Girl In The Winter's

Girl In The Winter's
Chapter 33

"Young!" Joonie exclaimed with a happy face.

"Why your face? What's going on?" Asked the thick-browed man in an anxious voice after seeing his sister's condition, he stood looming before Joonie without noticing the other person sitting in front of his sister.

"Some people beat me up, they took my money and phone. That's good, Noona came and helped me."

"Nona?"

"Yes, Ayumi Noona," Joonie replied with a smile towards Ayumi who was still silently peeking, Erik turned his body and immediately his breath choked when he saw the woman who always filled his mind was sitting while looking at him.

"Noona. This is my brother, Kim Seung Won... Hyung, he's the one who saved me, Ayumi Noona," Joonie said casually without noticing the faces of the two who looked equally surprised.

A very awkward silence rippled to the surface and finally realized Joonie there was something wrong with the two people in front of him.

"Do you know each other?" The question breaks the silence.

"Your brother has come. I'd better go now." Ayumi quickly stood up, she was just about to step away when someone stopped her.

"Noona, hold!" Joonie cried while holding his hand, "Hyung, I'm hungry how about we have dinner? We have to treat Ayumi noona for saving me" he continued, staring at Erik.

"No need, you two go out to dinner, I'm leaving now."

"Noona, come with us." Joonie pleads with a face as parched as an adorable kitten.

"Let's go to dinner" Erik said after seeing Ayumi couldn't possibly refuse his sister's request.

"Ti. don't, I'll just go home."

"We're leaving now." Erik said as if not listening to the girl's rejection, he walked away leaving Ayumi and Joonie behind knowing his sister was not a person who was easily rejected, he must have managed to take the girl away with them.

"Let's go!" Joonie exclaimed in a cheerful tone while embracing Ayumi's hand and pulling her to come with them.

Ayumi thought they would only eat around Haeundae, but it turned out that Erik took them to Gwanganli beach, a beach no less beautiful than Haeundae beach close to the city center.

Joonie who along the way sat in the back seat with Ayumi for fear of the girl running away made Erik look like their driver. And along the way his sister continued to complain because the distance is quite different from Ayumi who looks happy finally can get around the city of Busan, the, because during his stay in Busan he had never been anywhere other than around Haeundae.

"Waaah. cool!" Shouted Joonie after they arrived at one of the seafood restaurants in the 'Cafe City, they sit on the outside seats that present a view of the 7.42 kilometer long Gwangan Bridge (Gwangan Bridge) decorated with lights so that it adds to the beauty of the beach at night.

"Noona, is this also your first time here?" Joonie asked after seeing the girl was no less enthusiastic than him, Ayumi nodded with a happy smile that made Erik unconsciously smile.

"Hyung, I borrowed your real phone."

Without asking a lot of questions Erik gave his phone that was immediately struck with joy, several times he took a selfie with some style, until finally he embraced Ayumi's shoulder.

"No. kimchiii!" Joonie exclaimed while showing a row of his white teeth even though after that he grimaced in pain due to the wound on the tip of his lips.

At first Ayumi looks shy until finally she smiles sweetly in front of the camera phone held Joonie in front of them.

"Hyung, come and take a picture with us!"

For a while Ayumi and Erik look at each other when they hear Joonie's request, Ayumipun's refusal is only considered the wind and then by him, while Erik does not want to miss the opportunity was wasted, he stood beside Ayumi.

"Hyung, your longest hand is the one holding the camera" Joonie said, handing over the phone. Set against the view of the Gwangan bridge that looks sparkling at night the three of them capture the moment together with a smile towards the camera.

"Hyung, do you come here often with your fiancee?" Joonie asked after the waiters served large-sized crabs, grilled squid and of course a wide variety of seafood served as shasimi with a variety of sauces, such as, soy sauce and wasabi as complementary ingredients which is a special food Busan famous for the freshness of its seafood.

Ayumi pretends not to listen to Joonie's words who is now trying to destroy the crab claws using pliers. He was busy opening the cardigan and also the scarf he wore then attached it to the back of the chair.

"Oh Noona, I haven't told you yet, Seung Won hyung is engaged.." Joonie's words stopped because he had to exert his strength to suppress the pliers that finally managed to break the mercury crab's claw, "But I don't like her fiance..." Joonie took out the crab meat and then devoured it deliciously, "He's like a spoiled princess who will be angry if his wish is not fulfilled" he continued with a full knee.

Erik was just speechless hearing Joonie's words, as if he had listened to it often from his sister's mouth. Erik breaks the crab easily, he takes out his flesh and gives it to Ayumi who is initially surprised by Erik's treatment but eventually accepts.

Erik is now silently sculpting as his eyes look at something adorning Ayumi's open neck. A white gold necklace with a pendant in the shape of a snow flower studded with diamonds in the middle.

Unaware of Erik's gaze, Ayumi excitedly enjoyed the crab that the man had opened. Joonie's babble resuscitates Erik and it takes a few minutes for him to return to normalcy.

"You know, Hyung, I'm the best at judging people, I think he's just pretending to be nice and I don't like people who pretend to be."

"Don't like to judge others if you don't know them" Ayumi said casually as she picked up pieces of grilled squid that had been given red chili sauce.

"I don't need to know him well to judge his nature, we just met earlier but I know you're a good person." Joonie said as he refocused on destroying his crab.

"You know, Joonie. looking for the ugliness of others and judging it is very easy, but taking responsibility is hard."

Erik was silent at Ayumi's words, then he took back the pieces of abalone and dipped them into soy sauce that had been given wasabi.

"As recently I heard a young artist misrepresenting a question of history being asked, and immediately the whole of Korea judged him as stupid, he said, the netizens judged him until I saw him crying in front of the television to apologize."

"Aah you're right I saw him, I fucked him too."

Ayumi nodded at Joonie's words, "But Joonie, does everyone who insulted her know the real answer? No, a Professor even to do research and it turns out that of all students in Korea only 40% know the right answer, the remaining 60% answered wrong like the artist earlier."

Ayumi stopped to chew a piece of tuna in shasimi and swallowed it and continued her speech.

"So one will easily see the faults of others only by a slight error, rather than seeing the good of themselves. People easily insult him stupidly just because of one question that they also cannot necessarily answer, he said, rather than praise him for the series of achievements he got that even they were not necessarily able to achieve half of his achievements."

Erik and Joonie are now silent to digest the words of Ayumi who is now casually enjoying the crab meat that Erik has opened.

"So you're saying, I'm not necessarily right when I call him someone who likes to pretend?"

Ayumi nodded with a smile looking at Joonie who seemed to be thinking, "You don't know him well yet, so you have no right to judge him like that. Like the people who insulted the artist earlier, they only knew the artist from television so they had no right to insult him to such an extent."

"Aaah Noona. I did not misjudge you, you are indeed a good person!" Joonie exclaimed with a smile to make his eyes only stay in line and that even made him even more adorable.

"Look down, Noona, I'm good at judging people so I can't get it wrong, he's good at pretending, anyway," joonie said with a passionate smile that made Ayumi can only take a deep breath because her words that frothy up were not listened to in the slightest by the man who is now spending his shasi with a bright face.

Erik was just speechless listening to the conversation, he saw how Joonie liked Ayumi so much, he even chose the best parts of the food in front of them and gave it to the girl who looked happy. The two of them even joke around like brothers and sisters and it makes Erik feel calm and peaceful, without realizing he will smile when Joonie joked about making Ayumi laugh, if only he could stop this time forever, he could see his two loved ones laughing happily beside him.

"Ayumi, what are you doing here?" A cold voice belonging to someone stopped the laughter of the three of them, Ayumi widened her eyes when she saw the man who had skin as pale as a Vampire, a firm jaw with sharp eyes that now rained down on her standing before them.

"Dr. Lee," said Ayumi lirih.
