The Dream of the President

The Dream of the President
Dinner

Leo takes Shasa to dinner at a fancy restaurant. The most interesting thing for Shasa is the incredible scenery that became the backdrop for their dinner today. The lights illuminate the entire city. Shasa unceasingly looked at the beauty of the night in the city from this special place. Their dining room is a private outdoor room located on the top floor of this restaurant. The wind that night, added coolness in Shasa's heart, like it had not felt this kind of calm for a long time. Leo smiled smugly looking at Shasa's pleasure on the balcony.

"Wahhhh, that's so beautiful! I like this place. It turns out my plan didn't fail very much." Shasa smiled with relief as he spread out his hands.

"What do you have a plan for?" Leo approached.

"Master, every time I get a job out of town, I never waste time looking for beautiful places in that city. Because of your arrival, I thought I would fail with my mission. But not really." Shasa's eyes still could not escape the scenery in front of him.

"That means you have to thank me." Leo glanced towards Shasa.

" Mister, don't break my mood."

Leo turned his face and looked at the scene before him. "Tonight enjoy as you please."

"Haha... I'm gonna enjoy it, sir." Shasa pleasure. "I've dreamt of dating in a place like this."

'What? Dating?!' Leo wondered in his heart. Instantly, Leo felt awkward.

"Hahahaha, kidding sir. You can't possibly ask someone like me out on a date, let alone in a place this beautiful."

That's Shasa joking. Leo still couldn't respond to Shasa's joke. He was too seriously thinking about Shasa's words earlier.

"You must have a lot of date. You're definitely not the first time you've come to a place like this either. Isn't it Mister?" Goda Shasa's. Leo still did not dare to look at Shasa.

"Did your ex-boyfriend never take you to a place like this?" Leo mellow.

Shasa smiled bitterly. "I told you, my mood is good. Don't destroy it, sir. Come on, let's just eat. You must be hungry, right?"

Shasa and Leo then enjoy dinner together.

"Sir, why do you like to eat in a quiet place? Do you always eat alone?" Shasa asked breaking the silence.

Leo put the cutlery next to his plate and looked at Shasa. "I hate crowds. When I eat in a public place, I will only see the sight of people eating with their friends, with their partners, or with their families. I don't like it."

"Why? I don't think they did anything wrong."

"The fault is one. Showoff. They want to show off that they can eat with their loved ones. They eat and joke around with each other." Leo lowered his head.

"Then eat with the one you love." Shasa looked at Leo.

'I think I'm doing it.' Leo whispered in his heart.

"Being happy sometimes doesn't come alone. Often we have to pick him up. No one else decides whether we are happy or not. But we decide it ourselves." Shasa looked at Leo with his smile. Leo was still speechless hearing Shasa's words.

"Your life must have been happy since childhood. You were born and raised in a family that had everything. Your parents must love you. You can get anything just by saying it. You don't have to whine or beg your parents. But I, not as lucky as you. I don't know my parents. To get what I want, the fight is so long. Not even whining can. I have to get it myself." Shasa explained at length.

Leo still hasn't spoken. He was still doubtful whether he should open up to this woman in front of him.

"Sorry, Sir. I'm like I'm talking to you." Shasa smiled. "Don't eat alone, sir. You will be happier if you spend your delicious meals with others." Shasa added.

Suddenly the situation at the dining table was different than when they first arrived. Leo remained silent. It was not because of what Shasa said to her. But, because Leo could feel the sadness in Shasa's heart.

If previously Leo said he wanted to talk about their work project, but that night they spent looking at the city lights. Leo said he wanted to give Shasa a gift because it worked well. That day, the wind did not dare to disturb them. There was only moonlight accompanying their chatter all night.

*****

This morning Shasa was getting ready to go home. He packed his clothes into a suitcase. Before going home, he planned to buy souvenirs first for his colleagues in the office.

Shasa tugged his suitcase into the hotel lobby. He was confused because the floor he was staying on had been very quiet. Shasa thought that Leo might have come back first with his assistant.

After leaving the receptionist and walking to the lobby door, Shasa was shocked to see Haris' assistant again standing in front of the passenger door of the car. Shasa walked over.

"Master has been waiting for you." Haris' assistant told Shasa.

"What are you guys talking about? Hurry along! Don't waste my time!" Leo ruled loudly.

Shasa who was still confused had no choice but to get in the car. 'Why is he so unstable. It can be suddenly good, but it runs out it is immediately ferocious.' Shasa grumbled.

After getting into the car, Shasa asked "Master, I need to get to the airport immediately. Do you want to go somewhere else? Go with your assistant, sir." Shasa's face was pinched.

"Where do you think I'm going? I'm going to the airport, too."

"Ep... But sir, I also want to stop by first to buy souvenirs."

"I told you, don't waste my time."

"Then let me go alone, sir. Our planes are not the same."

"Who said? You came home on a plane with me."

"Miss, sorry, I have cancelled your flight. We're going home on Mr. Leo's private jet." Assistant Haris interrupted.

'What?! Again this brash assistant did everything without my knowledge!' Shasa was angry.

Shasa was completely inexhaustible as to what he was going through these past few days. In fact, he wanted to end the day immediately because the longer he was with these two men, the more crazy he became.

Shasa, Leo and Haris' assistant return home on a private jet. This is Shasa's first experience aboard such a luxurious private jet. However, his pleasure was covered with annoyance because he did not buy souvenirs.

After landing, Shasa's madness doesn't seem to be over. Leo orders Haris' assistant to drive Shasa to his apartment before driving Leo home. Again, again and again, he had to obey Leo and be in a car with two men that drove him crazy.

"Sir, thank you for driving me. Thank you for letting me go home on your private jet." Shasa bowed his body towards Leo.

'When I didn't ask you to do it.' Shasa's mind was upset but he covered it with a smile on his face.

Shasa had arrived at the lobby in front of his apartment. Leo only looked at Shasa from inside the car with his flat expression.

"You remember you still owe me? Keep your promise." threatened Leo.

"Okay sir, of course I'll keep it." Shasa smiled fakely.

The car also left. Shasa walked into his apartment in annoyed footsteps.

Leo's car passes through the park where he meets Shasa. Leo remembered that he felt lied to by Haris' assistant.

"Haris, you said the park wasn't crowded? Are you trying to trick me?"

Assistant Haris was confused by what was asked. "What do you mean, sir?"

"You told me the park wasn't crowded and I could visit it at night. The park was so crowded, some even told me there was a market every Saturday night."

"Sir, this isn't the park I'm talking about. Looks like you came to the wrong park. Behind your apartment building there is a simple apartment building that was occupied by Miss Shafira earlier. The park I mean, is on the opposite side of the park, right on the left side of your apartment."

"Why didn't you say it?" Jerky Leo angry.

"I've offered to show you. But you refuse." Assistant Haris feels guilty.

Leo only snorted in annoyance and turned his face out of the way. But then, he smiled.

'Thank you for not driving me. I do not regret misplaced.' Leo's inner heart. He recalled his meeting with Shasa in the park that night.
