Weddings

"I have two conditions for this marriage." Shasa did not look at Leo at all. They both sat in the waiting room of the hospital.

"Say." Leo responded.

"No one needs to know this marriage, except the family or the people who are already here. I'm not running away from my position as your wife because this marriage is no joke." Shasa looked towards Leo.

"If you really mean what you say, marry me today in front of my father. I don't have much time." Shasa's sharp gaze seemed to be asking for Leo's answer.

"alright... I accept both your terms. Haris will take care of everything that's necessary." Leo stood up from his seat.

"Your family? Didn't you tell your family about this?" Shasa asked again, stopping Leo from continuing his movements.

"The main requirement of marriage is the blessing of the woman. Haris and Sam, they're both going to be my family today. They just need to watch and don't have to give their blessing, right?" Leo turned to Shasa. "You don't have to worry. After marriage, you are my legal wife. Of course you'll be part of the Gusta Family. No one would dare to deny it."

Leo left Shasa alone in his chair. He really could not imagine what he would face after getting married. Shasa of course knew Commissioner Gusta as a highly respected and respected high-end conglomerate. But mother? His name is Shasa, he doesn't know.

"Sir, are you sure of your decision?" assistant Haris asked in disbelief.

"Since when have you dared to doubt my decision?" Leo cursed Haris' assistant.

Same with Doctor Sam. He does not know that his arrival changes the purpose of examining Shasa's father as a witness to Leo's marriage.

Assistant Haris prepared things quickly. This wedding was held unusually. The location of the wedding was held in a hospital room with a very simple decoration. The wedding dress was prepared as fast as lightning without being able to choose the model of the dress that the bride wanted. In attendance at this wedding were only the Shasa family, Haris' assistant, Sam's doctor, and a religious leader.

This morning Shasa woke up from her sleep still single. Whether there was lightning what struck, the night Shasa had become a wife. The wedding procession went well. Father was finally able to deliver his daughter to the wedding. Dad looks so relieved. My mother also smiled warmly. Shabila who knew nothing, just enjoyed the event. Shasa cared nothing but his father at this moment. And Leo is still with him who doesn't talk much.

After Shasa and Leo were legally married, the hospital room was instantly transformed back into a hospital room in general. Mom tells Shasa and Leo to go home and rest at home. I will accompany my father in the hospital with Shabila who has fallen asleep on the sofa.

"Sha, go home huh. Rest. Son Leo, take Shasa home."

"Mom, is it okay if I go home? You must be tired too, right?"

"No, Sha. It's okay." Mom convinced Shasa.

"Let me Mom if there's anything." Mother also nodded.

Eventually Shasa and Leo leave the hospital. Along the way in the car, Leo inexplicably becomes awkward, while Shasa just stares out the window. Haris' assistant who was also in the car became astonished by Leo's attitude because he was never that ugly.

Arriving home, Shasa immediately went up to his room. But, before entering the room, he turned around with his hand still holding the doorknob.

"Master, have a good rest." Shasa smiled.

Leo returned Shasa's smile. She couldn't have forced Shasa to sleep in the room with her, right? At times like this, Shasa would want to be alone. Leo can understand the condition of their marriage.

Leo went into the room and took a shower. After that, he opened his laptop and went to work. It's a habit for Leo to keep working just before he goes to bed. It's been over an hour since Leo struggled with his laptop. Suddenly, Shasa screams from the next room. The startled Leo, spontaneously rushed out of the room.

She saw Shasa also coming out of her room crying. Leo doesn't know what's going on. He chased after Shasa quickly. He pulled Shasa's arm and hugged her into his arms.

"Dad! Daddy!" Shasa was crying so hard. "Why did you leave me?" Shasa beat Leo in the chest with tears. Leo understood what was happening. Grief enveloped Shasa and his family after the death of his beloved father.

Three days after the day of his father's death, Shasa and Leo decided to return because they had left their job long enough. Mother and Shabila are so sad to be left by Shasa, but there is a Mother Princess who will accompany her in the next few days. Shasa leaves his mother and sister to the Princess Mother.

"Sha, remember, you're married. Take good care of your husband. Don't hide anything from your husband. Open your heart to her." Mother advised Shasa before leaving. Shasa just nodded and hugged his mother.

"Mom, we're saying goodbye. I'll try to make time to visit my mom more often." Leo said goodbye to mom.

"Son Leo, Shasa's mother. Take care of him." Mother's message to Leo with her genuine smile.

That day, Leo and Shasa will explore a new leaf of life. No matter what surprises will come to Shasa's life as Leo's wife, she doesn't know.
