilliance.
Alika feels that Dean is special to her. "This boy.. was he really made for me?" Alika said in her heart while feeding Dean.
"Mother don't wear vegetables" Dean protested Alika with a sweet, spoiled look on her face.
"This celestial is good for health" insisted Alika who feeds Dean with a little force.
Shortly thereafter the doctor came to give Dean his final shot. The real Dean who was not afraid of the injections was spoiled for Alika by pretending to dislike the injections.
"You're 20 years old but you're afraid of injections like a child" Sahut Alika teased Dean.
When the doctor approached with an injection Dean pretended to be frightened until he could not speak and closed his eyes tightly Alika who felt unbearable then clasped her hands tightly.
"Doctor why his back is injected" asked Alika for not having the heart to see Dean scared.
"Because we will find the best point to be able to relieve the pain and accelerate the spread of the drug" said the doctor calmly.
"Please do it quickly doctor. My son doesn't like to be injected"
"Well madam but before she has to sit down first"
The doctor then began injecting Dean very slowly and carefully. "Damn! why does it feel so sick!" Dean said in his heart while enduring the pain and subconsciously grasped Alika's hand very tightly.
When the doctor finished injecting the drug Dean felt like his body was running out of energy. "Mother.I feel uncomfortable, it feels like my back is being stabbed and my body is limp" Dean complained to Alika.
"Doctor why does he feel bad? what medicine did you give my son?" Ask Alika who is worried.
"Let's be calm, madam, there's nothing wrong with this drug, but the human body will respond to it in different ways. The pain will go away in ten minutes, and I will stay here to watch her progress" the doctor said.
"Dean... Can you hold on a little more? The pain will go away in ten minutes" Alika said, calming Dean down.
"Damn I should have refused the injection! now I really hate injections!" Dean complained to his heart.
"Mother..."
"Dean come here. You have to be strong, hold on a little bit more" said Alika who then hugged Dean attentively.
"Doctors, is there any way to reduce the pain?" Alika asked who could not bear to see Dean's situation.
"There is no mistress because this is a high dose drug so it is impossible to give your child another medicine for the time being"
5 Minutes later
"Has the pain diminished?" Alika asked with great attention.
"Mom..can I stay in my mother's arms, until this pain goes away" Dean said softly.
"Mom will hold you, every time you feel pain, I'll hold you..." Sahut Alika while hugging Dean with affection.
"Let me hold you and stay by your side, because I love you so much. This pain is a small proof of my love's sacrifice" Dean said in his heart as he continued to fight the pain.
