Chapter 48

Approaching the park near Galaxy High School, Melly can see Ghevin and Tristan's car, as well as several other cars parked in front of her. Miko stopped the motor between the cars. Without waiting for her again, Melly immediately ran through the garden.

The park is vast, with many trees blocking Melly's view. Plus, the dim atmosphere makes it difficult to find Ghevin and his gang members.

But finally Melly found them in the middle of the park. The Ghevin gang members were over ten, they encouraged Ghevin who was beating up Tristan. Tristan huddled on the ground, and was completely unable to resist.

Melly immediately screamed and immediately approached them, then she pushed Ghevin's body away from Tristan. There was a startled cry from Ghevin and his gang, but Melly did not care about them. The most important thing for him right now is Tristan. Melly squatted next to him. Her tears automatically flowed when she saw Tristan's battered state.

Melly had never seen Tristan in this helpless state. Tristan is usually strong and always confident in his abilities. How badly did Ghevin hurt her, to the point that Tristan was unable to even stand up?

"Tristan" isak Melly, rubbing the blood that runs down her lips. "Are you okay?"

Tristan shook Melly's hand with the remnants of her power. "I don't need your help" he said in a hoarse voice.

"Don't be such a strong ass," Melly said, still sobbing.

Tristan's body was covered in wounds. Melly tried to check on him, but Ghevin pulled her up.

"Why are you here?" exacting.

Melly tries to get away from Ghevin, but he holds her tight. Instead of answering Ghevin's question, Melly continued to sob while looking at Tristan.

"Gue brought her here." There was the sound of Miko, who appeared suddenly near them. He glanced at Tristan, then turned to Melly with pity.

"Lo has to go home" Ghevin tells Melly. He started pulling her away from Tristan.

"No!" exciting Melly. He's back in the air. "Gue doesn't want to go home. I want to be with Tristan."

Melly's resistance infuriates Ghevin. He dragged Melly mercilessly. Melly's body aches because it's trying to survive.

"No way!" scream Melly hysterical. He extended his hand to Tristan. "Tristan! Tristan!"

Miko couldn't bear to see it. "Ghev, don't do it" he asked Ghevin.

"Diem lo!" ghevin. "Lo shouldn't have brought Melly here."

Melly knew she wouldn't be able to fight Ghevin. The power is too strong. So he looked at Miko, trying to beg Miko through her gaze, so that Miko would help Tristan.

Miko manages to catch Melly's plea. He nodded and smiled to calm her down. Melly is sure Tristan will be fine. Miko hates Tristan, but for Melly's sake, she'll definitely help her.

"Stop crying, Melly!" hiss Ghevin. "He deserves to be beaten."

"Why does he deserve to be beaten?" reply Melly. "Is it because he's my macarin? He ended his relationship with me."

"He shouldn't have approached you in the first place" Ghevin said. "Lo's my brother, that means you're off limits to him."

"Didn't you hear what Rani told you at the time?" sue Melly. "Tristan doesn't know that I'm his sister until he comes to our house. So he macarin I'm not for lo reply. Besides, you didn't know Amanda was Tristan's sister when you macarin Amanda."

"Don't bring Amanda in this, '" Ghevin warned.

"Why? Because you know you're wrong?" guess Melly. "Lo measlesin Amanda so early when you find out she's Tristan's sister. It's only natural that Tristan hates you for that."

"Oh, so you're on Tristan's side now?"

"Gue's on nobody's side" Melly said. "Gue just wants you to know you shouldn't teach him because of me."

Ghevin said nothing more until he stopped his car in front of their house. Ghevin didn't get out of the car, neither did Melly.

"Gue didn't want to beat that coward" Ghevin said.

Melly grunting. "Coward?" reworked. "What are you saying he's a coward? Isn't that coward who makes his sister's HP to lure his nemesis to the park, so he can gang up on him?"

"No need to quip me, Mell," replied Ghevin. "Originally you know, my business with Tristan is not finished. I'll make it even more battered than this malem."

Melly's anger bubbled at Ghevin's words. Not only does he not regret it, Ghevin even wants to repeat it again.

"Lo knows," said Melly, with tears streaming down. "You can choose, I don't want to be born as your sister. Because of that, I can't be with the guy I love. I hate the same you. I hate having a sister like you. You are a coward, you know?! Cowardly…!!!"

Melly saw Ghevin's flabbergasted face before she got out of the car and slammed the door. Then he ran to the room. And there, she continued her crying while curled up in bed.

There was a speck of regret that Melly felt for her harsh words towards Ghevin, but her anger soon erased them. Melly hopes Ghevin realizes his mistake after he berates her.
