Friend Bed
Funeral

Kenzo drove his car at such high speed. 'Hopefully I'm not too late, ' murmured Kenzo. Half an hour later, he arrived at the address that Maya had told him about. Kenzo parked his car in front of a narrow alley and then entered the alley and stopped in front of a house that now seemed crowded by a crowd of residents. A yellow flag was placed in front of the house.

Kenzo's heart beat faster when he entered the house. Seemed the corpse that had been forgiven was in the living room of the house, a middle-aged woman was now crying sobbing while staring at the corpse, her thin body now looked so frail, it looked so frail, sweat mixed with tears now looks wet his face. Two teenagers on his right and left who were also teary-eyed also seemed to calm him down. Not far from them, Maya was staring at the corpse while crying.

Kenzo then approached Maya. "Maya," call Kenzo.

"Oh Mr. Kenzo."

"I'm sorry I didn't pick up a call from you because I was talking important things with Mama."

"Oh it's okay, sir."

"What really happened, May? Has Aleta suffered a calamity?"

Maya then shook her head. "No sir, he didn't suffer any calamity. Aleta is actually not only experiencing paralysis, her left nerve is dead so she has a slight metabolic disorder in her body which eventually causes the function of her five senses continue to decline. Last afternoon Aleta had difficulty breathing, then her condition continued to decline until finally this afternoon she breathed her last," Maya replied while wiping her tears.

"Sorry, I don't know that. All we know is, Aleta's just been paralyzed."

"I'm so sorry, Mom," said Kenzo. Mother and sister Aleta then looked at Kenzo.

"Thank you so much for coming to our house Mr. Kenzo, you and your family have helped us a lot. We on behalf of Aleta say thank you very much for your kindness, we also apologize if during her life, Aleta has ever done anything wrong to you all."

"Yes, it's okay, ma'am. So Aleta's body will be buried tonight?"

"Yes, as Aleta requested before she died. She actually doesn't want you to come here because she's ashamed of what she's done, but Maya insists on telling you."

"I would be very sorry if I didn't see Aleta's last moments before she was buried, but sorry tonight I can't follow Aleta's funeral."

"It's okay, you have come here, I have said many thanks," replied Aleta's mother in between sobs. Kenzo then approached Aleta's body and prayed for her. 'Goodbye, Aleta. A while ago I was very angry with you, but now that I have forgiven everything you have done, I have also erased my resentment and anger towards you, I will always be your friend. Forgive me and my family if you ever hurt you, may you rest in peace and all your acts of worship are accepted by Him, Kenzo murmured as he looked at Aleta's face which now looked so calm and peaceful. Kenzo announced before the funeral.

A few moments later, he arrived at his home. When opening the door of the house, it appeared that Cleo was already standing while staring intently at him.

"WHERE ARE YOU GOING, KENZO!"
