The sharp-eyed man stood among the crowd of people who were watching the crowd in front of Busan Hospital. His heart was pounding violently, anger was gushing to the surface, his hands were clenched firmly behind his jacket pocket, his sharp eyes were staring at the people who were now cursing at the round-eyed girl, his hunting breath held in anger as they started pelting the girl, his feet were just about to step in to protect the girl he had been longing for when he saw a man splitting the crowd and hugging the girl, protecting him.

For a moment he was silent, his heart seemed to stop beating when he saw Ayumi in the arms of the man he knew as a friend and also the brother of his fiancee. He saw how Lee Soo Hyuk had boldly threatened everyone who had cursed Ayumi before finally ignoring everyone, the surgeon specialises in removing Ayumi's frail body in his arms and taking her inside the hospital building.

The crowd watching the 'show' had split as the man walked towards them, all eyes now on the couple including Erik, his teeth were grinding in anger when he saw how pale Ayumi's face was hidden behind the chest of Soo Hyuk's field, his hair and clothes looked dirty with flour and eggs that were now also littering the handsome doctor's white shirt that continued to walk towards his room regardless of the gazes and whispers around him, Erik continued to watch the two with his chest tightened until finally the silhouette of their bodies disappeared from his view.

With a shunt he walked to the cafe on the ground floor of the Hospital to buy coffee, after ordering an Americano he sat in one of the chairs waiting for his order, when his ears caught some nurse talking about what just happened.

"Do you see what Dr. Lee did that? My God, it's so cool like the ones in the dramas."

"You're right. aahh dr. Ayumi is very lucky."

"After conquering Dr. That handsome Lee, he was even rumored to be dating Kevin, a singer who was also very handsome."

Erik stood up from his chair while pounding the table and pushing his chair to make a loud noise when his number was called indicating his order was ready, and the action was successful in making the group of gossip jumped in shock, he stared at the crowd with sharp eyes as sharp as knives that made them shudder in horror and bow down in fear. With her chest tightened in anger after hearing what they said about Ayumi, Erik walked towards the counter with his jaw hardened to pick up his order then walked out of the place.

Erik was furious, he hurriedly entered the elevator towards the fifth floor where Yuri was being treated, his chest still burning with anger as he walked down the hospital hallway towards the room where his fiancee was, in fact, in, he could not figure out how they could talk about people they did not know just because of what they saw and heard without knowing what happened.

Erik stopped his steps abruptly, his body stiff, a cold aura running through his entire body, his eyes widened when he realized what had just been in his mind.

"Each eye has its own view depending on which side we see it from. You believe what you want to believe, even if it's not necessarily the truth, and it will eventually make you the most selfish person."

"What you think is right is not necessarily right, and what you think is wrong is not necessarily wrong."

Erik recalled Ayumi's words yesterday.

"You know, you've judged me twice without asking me first."

Erik bowed his head, his eyes closed tightly, in his heart he cursed himself for holding on to his ego and clinging to his stubbornness without even listening to the explanation of the girl first, for how long he stood in the hallway cursing his folly until the voice of a woman awakened his daydream.

"I'm waiting for you" said Erik, trying to be normal, he stood up straight and walked to take over pushing the girl's wheelchair out of the nurse's hand.

"You should have waited for me inside instead of standing at the door like that" Yuri said with a smile, these few days she was so happy to receive more attention from her fiance.

"Are you from the lab?" Erik asked after they entered his inpatient room.

"Yes, I just did a blood test one last time, if the results are good then as planned tomorrow I can have a transplant surgery."

Erik nodded then walked towards the window staring at the garden view of the Hospital. Lee Yuri, his fiancee is not a new person he knows, they have known for several years, he is the younger brother of his best friend Lee Soo Hyuk. They had bonded as lovers, in fact, she was a good girl who was too abundant in affection and also material by her family so that it made the girl very spoiled and very possessive, he must have whatever he wants, and because of his nature that makes Erik leave the girl out of the country and eventually he falls in love with Ayumi who has an independent and simple nature.

The match between them reconnects when he returns home to Korea and loses his memory, using it as the families of both sides try to match them. When his memory has returned he tried to pursue his lost love but saw Ayumi and Kevin when it made him lose his logic and without thinking long he accepted the match, especially after Mr. Lee begged him and said that the girl suffered from kidney failure to have to do regular blood washing, and finally after a long wait last week they got word about the donor kidney and after a series of tests, the plan tomorrow will be kidney transplant surgery.

"Oppa, did you know that there was a shocking incident?" Yuri looked at Erik with sparkling eyes that the man responded with a cold look.

"No" he answered briefly.

"You know, I heard it from the nurses that dr. Ayumi is confronted by several journalists and also Kevin fans who crowded since last night in front of the Hospital, they throw it with all kinds of objects, but suddenly Soo Hyuk oppa pulled dr. Ayumi into her hug and carried her. aish! I didn't know she could be that cool."

Yuri ended the story with a bright smile full of pride towards her brother, "Oppa, do you think dr. Ayumi and Kevin are dating? But what about my brother?"

Erik took a deep breath while shrugging his shoulders, "I don't know." He answered briefly again.

"If it turns out that the gossip is true, it means that Soo Hyuk oppa will be heartbroken. Know it? The nurse said that Soo Hyuk oppa even banned anyone from going into the toilet because of dr. Ayumi was wearing it, she even had a fight with Dr. Mi Rae is about to break into the toilet!" Yuri laughed on the sidelines of the story, "Dr. Mi Rae must be very angry, considering how Soo Hyuk Oppa dumped her first and now Oppa is so protective of other women in front of everyone."

Erik was speechless at Yuri's fiery story, there was an uncomfortable feeling in his chest when he heard how other men were protecting Ayumi which should be his responsibility to protect the girl, but all he did was hurt his heart without pause.

"Is he okay? One of the nurses said dr. Ayumi's hurt."

Erik widened his eyes, his heart pounding violently when he heard Yuri say, "He... injured?"

Yuri nodded, "Yes, it was probably hit by the throw earlier."

Erik's clenched hands held back anger considering what had been thrown by the protesters until it hurt the girl's head. Kevin, this is all because of that fucking guy, Erik swears in his heart he won't let it go until there's nothing with the girl he still loves.
