Chapter 43

"Is Ghevin really your brother, Melly?" repeated Tristan. "Java!"

Melly gulps. From the way Tristan spoke Ghevin's name, he could already feel how much he hated Ghevin. Tristan must have known the answer to that question, but maybe he just wanted to make sure.

"Lo don't try to lie, Mell," said Vionna. He stood in pretentious style next to Tristan. "Gue Denger himself talks lo and Rani in the toilet. You guys were talking about Ghevin and Tristan, and Rani kept telling me clearly that you're Ghevin's sister."

Turns out Vionna was the culprit. Melly should have guessed it when she saw Vionna get off Tristan's car. He eavesdropped on his conversation with Rani, then reported it to Tristan. That's why Tristan can't take Melly home today. Because Tristan and Vionna are already planning to catch him wet.

Melly glanced at Rani, she saw Rani was looking at her with an apologetic look. Melly shook her head as a sign that she did not blame him.

"Everything, if you want to talk about the secret look around the place dong," said Vionna. "So I was in the bathroom, but you don't know, do you?"

Melly didn't respond. His focus right now is only on Tristan. Tristan knew Melly had justified her question without having to answer.

"So, here's your real home" Tristan said as he watched Melly's house. "Whose house have I been with you all this time? Rani?"

Melly and Rani both looked down.

"And that Billy isn't your brother, either? But Rani's sister, right?" chase Tristan.

Melly and Rani stay down. Melly really felt bad for Rani. After all, it was him who had already involved him in this matter.

"Melly, how many lies have you told me?" ask Tristan. Melly could hear the hurt tone in her voice.

Melly raised her head. "Tristan..," he muttered, his voice shaking violently. "I'm sorry."

And as if things weren't bad enough, Ghevin suddenly stepped out of the house. At first his attention was only gushing at Melly and Rani, then as soon as he followed the direction of their gaze, he finally realized Tristan's presence.

Ghevin's jaw immediately hardened. He glared at Tristan, and Melly could hear Ghevin's hunting breath, as if to show how angry he was.

Tristan reacted the same way. For a moment they did not talk to each other, only glaring at each other with tightly clenched hands. If they hit the brawl, Melly, Rani, and Vionna would definitely not be able to break them. Maybe the three will even follow the bonyok.

"Why did you come here?" hiss Ghevin finally.

Tristan grunting. "On that, you ask yourself the same beloved sister lo it," he said while glancing at Melly at a glance. After that he immediately turned around, then entered his car with Vionna.

"Tristan!" call Melly. Melly wanted to run towards her car, but before she could do so, Ghevin was already clutching her arm.

"What the hell is he talking about?" sue Melly. "Why did he take you?"

Melly couldn't answer Ghevin's question. From the corner of his eye he saw Tristan's car had already passed.

"Melly, answer!" ghevin.

Melly focused her eyes on Ghevin. Ghevin looked really angry, even though he had not heard an answer from Melly.

"What's the connection between Lo and Tristan?" ask Ghevin.

Melly's body is shaking. Maybe it's time for confession. It's not gonna be that bad, is it? At least Melly no longer needs to hide it from Ghevin.

Melly took a deep breath before saying, "Gue's dating Tristan."

Instantly Ghevin's grip on Melly's arm strengthened, leaving Melly grimacing in pain. "Dating? Are you with Tristan?" reiterate not believing.

Fearfully Melly nodded.

"Are you crazy?" exclaim Ghevin angry. He shook Melly's body. "No brain, huh? You know Tristan is my enemy. Why are you still going out with her?"

Seeing that Rani felt sorry for Melly, she then released the grip of Ghevin's hand from Melly. "Never blame Melly for the feelings she has," she said. "He loves Tristan, Tristan loves him too. Tristan also just found out today that Melly is your sister."

Ghevin stared at Rani for a while, then turned to Melly. "Any feeling you have for Tristan, forget it! I'll never approve of your relationship" he said. Before stepping into the car, he added, "Gue's really disappointed with you, Mell."

Rani approaches Melly after Ghevin passes with her car. Then Rani hugged him, and immediately Melly's cry broke. Rani keeps stroking her back as Melly growls. He could feel how broken Melly's heart was right now.
