Chapter 38

Melly had never cared about Ghevin's relationship before. Melly never even knew a single girl she was dating or just she was dating. For him they would only stop for a while in Ghevin's life before eventually being replaced with another. But now Melly wonders, how many girls has Ghevin hurt?

Maybe Ghevin wasn't aware, or if he were conscious, he wouldn't care. He treated the girls as if they were the most important in his life, then he would dump them as if they had no feelings. Melly didn't want to believe her brother was that cruel, but that was the reality.

Look, Amanda's still crying over Ghevin, while Ghevin's been changing girls for me a few times. Melly couldn't take it anymore. It felt like he confronted Ghevin and asked him to change.

But if Melly does that with Amanda's name, Ghevin will know Melly has met her. He'll connect it with Tristan, if their relationship is discovered. Melly didn't want to take that risk.

When Tristan returns to the dining room, Melly and Amanda try to act normal. The sadness on Amanda's face, though still visible, began to disappear bit by bit.

"Lo took a shower later" Amanda told Tristan as she sat next to Melly. "Melly is done eating."

"She's used to waiting for me to eat" Tristan said lightly. He scoops the rice and starts eating. "So what are you two talking about?"

"You know it," said Amanda. "That's a girl's business."

Tristan looked curious. He looked at Melly and Amanda in turn, but they both kept their mouths shut and exchanged secret smiles. Fortunately their conversation afterwards was no longer sad. Melly can enjoy chocolate pudding while laughing. After promising Amanda to come again, Melly is escorted home by Tristan.

Melly wants to get her uncles out about Ghevin, but since Melly can't tell Tristan, she waits until Tristan drops her off at Rani's house. When it comes to Ghevin, Rani will be the best listener.

"What's? What was? What happened to Ghevin?" Just saying Ghevin's name, Melly has been invaded by a series of questions by Rani.

"He really doesn't have a heart" Melly said.

"Lo fight with Ghevin?" rani asked wrongly.

"No," Melly's bell. "So Kak Tristan invited me to his house and he continued to recognize me with his sister. His sister here is the same story I told about Ghevin, from there I know that Ghevin turned out to be very cruel to him."

"WHAT??? GHEVIN'S GIRLFRIEND ???" Almost broke the glass in the house because of the screams of Rani.

"Okay, budek very lo," muttered Melly. "Eat him don't mostly yell. That's your ear until tired of its own horror. I said Ghevin's ex-girlfriend, not his girlfriend."

"Oh," said Rani. Finally he began to calm down. "Forgive me. I think Ghevin really has a girlfriend. If only the ex is okay. So, what's the girl's name

"Amanda" replied Melly. "They're dating for a month."

"Cih, just a month," Rani responded dismissively.

"To Ghevin, a month is long" Melly said.

"Whatever," said Rani did not care. "Certainly? How could Kak Ghevin date his sister Kak Tristan?"

"At first Ghevin didn't know that Amanda was Tristan's sister" Melly said. "And so he knew… "

"Amanda was immediately kicked far away," continued Rani.

Melly frowning. "Lo doesn't seem to have much sympathy for Amanda" Melly said.

"No," I'm Rani. "I'm exactly glad Ghevin cutusin's brother. If not, I will not have the opportunity to date Kak Ghevin."

"But until now Amanda still likes Ghevin," said Melly.

"Mistake it yourself he can not move on," sambar Rani. "So you can't say Ghevin doesn't have a heart. He's gonna have the right to decide if he wants to continue with Amanda or not."

It's free. No matter what Melly says, Rani will always side with Ghevin. But Melly still wants to know her opinion on one thing.

Melly doubted Ghevin could love someone that deep. It's magical if it happens.

"Maybe now my relationship with Ghevin is still this way," continued Rani. "But I promise, someday, I'll step into further stages."

Rani looks so determined, that Melly does not have the heart to tease her. Maybe he will keep his promise. But Melly fears Rani will instead become one of Ghevin's victims.

If Rani can change Ghevin, then he's great. She will be the first girl Ghevin truly loves. Melly hopes that if one day Ghevin decides to take a girl seriously, she will choose Rani.
