The ER room suddenly looks busy after Ayumi who is covered in blood is pushed into the room, some doctors who recognize the girl look surprised and immediately give first aid. Erik and Kevin who seemed to be trembling for fear of something bad happening to their loved ones could only stand with anxious feelings to see the doctors doing their job, pairing Ayumi with various tools to check her condition.
“You've contacted the surgeon? We have to do the operation as soon as possible!”
“That, Dr. Lee has arrived!”
Everyone is looking at Dr. Lee, who ran with anxious face towards the doctor who was huddled to check on Ayumi, suddenly his eyes widened and his face paled to see the girl who made him fall in love and also had him hurt, he said, lying unconscious with blood.
“No! You, don't you dare touch his body, do you understand!” Erik shouted while pulling the collar of the man whose eyes were only on the unmoved body before him.
“I asked for another doctor! Are there no more surgeons in the hospital? You hear me, don't let this baj*ngan touch his body!” Erik yelled back to make everyone in the room look at each other clueless about what happened.
“He is the best surgeon here,” says Dr. Choi who walked in a hurry after getting a call from Kevin about the condition of his daughter, “So let him operate on my daughter.”
“But he..”.
Kevin touched Erik's shoulder, his eyes staring intently at Dr. Lee, “If something happens to him, I'll kill you, do you understand?” he said it was cold, then he gave an order to Erik to release it which directly rushed towards Ayumi.
Dr. Lee asked Ayumi's condition to the doctors and nurses who were still recovering from their shock with the incident, so the surgeon had to yell in a yell to receive an answer from all of them. He suddenly froze as his eyes caught something glittering around the girl's neck, a necklace with the initials of the two of them that had now been splattered with blood.
Her heart felt squeezed, her chest hurt, her eyes heated up when she realized the meaning of the girl wearing the necklace she gave, she had been waiting for Ayumi to wear the necklace all this time but was not in this bloody condition, a condition that was a little caused by him.

He regained consciousness after one of the doctors called him several times, the doctor now asked him to look at the monitor that showed the results of Ayumi's examination as a whole.
“Set up operating room 2, we will do operation asap.”
“Dr. Lee, the blood has come out. Ayumi has AB-blood and our supply of negative blood is limited.”
“Sial!” Dr. Lee curses and looks at Erik, Kevin and Dr. Choi who anxiously awaits the results of Ayumi's examination.

Ignoring Kevin's cynical tone, Dr. Lee looked at Dr. Choi, “Prof. Choi, Ayumi has AB negative blood and she has lost a lot of blood, we need blood donation as soon as possible.”
Dr. Choi gasped at the rare blood type that his daughter had, a blood type that only 1% of people in the world had, which meant that the blood stock was extremely rare. Although it can still receive donors from other negative blood types, negative blood donors are very rare and the only thing that allows donating is their biological family.
“Alright, I will contact his father in Indonesia but it seems he can not come as soon as possible... Ramah! Young Jung, you call Rama, tell him about Ayumi's condition and ask him to come as soon as possible.”

3 Hours passed but there was no sign of the operation having been completed, everyone was already looking very tired but no one wanted to leave the gripping waiting room. Some of Ayumi's resident doctor friends give them hot coffee to warm up. Rama's eyes had swollen because he did not stop crying over his brother, previously alternately they have done blood checking but unfortunately their blood is not suitable to be a donor Ayumi because Rama has a positive blood type B, while Erik, Kevin and Dr. Choi has a common blood type, O positive.
Almost 4 hours Ayumi had surgery, several nurses were seen running to get a supply of blood and it made everything worse in anxiety. Rama who did not stop crying from earlier is now asleep in Kevin's arms. While Erik looks very desperate and devastated when in front of his own eyes he witnessed how someone deliberately injured the woman he loved with all his heart to almost lose his life, and he promised inwardly that he would never forgive anyone who did that to his lover even if it was his own ex-fiance.
After 5 more hours the lights above the operating room door finally died and shortly thereafter, Dr. Lee who was still wearing full operaasi clothes came out from there and immediately greeted everyone with anxious expectations.
“We have managed to overcome the bleeding in his lungs and kidneys, as well as the installation of pens on two broken ribs, but he still has to go through a critical period for 24 hours. All we need to do is pray that he can get through it and see it come to his senses. It will soon be moved to ICU.”
Dr. Lee gave an explanation that made the four of them slightly exhale in relief, then he went away saying their deaths all at a quick pace. He was grateful that Ayumi was able to pass the operation well despite having a critical experience because her blood dropped dramatically and her heart had stopped beating but she managed to restore it after struggling desperately without giving up, although some of the doctors who were there had asked him to surrender, he could not lose the girl or she would die with him.
His heart ached when he recalled the frail body of Ayumi who was full of blood, his heart felt squeezed, his eyes felt hot and when the door of his room was closed he could no longer stem the cry he had withstood from earlier. However, his initial intention was to approach the girl only because of his sister's request to make him hurt, but it was inevitable that the round-eyed girl had stolen his heart completely, having placed her in the most special place in her heart, she fell in love with him when she first saw him enter the Busan hospital building.
