The sun shone through the window of the hospital where Ayumi was treated, she stood in front of the window, next to which stood an inpus support pole whose hose was still attached to her left hand, his black eyes staring into the distance looked blank, his mind wandered.
No one knew what the girl had in mind, all this time she always looked ordinary in front of everything, she laughed and said that she was fine. But no, he's not fine, how could he be fine after everything that happened.
"What are you doing there? You need to rest a lot."
Ayumi flinched back from her daydream and turned her back to face the owner of the heavy voice who was now standing in front of the door, his tall strapping body was clad in a long-sleeved red-black checkered shirt that rolled up the elbow, looking fitting with his black pants.
Ayumi smiled at the man who had been taken care of for not a second, and today she forced him to go home and rest, but look... the man just took a shower and changed his clothes.
"Why don't you just rest at home?" Ayumi asked as she looked at the sharp-eyed man gently.
Erik walked slowly toward the figure of the woman he loved so much, a smile spread as his sharp eyes looked at the round eyes of the girl, his hands uncommanded raised to embrace his tiny body, his little body, but something in his heart reminded him of their true status.
Erik clenched his hands and put them in his pants pocket to resist his urge to hug the girl. His heart ached to remember the figure he had longed for in front of him but a higher and larger wall prevented them from loving each other.
"Because I miss you so much" Erik replied with a smile, his sharp eyes now wishing Ayumi a sad look.
Erik flinched, his eyes wide open, his body silently pecking, his chest beating violently when suddenly without warning the girl hugged him tightly first, his head was thrust into the chest of his field so that his nose could smell the distinctive smell of Ayumi he had always longed for.
“Do you not want to hug me?” ayumi asked with a muffled voice behind her chest.
Erik closed his eyes tightly, for God's sake he was eager to hug the girl but he was afraid he could not let go, if he could and allowed he would embrace the girl for the rest of his life, but their love is forbidden. Not only parents who forbid even God will be angry if they are determined to defend it.
Slowly Erik took his hand out of his pants pocket and began to wrap it around Ayumi's body, who was hugging her even tighter, his head he hung out on the girl's long hair to breathe her fragrance that filled every place in her lungs and kept it inside the deepest soul.
“I'm lying if I don't want to hug you,” said Erik while breathing again the fragrance of the girl's body.
“So, why don't you hug me if you want to do it.”
‘Because I couldn't,’ Erik replied inwardly, he closed his eyes again before saying, “Because I don't want you to get hurt, didn't you just have surgery?” which Ayumi answered with a weak nod.
The room was silent again, both of them seemed not to want to ruin the togetherness of the moment with meaningless conversations, let them enjoy togetherness in a more meaningful silence.
Until Erik finally took a deep breath before finally releasing his embrace and pushing Ayumi's body away, his eyes again looked at the girl's round black eyes, “You better go back to bed and rest.” Erik broke the silence Ayumi responded to with a frown.
Erik smiled hearing Ayumi's babble like a sulking child while walking towards the bed.
“If you're cured, you can go wherever you want” Erik covers the legs of Ayumi who is now back sitting on the bed.
“You're right,” Ayumi smiled as she looked at Erik gently, “If I'm healed I want both of us. Only we both go to pretty places, you know, you will record each of our travels with your camera and I will be the object of your photograph, I will try to look so beautiful in front of your camera that you will not look for other beautiful objects and just focus your camera lens on me.”
Erik was silent at Ayumi's words, his hands clasped the blanket tighter, he had to manage his emotions first before he looked at the girl and then smiled.
“Let's just relax, I won't point my camera lens at another woman other than you.”
Ayumi nodded with a satisfied smile at Erik's words, Ayumi had just opened her mouth when her nursery door was knocked and then her father came in who instantly made the girl's eyes sparkle and a big smile rose on her lips but the smile was instantly lost when he saw someone behind his father, not only Ayumi but Erik also looked up to see a very familiar figure now standing in front of them.
Silence suddenly enveloped the room, everyone seemed to be uncomfortable with the current condition, Ayumi looked at the figure of the middle-aged man before her with a look full of mystery.
“How are you doing today, Yu?” Radit Maheswara broke the silence that made Ayumi turn her gaze towards her father and instantly the look in her eyes turned soft.
“It's been better, Pah,” she replied with a smile that made her father nod in understanding.
“Ayumi, he is Kim Minhyuk and he is..”.
“His father Erik,” cut Ayumi while looking back at Kim Minhyuk who was also staring at her, “She Father?” Ayumi asked as she looked at Erik who was standing beside the bed and she saw the man nodding in response.
“How are you, sir? We've met before.”
“Good... how are you?” kim Minhyuk asked nervously.
“Thanks to the blood donor you gave me, I've been much better, thanks.”
Everyone was now staring at Ayumi in disbelief, did she already know the truth?
