The three servants involved in the tea incident, were summoned to Niko's room. They were so nervous about meeting someone that the servants in this house feared. The slightest mistake, Niko would not tolerate it.

Niko looked at the waiter in charge of buying the tea, the waiter who brewed the tea, and the waiter who provided the tea to Shasa, with a murderous look. Niko has not yet decided and awaits the results of Sam's doctor's examination.

In the room, Shasa lay on the bed. She was examined carefully by three doctors who had been overseeing her health since the aftermath of Shasa's miscarriage, plus a special nurse who followed Sam's doctor, as the chief physician of the Gusta Family, everywhere. Leo could not help but notice Shasa. Lady Sofia and Commissioner Gusta were also in the room watching how Shasa was thoroughly examined by the doctors.

"Sam, did you find any signs of poison in his body?" Ask Leo with worry.

"You calm down first. Let the examination be done. I don't think you need to assume weird first."

The doctors were seen examining Shasa's examination history documents and a list of foods Shasa had consumed as well as Shasa's health records over the past few months. One of the doctors spoke to Sam's doctor. Leo tried to steal hear what the two were talking about. Then, Sam's doctor approached Leo.

"Leo, I think we need to check on your wife with a medical device. How about we take Mrs Shasa to the hospital?"

"What's the problem? Just do it here. Bring the tools here. I'm not letting Shasa out of the house." Reply Leo firmly.

"It'll be a little troublesome, Leo. Granted, there are tools that we can easily carry around, but I think it would be better if we use tools with better quality and it's a bit of a hassle to carry and organize."

"What do you need to bring her here? I'll have Haris prepare it."

'Huh, you stubborn one!' grumbled doctor Sam. "Alright, I'll tell Haris. But, it'll take some time to bring it."

"What do you need? A chopper? Especially?" Leo asked as if he did not pierce the words of Doctor Sam.

"Well... Yes yes, all right. You do have everything. Not just build a hospital in the house." Doctor Sam grumbled slowly as he walked away from Leo and asked the nurse to prepare a special device that the doctor meant.

Assistant Haris instantly gets an impromptu task. He coordinated here and there to bring the device home. An hour and a half later, a device was installed in Shasa's room. Lady Sofia slightly squinted her eyes recognizing the tool. Hospital officials were seen arranging the device to be ready for use.

"Leo, based on a provisional examination, Mrs Shasa is currently pregnant."

The shocked and happy faces emanated from the four people who were already waiting for the presence of a baby in this house. Shasa, Leo, Lady Sofia and Commissioner Gusta were excited to hear the explanation from Doctor Sam.

Leo looked at Shasa with a happy face. He approached Shasa and hugged her. Shasa was heard crying in Leo's arms.

"Sam, why didn't you say that?" Madam Sofia was heard nagging doctor Sam with an unrelenting smile emanating from her face. "Shasa..." Lady Sofia immediately hugged Shasa.

Not many words were said by the four happy people. Shasa shed her tears. Leo did not take his eyes off Shasa. Lady Sofia was happily immeasurably happy. Commissioner Gusta was so satisfied to hear that soon he would have a new heir.

"Sam, then what else do you want to do with that device? You clearly know that Shasa is pregnant, what else do you want to check?" Leo asked in a scatter.

The doctor began to perform ultrasound examinations. Shasa and Leo observe a screen displaying the condition of Shasa's uterus.

"Mister and Master, here's a picture of her fetus, your future baby. When viewed from several indicators including the menstrual calendar, the age of the fetus is 5 weeks. You want to hear his heartbeat?" Said a female doctor. It was like pushing a button on that machine.

Thumping heart Shasa heard the heartbeat of a prospective child in his womb for the first time. Shasa no longer knew what to do to show his happiness. She felt so blessed to be able to feel the grace of a pregnancy.

"Congratulations, Madam and Mister. Soon you will be a parent for your first child."

"Doctor, then why did my wife look like a sick person? Is it because something happened to her baby?" Ask Leo curiously.

"Is there any food to be challenged, doctor?" Ask Leo.

"There are no specific restrictions for pregnant people. However, later we will monitor the nutritional intake of Madam every day. In addition, I recommend also to the Madam for adequate rest. Your sleep and rest patterns should be maintained and regular."

"Mrs, I suggest to you, if you feel the slightest pain or you feel something bad either in any part of your body, you should tell the doctor. Your pregnancy needs to be monitored extra, considering you have had a miscarriage in the past. You must not be tired or think about something excessively to become a burden because it could have an effect on your content." Added doctor Sam.

"Good, doctor. I'll follow your advice." Reply Shasa gently.

"Is there anything else you want to ask?" Ask doctor Sam. He also glanced at Lady Sofia and Commissioner Gusta.

"Sam, just make sure you monitor Shafira's health. Don't miss anything."

"Okay, Om Gusta. If there's no more, we'll have it checked out. There'll be some vitamins we'll give Mrs Shasa."

As the examination was over, one by one the doctor left the house of the Gusta Family. Hospital officials have also cleaned up the USG device that he brought. Doctor Sam comes out of Leo's room with Commissioner Gusta and Lady Sofia.

"Om and Auntie, I congratulate you once again. You'll be grandparents."

"Send one of your nurses here, Sam. I want a medical team watching Shasa every day."

Leo smiled and hugged Shasa warmly. "Darling, you've given me life. You don't have to think about giving me anything more. Thank you for expecting my son. Thank you for being the mother of my children."

Shasa cried back in Leo's arms. He could no longer endure his happiness. His longing for Leo is now sweet. Soon, there will be a fastener that will tighten Leo and Shasa.

"Don't cry, baby. Crying will make you tired. You don't need to talk much either. It'll make you tired. Just rest. I'll be with you all day."
