The Dream of the President

The Dream of the President
The Shasa Plan

Leo looked at Shasa with his face full of questions. Instantly, the situation between them became serious.

"Why do you suddenly think so? I never even dared to think about it." Ask Leo.

"I think I'm too busy to have two responsibilities, in the office and in the foundation. It would be troublesome if I went through both at the same time."

"This is what I'm afraid of. I'm afraid I'm stopping your dreams."

"Sometimes we have to sacrifice something to get something else. I can't be greedy and I know I can't. I've thought about it carefully. I think this is the best way for our good."

"Our good?" Leo asked, frowning his forehead.

"I know what happened yesterday was because I was too tired. I can't focus and pay attention to myself. I was so busy with things outside of me that I forgot myself. Leo, I want to have a child with you too. It will be hard if I stick to my busyness. We have to learn from the mistakes of the past, right?"

"You're going to destroy your own dreams. That job, that's what you've been dreaming of all this time, right?"

Shasa looked at Leo fixedly.

"The priorities of a person's life change over time and the phases of his life. Before marriage, a good career was my dream. But now, I dream of living happily with our little family. I'll probably be proud when I have a brilliant career. But I'd regret it all my life if I didn't think about the happiness of the family we've built." Obviously Shasa convinced Leo.

Leo closed his eyes and took a deep breath.

"We can still do everything. You can still work and you can also have children. We can do both."

"I've asked the doctor. A person who has had a miscarriage will have the same possible risk in subsequent pregnancies. I just don't want it to happen again. I won't be able to face it." Shasa's tears fell.

Leo did not expect that he would face an event like this twice. First is her mother. And now, is his wife. Leo was so afraid that he would be as evil as his papa who stopped his wife's dreams only for her own happiness.

"I'm always careful in everything I do for you. I don't want you to do anything just for my happiness." Leo's heart rages.

"Are you the only one who would be happy if I had a child? I'll be happy too, baby. Do you think I was forced to have a child from you? I want it too."

Leo sighed, trying to understand every word Shasa said.

"Darling, I won't regret my decision." Shasa clasped Leo's hand on the table.

Leo is never afraid if Shasa loses his job. He was confident that he could support Shasa dozens of times better than Shasa himself. For Leo, marriage should not stop one's dreams or ideals. Instead, those dreams and ideals should be easier to achieve. But today Leo learns that marriage is not about one person, but two people who become one.

Shasa knows that Shasa cannot run away from her responsibilities at the foundation because it is a consequence of being Leo's wife. Shasa has no choice but to quit his job for something he feels is worth more.

"You'll be disappointed when I say I let you. You must be hoping I'll figure out the best way for you."

Shasa shook his head. "I'll be happy when you agree." Answer Shasa steadily.

"All right, I agree. You can resign from your job."

Shasa was relieved to hear it. He smiled at Leo. He did not imagine that it would be this difficult to convince him.

"Dear, come here." Leo called Shasa closer.

Shasa got up from his chair and walked towards Leo. Leo took Shasa into his lap. Their faces face each other. Shasa wrapped his hands around Leo's neck.

"You know that I love you? I'll allow you on one condition. Forget sadness. I don't like it. Even though you didn't show it in front of me, but you still kept it. Throw away your sadness."

Shasa's previously wrinkled face turned into a pretty smile on her face. Shasa kissed Leo's lips. Of course, Leo replied with a kiss.

"Tomorrow, I'll have Haris make a bedroom here." Leo teases Shasa.

They laughed together during the hot day. Today will be a new first step for both.

After finishing lunch together, Shasa goes home because Leo will definitely continue his work again.

"Darling, can I stop by my friend for a minute?" Shasa asked Leo.

"Who?" Leo tried to guess.

"Tira, my workmate."

Leo drew closer to Shasa and wrapped his arms around Shasa's waist, making his body not at all spaced apart.

"Be aware that you've met another, let alone a man." Threat Leo.

"Haha... Why are you so cute when you're threatening me like this?" Shasa did not take Leo's threats seriously.

"Haris will take care of your resignation. You don't have to bother explaining to your friends."

"Yes, honey. But, Tira is a good friend of mine, I want to tell her myself. And when my resignation's approved, I'll also have a little farewell party with my friends. Can you?"

Leo grinned. "It's just at home."

"If I had it at home, I would just make my friends awkward. Especially if they see papa at home."

Leo sighed. "All right, dear wife."

"Do you want me to send flowers every day?"

"No, not like that. It's a waste that you buy flowers every day. Here, I hug." Shasa hugged Leo with a little tiptoe.

"Agreed." Leo said something that Shasa did not understand.

"Again what, baby?" Shasa slightly turned his head without letting go of Leo's embrace.

"Again, I'll hug you every day like this."

Instantly, Shasa hits Leo on the shoulder, making him complain. The two of them stared at each other for a moment and laughed together.

Shasa descended into the lobby and typed a message through his phone.

Shasa: Ti, I'm at the cafe in the office lobby. Can you come over here? But, don't tell the same to others.

Before long, a reply from Tira reached Shasa's phone.

Country: Aaaaaa kangen... Okay, Sha. Just a minute, yeah.

Shasa took a seat in his office coffee shop. Lita takes the other seat within visibility which still allows to keep an eye on Shasa.

Not long after, Tira arrived at the coffee shop.

"Sha!" Call Tira who is holding back her hysterics because she has not seen Shasa for a long time.

"Tiraaa." Shasa immediately hugged Tira.

The two sat in the coffee shop chairs, facing each other. The pleasure of being able to meet again, can not be dammed again by the two.

"Sha, how are you? I have been to the office for 2 weeks. We were going to look, but..." Tira looked around to ensure safe conditions. He whispered to Shasa. "Lita's mother said that you were on a complete break and the President wouldn't let you meet anyone else either."

Shasa's face pouted and then nodded, confirming what Tira said.

"I was hospitalized for about 4 days. The rest, Leo asked me to rest at home until the next checkup. He also sent a special nurse for me. Of course, he won't let me out of the house."

"But you're healthy, aren't you, Sha?"

"Well, Ti." Shasa smiled.

"I don't know if I can say it or not. I'm so sorry about what happened to you. But don't drag on. After this, give birth to many nephews for me." Tira Temptation on Shasa.

"Haha... Yes yes. You'll be the baby's keeper." Shasa LEDK.

"Huh, even you can pay dozens of baby guards to look after your child later. Uh, but... How can you get to the office, Sha?"

"I had lunch with Leo. I made a good excuse to come here."

"Haha... Run away from home under the guise of a romantic lunch huh? Really sophisticated you, Sha."

"Ti, there's something I want to tell you. But, you should be able to take care of this information until the time comes."

Tira frowned, guessing what information Shasa would give.

"I'll be resigning soon."

Duarr... Tira sat down softly hearing the information.

"Couldn't you? The president forbid you to work?"

"No, no. He didn't forbid me, but I wanted him."

"Sha, you have a good career here. Sure you want to be removed? You've been relied upon by manager Lim a lot. I'm sure, in a few years' time, you'll be able to take Lim's manager position now."

"Ti, my busyness now, I can't control. Meanwhile, I have something more important that I want to make happen soon. I have to choose. And this is my choice."

Tira sighed. "Alright if you think it's the best. Marriage really changes your life."

"Because marriage is not only for my happiness, but also my husband's happiness."

"You really love him?"

Shasa smiled. "I think I'm still losing to Leo if I want to measure the amount of love each of us has."

Tira smiled like a lost person. 'Both are love slaves. That's the right one.' his inner.
