Forgive Me

After arriving at their apartment building, Kenzo rushed to park his car and lifted Cleo's body out of the car. Half-running he took Cleo's body into their apartment and laid Cleo's body on her bed. He then breathed a long breath while looking at Cleo's face.

"Bad kid, you know, it's like I almost died when I found out you went to that party alone, I already knew something like this could happen to you, I know a lot of guys want you, which is why I'm asking you to pretend we're dating, all that I'm doing to protect you, I'm such a coward that I can't make you my girlfriend yet, that's all I did because I promised myself not to have any bond with a woman before I made my mom happy. I just wanted to prove to my mom that I could make her feel proud of me because I let her down so many times. Please be patient, please wait for me. Wait for me, Cleo."

Kenzo then stroked the plain face of Cleo who now seemed to sleep so soundly. "You ever ask me, are we getting married? The answer is yes. I'll definitely marry you, Cleo. We're going to get married, we're going to have to get married" Kenzo said, sitting on the floor next to Cleo's bed, staring at her face until she fell asleep.

Cleo slowly opened her eyes, her net then scanned her surroundings. 'Am I already in my room? Who brought me home? What exactly happened? Last night my head suddenly got so dizzy, then I asked Aaron to wake me up when Jessica's party was about to start, but why was it when I woke up that I was already in my room?' muttering Cleo, he then directed his gaze towards the side and saw Kenzo who was sleeping beside his bed.

"Kenzo? It must have been Kenzo who had brought me home," Cleo grumbled, then she picked up a pillow and hit Kenzo with her pillow.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS KENZO!!! YOU MUST HAVE BROUGHT ME HOME, RIGHT?? YOU ARE REALLY EVIL!! CAN'T YOU JUST LET ME HAVE FUN FOR ONCE!" cleo shouted so echoed.

Kenzo who was still asleep was so surprised when he got a pillow on his face. Slowly he opened his eyes, especially now that Cleo had shouted so loudly.

"YOU'RE AWAKE? WHY ARE YOU SLEEPING HERE! GET OUT OF HERE AND DON'T TAKE CARE OF MY LIFE ANYMORE! JUST TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN LIFE KENZO!!!"

Hearing Cleo's words, Kenzo fell silent. He then looked at Cleo with such a deep gaze.

"WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT? YOU MUST BE THE ONE WHO BROUGHT ME HOME FROM JESSICA'S PARTY! CAN'T YOU JUST LET ME HAVE FUN ONCE! NOW QUICKLY GET OUT OF MY ROOM AND NEVER BOTHER MY LIFE AGAIN!!"

Kenzo finally stood up and came out of Cleo's room, which was when Cleo's phone suddenly rang.

"Jessica" said Cleo when she saw a name on her phone screen, she rushed to pick up the call.

[Hello Jessica.]

[Hello Cleo, are you okay?]

[Yes of course, I'm fine. Why is Jessica? What exactly happened to me? Did Kenzo make trouble at your party last night?]

[No Cleo, not Kenzo but Aaron.]

[Aaron?] asked Cleo while frowning.

[Yes, Chivas Regal?]

[It's okay Jessica, you saved me too, it's a good thing you called Kenzo so she can get to the cafe on time.]

Cleo then hung up. "Geez, I made a mistake, I was prejudiced against Kenzo when he saved me last night, and he slept beside me all night to take care of me, Kenzo I'm sorry," cleo. He got up from his bed and came out of his room. When he opened the door, Kenzo was dressed and carrying a backpack on his shoulder to prepare to leave for campus. Slowly Cleo approached Kenzo and looked at Kenzo with her own eyes.

"Kenzo Jessica just called me, she...."

But as yet Cleo spoke, Kenzo had already walked towards the door.

"Kenzo it's too early to go to college, wait for me a minute Kenzo, I'm coming."

"Just live your own life, I won't bother you anymore, isn't that what you're asking me to do" Kenzo said as he walked out of Cleo's apartment. Cleo could only see Kenzo's departure while shedding her tears.

"Kenzo, I'm sorry."
