“I always said never be close to Farrel,” exclaimed Nevan.

“I don't like you being close to Farrel. It has been unclear what I said,” Nevan continued.

“Can't, Van. You do not have the right to continue to stay close to whom.” Unlike usual Haura always succumbed to Nevan's words. For this time Haura does not accept if Nevan asks herself to stay away from Farrel.

To Haura Farrel is as important as Nevan. Farrell was his savior. Farrell was an inseparable part of his life's journey.

“But I don't like Haura,” Nevan stared straight at Haura's black bead.

“What all the things you don't like should I do?” haura said just like that.

“What is everything you say I should follow?” call the girl again.

“I have my own life, Nevan. And I want to live it my way.” I don't know where the courage from Haura got until she dared to interrupt Nevan with such words.

Yet Haura felt right at her attitude now. The teenage girl did not want Nevan to limit her relationship with Farrel.

Nevan seemed to be at a loss for words hearing Haura's reply. But Nevan realizes that Haura's answer is the truth. Not everyone wants Haura to. But either flank tucked the sadness in Nevan's heart. The sense of disbelief because Haura was being cold to him.

“Do you think I've been torturing you so much, Haura?” ask Nevan lirih. His gaze was sad on the girl who had been standing right in front of him. Even now Haura was in her confinement. The distance between the two of them was so close that they could feel each other's breath.

Some time ago Nevan forcibly pulled Haura who was in the classroom. Forcing the girl to go with him. Nevan takes Haura to the rooftop. There's only the two of them there. As usual, Nevan's action became a spectacle material for other students. Although this often happens over and over again, many students still feel jealous of Haura.

Haura's tongue was unable to answer Nevan's words. From the look in Nevan's eyes was a gurgle of sadness that Haura could see. All because of his words.

“What Farrel is so important to you?” ask Nevan again.

“Kak Farrel is important and..” Haura is reluctant to continue his words.

“Am I wrongly present among you?”

Haura just shook her head. There was nothing wrong with Nevan. Haura is very happy with Nevan. For Haura Nevan and Farrel are two people who mean the same thing to her but with different feelings.

“Only...” Haura paused her words.

“Just why, Ra?” Nevan rubbed Haura's long hair that was left uncluttered without accessories

anything there.

“I lost you, Haura”, Nevan continued.

“You who made it all no longer the same.” A speck of clear liquid escaped from Haura's black netra. It was undeniable that everything felt so painful for him.

Haura looked at Nevan with tears preparing to come out of the two teenage girl's eyes.

“The distance you created injured me, Nevan,” Haura was honestly greeted with tears spilling on both of her cheeks.

The distance Nevan creates seems to explain that he is not someone important in Nevan's life. That distance also made Haura aware of her status all along.

How not, instead of wanting Haura to be far away from the man who was in front of her at this moment. Nevan, however, shunned her for no apparent reason.

For some time Haura felt very lucky to be reunited with Nevan after several years. Haura is very happy because Nevan treats her as a friend even though Haura is the son of a maid in her house. The distance tormented his feelings.

Yep... Haura realizes now that Nevan has captured her heart. Nevan is the owner of his heart. Yet all of that could only be Haura buried in the deepest place at the bottom of her heart. That feeling is called love. But that love shouldn't be upon a Nevan.

Without Haura realizing it was also very painful for Nevan. The teenage boy could not understand what he was feeling right now. His heart missed Haura so much. But the feeling was always teased by Nevan.

It's impossible for Nevan to fall in love with Haura. Although being far away from Haura was the most difficult thing for her, yet the handsome man was still unwilling to acknowledge it as love.

Haura Annisa, a simple girl with an ordinary appearance is able to shake Nevan's feelings into disrepute. Nevan has gone awry with her own attitude. It was him who made the decision to stay away from Haura. But Nevan was also hurt by his decision.

Nevan was really sad when the basketball game a few days ago Haura did not congratulate him for winning the game. Though Nevan has tried to play to the maximum just to hear Haura proud of her achievements. Precisely Haura smiled cheerfully welcoming Farrel.

Moreover, Haura was getting closer to Farrel. Nevan really doesn't accept seeing that. It felt like he was taking Haura away far from Farrel's reach. But for what? That's what Nevan always asked.

Of jealousy? Could it be that he was jealous of the closeness of Haura and Farrel?

Nevan repeatedly believes that it is not love. There was no way he could be that easy to fall in love with Haura in such a relatively short time. He had only met Haura less than six months after they separated when they were little.

Nevan does not understand that love is not a matter of time and distance. It is not time that binds two people in a feeling of love. It is not distance that can limit the feeling of love. But the heart is adrift for no definite reason and without a detailed explanation. Love is present without being asked and is not bound to one diction which makes the reason why love can be present.

Denial for the sake of denial Nevan continues to present in his mind to justify his heart theory that his feelings for Haura are not love.

“Haura... Why are you crying?” nevan said as he looked at Haura's tears. This is not what Nevan wants to see. Not a tear but Haura's smile. The smile of the cheeked girl who had lately disappeared because of her.

Nevan wiped Haura's tears. Look at the girl he missed so much. Although Nevan was always looking at Haura every day, she was different because Haura's smile was never for her again.

The smile was not for him, because of his decision. Nevan realized that.

“I don't want to see you cry, Ra,” lovingly Nevan rubs slowly every tear on Haura's cheek.

“I'm afraid,” Nevan brings Haura into his arms. The thing Nevan misses the most. Clutching Haura tightly in her arms.

That distance really hurt both of them. Nevan thinks the distance between herself and Haura is the best way to understand her own feelings. But Nevan is wrong, the distance even more hurt the feelings of both. There is a sense of hurt because of a longing to share stories. Also a longing for a soothing smile.

Haura's cry broke even more in Nevan's arms. Haura knew this love would hurt her someday.

"I'm afraid to hurt you, Haura," Nevan said with a tightening hug on Haura's body. It was as if the handsome man wanted to make up for all the distance that had separated them for some time.

Haura cried like a song that Nevan missed. This is Haura Annisa's girl.
