Alvaro actually felt surprised by Laurie's question. He was silent, staring at Laurie blankly. Alvaro was confused as to what to answer, in fact he was doubtful about the contents of his heart. To be honest, he did not want to lose Laurie, but he was not sure if what his heart felt was called love. Somehow he was afraid of not being able to make a Laurie happy so perfectly in his eyes.

Laurie is beautiful and rich, not comparable to her who is just an ordinary doctor. Alvaro then took a breath and exhaled slowly. However, while about to answer Laurie's question, Laurie's postel suddenly reads. Laurie, desperate to get an answer from Alvaro, picks up the phone call, which turns out to be from Nala.

[Halo Nala.] Laurie replied, Nala who was actually just a prank call Laurie out of curiosity about what Laurie did with Alvaro was a little nervous.

[Emh, I just wanted to ask you how Laurie is doing. I called Aunt Olivia and she said you went with Alvaro to get away from Zack.]

[Yes Nala, I was very confused when you told us that Zack had abandoned his intention to go to Macau. Then, suddenly Alvaro offered his help to accompany me away from Zack.]

[To his father's hometown of Alvaro, far from the capital. And we are pretty safe now.]

[Thank God Laurie, but isn't Zack willing to let you go and even filed for divorce with you, Laurie?]

It felt like all day crying felt so exhausting for him. Not to mention, if Zack finds out he is crying, surely the mafia will snap Nala back which makes him feel sad. After hanging up the phone, Nala then laid her body on the sofa in Zack's room, occasionally glancing at Zack who was currently sleeping after he had lunch and took medicine. Yes, even though the lunch was full of chaos because he was too deep to feed food into Zack's mouth which eventually made Zack choke and spit out his food. Not long after, Nala fell asleep on the sofa. Just as he was sleeping, Zack opened his eyes and saw Nala sleeping on the couch.

Looking at Nala who was now asleep Zack then slowly descended from the top of the gurney and approached the sofa where Nala was sleeping, although he went down so painstakingly while carrying the infusion in his left hand. Zack then sat down next to Nala, looked at the sleeping face of the beautiful woman and pulled both corners of her lips.

"Basic of the stealth woman! The more I get to know you, the more I wonder who you really are. You're a poor man? Is it really like that? If you were really poor, you wouldn't be this pampered. You also can't possibly feed other people food. Look at you, you're even so spoiled and confident! There is no poor man so spoiled and confident as you. He then enveloped Nala's body which now began to look shivering due to sleeping under the AC. After that, Zack returned to the gurney in the treatment room.

Meanwhile, Laurie who had just hung up the phone call from Nala, then looked at Alvaro back.

"Who called you?"

"What's your business? What's important to you? Aren't we just doctors and patients?"

Alvaro smiled as well. "I heard a woman's voice, is that Aunt Olivia? Did he ask you how you were?"

"No, it's not a mom. But my beautiful, sexy cousin."

"You mean Nala?" alvaro asked with a smile. Seeing the smile on Alvaro's face, somehow Laurie's heart felt so hot, especially when remembering a few days ago, she had seen Nala teasing Alvaro.

"You why? Why is it that after I mentioned Nala's name suddenly your face turned cheerful like that? Do you miss Nala?"
