They are now sitting in the hospital head room which is none other than Dr. Choi, Ayumi's stepfather who has just received a blood donor from Kim Minhyuk, who is thought to have a blood type and blood type match with him. Now there is no more who can deny that Erik's father is Ayumi's biological father.

“Can you explain to us what really happened?” Dr. Choi broke the silence, everyone waiting for an explanation from Mr. Maheswara who initially everyone knew as the real father of the girl who was now lying unconscious in the ICU room.

The middle-fifty man now looks very tired and messy, to be honest Dr. Choi feels sympathy for him but for now he desperately needs an explanation of what really happened. The only one in the room right now is Dr. Choi, Kim Minhyuk and Radit Mahaswara, while Erik, Kevin and Rama are in charge of looking after Ayumi and Dr. Choi promised to explain to them later.

“Ayumi's mother, Minami, is a beautiful and kind woman, we studied at the same place... Minhyuk,” said Radit Maheswara as he looked at Kim Minhyuk who looked very shocked to know about the fact that he had a daughter who had grown up.

“We were all close friends, and I also found out that Minami and Minhyuk were in a relationship. They are the couple that everyone envies. Minami is the prettiest girl on our campus, while he is the son of a Korean businessman who was developing his business in Japan at the time, all women want to have a relationship with him. Their relationship runs like a pair of lovers drunk in love, they are inseparable. Until one day Minhyuk returns to Korea and leaves Minami, but he is convinced that his lover will return to him. A week later a woman came to him and introduced herself as Minhyuk's fiancee, Minami was very surprised to learn that her lover was already engaged so she eventually fell ill and fainted, that's when we found out about her pregnancy.”

Radit Maheswara was silent for a while before continuing his story, kim Minhyuk recalls the day she returned to Korea with the intention of telling about her relationship with Minami but was shocked by the arrival of her former lover who left her without news. “Iya.. she came back to Minami and said that if you are married and asked Minami not to come near you again, she did not believe just with the words of the woman even she told about her pregnancy, but the woman instead asked him to abort because you already have a son.”

Like being struck by lightning Kim Minhyuk now looks so frustrated, he can only sit limp realizing that his wife had known about the existence of Minami, the woman he loved who was containing blood of his flesh.

“Tak believe it, I drove Minami to Korea myself to check the truth considering you have never once mentioned about your marriage. Do you remember the incident that day that Minami and I came to your house, and you bravely kicked it out and showed it in front of your whole family! And I swore at the time that it would kill you if those bodyguards hadn't stopped me,” furious Radit Maheswara with fiery eyes because of the anger that re-emerged to the surface remember the fateful night when he was with Minami who was pregnant received unpleasant treatment from friends and also the father of the baby in the womb of the woman.

“You didn't even want to hear why she met you just to tell you about her pregnancy. That night we were devastated to return to Japan. He still maintained his content no matter everyone scorned and insulted him. I returned home to Indonesia but we kept in touch, until one day Minami called me and told me that she had given birth to a daughter, she sounded very happy at the time, she gave her daughter name Ayumi, a pretty name for a beautiful little baby.”

The middle-aged man was seen smiling when he mentioned the name of the princess he had raised with full kasayang, like his own biological daughter. But his smile instantly disappeared along with his long breath.

“But his happiness was not long, five months later he contacted me if he had an accident while on the run from your father's man.”

“My dad?” kim Minhyuk asked looking confused.

“Yes, your father, he finally found out about his grandson's whereabouts and met him several times. He forces Minami to hand Ayumi over to him. But Minami knew that although Ayumi would be brought up in luxury, she would not be able to see her little daughter back and not necessarily get the affection she should have. Not accepting Minami's refusal, your father tried to take Ayumi by force so he eventually escaped and hid in Osaka. In his escape he had an accident until finally he was found again, because he did not want to lose his daughter he said that Ayumi had died. He knew your father wouldn't believe him so easily, so even though it was hard he asked one of his neighbors who served in the orphanage to take his daughter away.”

Everyone was silent no one let out a word, Kim Minhyuk was seen frowning his temples, disappointed and angry towards his father and wife crying out to the surface how they were all silent and secretive about the whereabouts of his daughter, after more than 25 years, she has found out that she has a daughter who is now in critical condition. From the first time he met he had suspected that the girl was Minami's daughter and had been terbesit that she was his daughter. There are too many similarities between them and after Dr. Choi, who is Ayumi's stepfather, explains that he is the daughter of his deceased wife from an Indonesian man, so the suspicion is proven that the girl is the daughter of a friend and also her ex-lover.

“He knows if Ayumi lives with him or with Minami's parents, then your father with all his power will take Ayumi away, so he called me to pick up his daughter and take care of her like my own daughter, he asked me to promise to keep a secret about who his parents really are. Even though he could not hug his little daughter at least he knew his pride and knew that his daughter would be fine. Until finally a few years ago Ayumi found out about her mother's whereabouts and I was no longer able to prevent her from meeting her real mother, but it was too late... Minami is no longer adalagi in this world to see her daughter who has grown into a beautiful and smart woman.”

Radit Maheswara ends his story weakly, recalling how Minami pleaded with him in tears to take her daughter away and asked her to promise to send him a photo of Ayumi's development and to keep her birth parents' identities a secret, he could imagine how his best friend suffered so much from missing his little daughter until the end of his life.

Kim Minhyuk, whose eyes have been reddened, dissolves into a sea of regret after learning how he suffered from the woman he once loved so much, and it was all because of his mistake, had he not been so cowardly as to obey his parents' request to leave Ayumi just because of a threat, perhaps none of this would have happened. Too much should be spewed on the head of a man who still looks handsome in his mid-fifties, but it's all for nothing. Twenty years have passed, too much suffering has been experienced by Minami and Ayumi, an apology and a sense of regret will not easily erase everything.
