The Dream of the President

The Dream of the President
It All Starts Here

"Shafira Millia's. Development department supervisor. He has worked for 4 years in this company. He is called Shasa by his friends. He's 25 and he's pretty smart. He also" unfinished Haris spoke, Leo had already raised his hand hinting Haris to stop.

"Enough Haris. Just bring the resume to my desk."

"Good Sir. Here I return the ID card" Haris put the ID card on Leo's desk. Leo glanced slightly towards that ID card. Then Haris left Leo's room.

"Why does this ugly face bother me?" Leo spoke alone while staring at the ID card photo on his desk. Unknowingly, Leo put a small smile on his face.

Then Leo remembered Haris' words earlier. "Development department? Hmm..." Leo nodded as if planning something.

"I think I'm almost crazy!" Shasa shouted furiously but his eyes were still not separated from the computer screen.

"Sha, have lunch first yuk! It's 12 by." Bring Tira.

"Aaahhhh" Shasa stretched her body which had been sitting on the chair since morning. "Ti, order online, I can't leave the table. There's still so much" Shasa welcomes to Tira.

"Yes, what message do you want? Here I order." Reply Tira while typing on her hp.

"Well, Ti" Shasa replied as he continued his work.

"Sha, I got a call from the assistant president, he said the report tomorrow should be presented." Manager Lim shouted from the front of his room. He just smiled as he waved his hand to go to lunch.

"What?! Tomorrow then?! Manager Lim, tomorrow you'll be presenting, right?" Shasa asked again until the lim manager came to a halt.

"Hey, that's right. You prepared the report and you made the presentation. Relax, I'll keep you company and encourage." Manager Lim's heart as he clenched his hands excited Shasa.

Manager Lim went to lunch.

"Well! Why is this my life?!" Shasa frustratedly ruffled her hair.

Tira who was beside him just laughed amusedly at Shasa's behavior.

"Hi, ma, how are you? How's mama there? Must be lonely, isn't there me?" Ask Leo on his phone.

"I am good ma. Mama quickly finished her exhibition and went after me huh." Leo Pinta.

"Haha... My dear, my mother will finish quickly. But you know, mama can't stay there long, mama's job is waiting here."

"Ma, is this your plan to make me stay with you and let you live alone?"

"Darling, that's not it. Your father's dream is to see his successors succeed in the company. Since you are papa's only successor, it is time for you to show how great you are. Mama believes, without your papa, you could be a great person. But now, make your father proud."

"Well, I'll call you back ma." Leo hung up. Leo took a deep breath and closed his eyes.

'Ma, why is your dream just for a man who doesn't care about you?' leo's heart is tired.

Flashbacks before Leo becomes president.

"Sofia, it looks like now is a good time for Leo to lead the company. I can't wait to see how amazing my company is in his hands." Mr. Gusta spoke to his wife.

Lady Sofia and Mr. Gusta decided to live apart since their only child, Leo, was 10 years old. They are not divorced, but both live in different countries.

Lady Sofia is a fashion designer who has a dream to have a boutique abroad. Since she married Mr. Gusta, Lady Sofia began to struggle to realize her dream because she was busy as the wife of the president who had to take care of the company foundation. With all her determination, madam Sofia decides to still go abroad to pursue her dream.

Little Leo was confused and disappointed with his parents. They only think of each other's dreams, one as a president in a big company and the other as an international designer. Leo hates his parents for not thinking about Leo needing parental love. Leo had no choice but to go with his mother abroad. He was big and he went to school there. After graduating from S2 college, his father trusted Leo to lead one of his overseas subsidiaries. He began to be trained to jump into his father's company.

"I'll talk to Leo first. You know for yourself your son wasn't easy to get back there." Lady Sofia responded to her husband.

"I'm just reminding you of your promise to me. When Leo chose to live with you abroad, you promised to bring him back so I could make him president." Sir Gusta said while looking at his wife.

Since living separately, Mr. Gusta only took time to visit his wife and children 1-2 times. That distance is what makes Leo not close enough to his father.

"I'll try to talk to him. I'm just afraid of ruining his dream." Strictly madam Sofia returned without looking at her husband.
