Alvaro then turned his body and saw a man who appeared to be standing in the doorway. The man looked so ferocious looking at her accompanied by such a sharp eye gaze.

"Who are you? How dare you look at my wife like that?"

"Good morning, Mr. Zack."

"Just tell me, what's your business? Who the hell are you? How dare you be in my wife's treatment room?"

"Mr Zack, meet me Alvaro. I'll take care of your wife while in this hospital."

"Curtain! I don't need your help because soon I'm going to move my wife to another hospital abroad that is much better and will be handled by a doctor who is much more competent than the one in the hospital right here!"

"But it's not that easy to bring a patient into a coma, there must be a certain procedure that Mrs Laurie goes through."

"I don't care! I just want Laurie to be treated at one of the best hospitals in the world."

"But sir, my wife is currently in my care. It can't be that easy, sir, there's a procedure to go through like I said before."

"Hey you dare to argue with me! Who are you?"

"Remember you're just an ordinary doctor who doesn't have any dignity in front of me! You're just a weak creature that I can trample on whenever I want!"

Hearing Zack's words Alvaro's emotions, actually a little ignited, but he tried to stay calm, because he already knew who he was dealing with. And, also for Laurie. For Laurie? Yes, Alvaro did feel sorry when he saw Laurie's parents, and somehow he wanted to take care of Laurie, and of course saw her beautiful face that was like an angel. Alvaro then took a breath and exhaled it, to control the emotions that were now seeping into his heart.

"Master, forgive me. I do not mean to be presumptuous to you but indeed for patients who are in a coma like Mrs Laurie must really get special treatment and can not be moved just like that. Moreover being transferred abroad which requires a relatively long trip, it is very dangerous for Mrs Lauri's health condition."

"Don't teach me that snot boy! You don't need much reason to keep my wife in this hospital! I know you act like this must have been ordered by my in-laws, right? Those who actually want Laurie in are being treated at this hospital, right?"

"Sir, without Om Kenan and Aunt Olivia asking me to, I will definitely keep Miss Laurie here. Sir please trust me. I'll definitely give Laurie the best treatment, you don't have to worry."

"Hey, what did you say? Kenan and Aunt Olivia? So you know them?"

"What offer? How dare you say that to me? How dare you go against someone like me, huh? Don't you know who I really am? Don't you just know my name but don't know who I am."

"Once again, forgive me, sir. I know who you are, I just want to deal with Laurie as my patient. I promise you, I will do my best to deal with Mrs Laurie."

"But I need certainty."

"Sorry sir, this is a matter of life and I cannot give any certainty. Because human life is in God's hands."

"So you taught me to believe in God?"

"Sir, is it not proper for every human being to believe in God? Have you not believed in God?"

Hearing Alvaro's words, Zack's heart burned. "Don't say God's name in front of me! How dare you teach me like that little boy!Do you want to lose your life this very second? You dick!"

"No, Mr. Zack, I didn't mean it that way. Didn't I make you an offer?"

"I don't need your offer!"

Zack's phone rang. Zack then picks up the phone call, while Alvaro continues to check Laurie, but after picking up the call Zack's face changes.

He was heard scolding his men who were on the other end of the line, with so much rude swearing. Alvaro only smiled wryly at Zack's words because he had expected that Laurie would not be that easy to transfer to a hospital abroad. Moreover, given Laurie's current condition, it was really quite impossible.

Long enough Zack vented his anger in the room. After his sense of unease subsided a little, he then walked closer to Alvaro.

"Hi snot doctor! What offer are you offering me?" zack asked while looking at him with a sharp look.

Meanwhile a beautiful woman seemed to be walking so lethargicly from the door of an overseas arrival. He walked over to a man who was waiting for him. And hugged the man.
