Shadow of the Past

Vansh stopped the car and rushed into Calista's house. Inside the house, Sharen and his parents are talking to Calista in the living room of the house.

"Good day" said Vansh.

"Good afternoon Vansh" Inara and Abimana answered along with Sharen.

"You're from the Queen's house, Vansh?" ask Calista.

"Yes Aunty, I have business with Mama Queen," replied Vansh then sitting next to Calista. Vansh then looked at Sharen and smiled at him.

"Well, I hope you can find your happiness, Sharen."

"Yes Brother, thank you very much" Sharen replied with a smile on his lips, but without everyone noticing, a tear almost fell from the corner of his eye. Sharen hastily wiped away the tears so that no one could see him.

Abimana and Inara got up from the couch and walked to the door, followed by Sharen behind them. Abimana and Inara then get into their car, but Sharen is still standing in the doorway staring at Calista and Vansh with a smile on his lips. He hugged Calista.

"Yes Aunty," Sharen replied as he let go of his embrace to Calista. He then saw Vansh.

"Yes, I hope you can start your new life Sharen."

"Yes Brother."

"Didn't you want to hug me? Although we haven't known you for a long time, I'm sure you're actually a good girl, only you're too young and can't control your ambitions. You take it easy, I'll always be there if you need me, Sharen. Because I already consider you as my sister," Vansh said with a smile. Vansh's words surprised Sharen. She smiled and hugged Vansh.

Sharen takes his arms off Vansh and smiles at Calista and Vansh. He said goodbye and got into the car of his parents who were waiting for him.

When Abimana's car came out of the house, the figure then turned his body so that the people in the car did not see his face. After the car left, he turned his body back and saw the contents of the box that had been scattered.

"Maybe it's a sign from the universe if at any time I'll never be able to have it. I should have realized that long ago, but unfortunately I was too stupid and naive to realize that. "AWAS! There's cars!" he shouted at a girl who was crossing the street while carrying a cardboard box in her hand. Vansh saw himself running towards the girl and suddenly a mini-bus hit him.
