Chapter 50

Amanda leaves Melly and Rani for a few minutes, while Melly waits expectantly. But once back, Amanda just shook her head, a sign Tristan did not want to see Melly.

Seeing the disappointment in Melly's face, Amanda finally brought Melly to Tristan's room. Even if Melly can't see Tristan, at least Melly can talk to her. Amanda leaves Melly there and returns to the living room to accompany Rani.

Melly knocks on Tristan's white door. "Tristan" called. "Do you want to open this door for me?"

There is no legitimacy at all from Tristan. "OK, it's okay if you don't want to open it," said Melly. "I think it's important that you listen to me."

Melly took a deep breath, preparing to let out everything she was going to tell Tristan.

"I'm sorry for what Ghevin did earlier" Melly said. "He shouldn't have kicked you like that. I'm angry with him."

Melly was silent for a moment. How he wanted to know Tristan's reaction when he heard himself scolding Ghevin.

"I admit I'm the cause" continued Melly. "That's why I feel guilty about you. But I want you to know, I never meant to make you wretch. If I had known Ghevin's plan in the first place, I would have stopped him. Unfortunately I'm late."

Melly was silent again. He hoped that Tristan would believe his words.

"I asked you to go to Robbin's sister" said Melly. "He said you were sick. Didn't you tell him you were gang-raped by Ghevin? Did you deliberately hide it, so that your gang members wouldn't bully Ghevin? Did you do that to protect Ghevin, because he's my brother? Don't care what he did to you?"

Until there, Melly's tears began to flow. He was determined not to cry.

"You're right, I'm so grateful to you" Melly said, sobbing. "When you can tell your gang members to make Ghevin battered like you, but you didn't do it and it's all for me."

Melly closed her eyes and leaned against Tristan's bedroom door.

Melly stayed with her position, while allowing her tears to flow.

"I miss our relationship" he said. "Even I miss the times you made me your errand boy. It's so much better than being silenced by you like this."

Melly opened her eyes and forced herself to smile, though Tristan could not see.

"May your bruises heal quickly" said Melly. "We'll see you again at school. And, Tristan.." Melly's heart pounded hard as she struggled to say her next words. "i really love you."

Melly immediately moved from the front of Tristan's room with a smile mixed with tears. When he returned to the living room, Rani and Amanda stood up and walked up to him.

"Have you finished talking?" ask Amanda.

Melly nodded. Encouraged by a very strong desire, Melly grabs Amanda into her arms. Amanda was surprised, but let Melly hold her.

"Gue's sorry that Ghevin's already hurting your heart" Melly said. "Lo good girl, don't pantes treated like that by her."

Amanda did not reply, but before long Melly could hear the stuffing. They cry together, witnessed by Rani with teary eyes.
