The Dream of the President

The Dream of the President

Shasa can go back home. His condition has improved. However, Leo asks Sam's doctor to send one of the nurses to keep Shasa at home and watch her diet and nutritional content.

Leo is more protective than ever. Shasa must not do things that make him tired so Shasa must stay rested at home. Leo is constantly monitoring Shasa's health through cctvs or nurses and servants in his home. Everyone who looks after Shasa is obliged to make sure that Shasa does not do any draining activities. Never for a second, Shasa was left alone. He was always supervised even in the room.

Shasa felt very bored at home. He also banned Leo from traveling outside the house even though the distance was close. He could only pander between his room, the dining room, and the back garden. The rest of the nurses will lecture Shasa on behalf of Leo.

Shasa wanted to breathe fresh air. He played into the back garden, feeling the cool air from the trees there. The house feels very quiet when Leo goes to work. Even though every hour or two Leo would call her, Shasa was still lonely in a house this big.

He really wanted to see the crowd outside the house. If lonely like this, Shasa will only remember the incident when she lost her baby candidate. Shasa daydreamed looking at the flowers blooming in the back garden. If she was not selfish with him, she would be enjoying her pregnancy.

Commissioner Gusta looked at Shasa who was daydreaming in the park chair. He tries to get close to Shasa and breaks his daydream.

"Sheer." Call Commissioner Gusta.

Shasa automatically turned to the source of the voice he recognized. "Papa." Sappa surprised.

"What are you doing? Why are you outside and not resting?" Commissioner Gusta sat in one of the other seats.

"I'm bored in the room, Pa. I want a breath of fresh air and the only place I can go is this park."

"You want to take a walk with me? Leo is working and Sofia is going to the foundation. I'm the only one you can count on to take you for a walk."

Shasa was quite enthusiastic about Commissioner Gusta's offer. He leaned his body towards Commissioner Gusta.

"Is it okay, Pa? Leo won't scold me, will he?"

"of course. I'm the key you can use anywhere. How, you want to not?"

To be sure, Shasa approved Commissioner Gusta's invitation. He could not possibly waste this precious opportunity. Shasa immediately got ready to go outside with Commissioner Gusta.

A car was prepared by Niko. I was invited out of the house, thank God. Shasa could not protest against Commissioner Gusta bringing in enough bodyguards.

"Is there a place you want to go?"

Shasa glanced at Commissioner Gusta next to him. He's racking his brain what he's so eager to go to. "She, Pa. But I'm not sure Papa's gonna like it." Shasa said doubtfully.

"Say."

Shasa smiled broadly at Commissioner Gusta. Shasa did not expect that Commissioner Gusta would be this good to her.

For a moment, Commissioner Gusta's bodyguard made the amusement park that Shasa wanted to visit empty without a single visitor. Niko rented this amusement park. However, in order to disguise Shasa that Commissioner Gusta hired her, Niko asked the bodyguards and servants at home to come to the amusement park like a regular visitor.

Shasa was so happy that Commissioner Gusta complied with his request. Shasa had imagined eating hotdogs, gulalis, soda, and other roadside snacks.

Arriving in front of the amusement park, Shasa feels like a dream come true. He remembered the time he went to the amusement park with Leo. Shasa laughed at himself remembering.

For the first time in the history of Commissioner Gusta's journey, he went to an amusement park. He looked around the amusement park. Just as Shasa walked a few steps from the entrance, he was already seen enjoying the scenery in front of him.

"Pa, I want to ride that game!" Shasa pointed to one of the rides playing. Lita whispered something in Shasa's ear.

"Madam, I advise you not to play in such extreme rides. We can choose other rides that are less dangerous."

Shasa clicked disappointed. He was eager to play in that extreme vehicle. He could shout as much as release all the feelings in his heart. But Shasa relented and chose the car racing rides.

"Pa, let's play that. The game was not dangerous at all. In fact, toddlers just ride that game." Shasa invited Commissioner Gusta with confidence.

Commissioner Gusta finally followed Shasa's wishes. After trying one ride, they both can be so compact playing other rides. Commissioner Gusta did not expect that much fun to go to the amusement park. For a moment, they forgot all the feelings that plagued their minds.

Despite enjoying, Commissioner Gusta was still with his flat face and feet. In contrast to Shasa who was screaming hysterically enjoying every game. Commissioner Gusta seemed to be keeping his pride too expensive to laugh as hard as possible at an amusement park like this.

After getting tired of playing, Shasa and Commissioner Gusta rest in a food stall. As Shasa planned, he ordered various foods that he had imagined since earlier. But the nurse that Commissioner Gusta brought in, forbade Shasa to drink soda. He was also ordered mineral water as a substitute for soda.

"Papa should try this food." Shasa handed over a portion of hotdogs to Commissioner Gusta.

"Why does the sauce look terrible?" Commissioner Gusta turned to the nurse he was carrying. He whispered to the nurse. "Suster, is this sauce harmless to him?"

The nurse answered Commissioner Gusta's question. "No need to worry, sir. I've replaced the sauce with a chef-made sauce at home. I can make sure the sauce is safe for Mrs Shafira."

Commissioner Gusta tried his hotdog. He thought for a moment. "Nake too."

They laughed together and enjoyed a fairly shady afternoon.

"Sheer." Commissioner Gusta called.

"Yes, Pa." Shasa turned his head towards Commissioner Gusta.

Shasa lowered his head.

"When Papa let Leo go with his mother, that's when Papa started to lose him. Papa had regretted Papa's decision to release them. But, Papa can't turn back time. Papa's trying to find a way to get her back, whatever it is. And all Papa's efforts over the years, answered already. In fact, Leo now lives one more house with Papa."

Shasa listened to Commissioner Gusta's story seriously.

"Papa wants you and Leo to be like that too. There are many ways to get your child back. Papa will support you."

Shasa had not heard such advice from a father for a long time. Shasa felt comfortable chatting this warmly with Commissioner Gusta.

"I feel like I'm talking to my dad." Shasa smiled at Commissioner Gusta.

"of course. I'm your father-in-law."

The two laughed again together, having fun breathing the air of freedom that he rarely felt. When your house is small, you dream of a big house. When your house is big and you feel comfortable, you will miss the air of freedom and the blue sky like this.

"Darling?" Shasa sees Leo already standing in front of the car right at the amusement park exit.

Leo just looked at him. Shasa walks with Commissioner Gusta to Leo.

"Why didn't you tell me you wanted to go outside?" Ask Leo flatly.

Shasa smiled. "Papa took me for a walk. I can't possibly bother you at work. So, I'm going to go with you."

Commissioner Gusta patted Leo on the shoulder and left him. Commissioner Gusta had a glance at Shasa before getting into his car.

"You're not angry, are you?" Shasa asked doubtfully.

"You must be tired. Let's go home and rest." At once Leo held Shasa and took him into the car. Then they darted towards the house following Commissioner Gusta who had already moved home.

Shasa was already leaning on the bed and relaxing while watching the tv. Leo had just walked into the room and immediately took a position beside Shasa. Seeing Leo in his position, Shasa turned off the tv and put the remote on the table.

"Darling, you're done recovering, do you want to go straight to the pregnancy program?" Leo asked carefully.

'Doctor Sam said that Leo and Papa had arranged a pregnancy program for me. But, why is Leo still asking my opinion?' Shasa wondered in his heart.

"We'll only do it when you're ready." Leo added his explanation.

"Of course I want to, baby." Shasa replied with a smile.

Leo nodded. "In that case, I'll arrange it. Let's take a break."

"Darling, I just got the info that before this weekend there will be a foundation event to the orphanage. I can come, right? I think now I'm healthy, maybe next week will be healthier." Shasa asks Leo's permission to re-act at the foundation.

"I'm gonna ask Sam if you're fully recovered. You can only leave if Sam lets it."

"Honey, the show is just a visit and not for long either. Not a big event like yesterday's festival. Aunt Nala said, maybe the show is only about 1 to 2 hours."

"Darling, I'm not banning you. But I just want to make sure the doctor has allowed you to move again."

"alright. If the doctor allows me, promise me you won't ban."

Leo kissed Shasa's forehead. He looked at his face for a moment. "Have you finished talking, Princess? Come on, let's take a break."

Doctor Sam does recommend Shasa to sleep faster than usual. Shasa must also have a good rest pattern. Because of this, Leo begins to be sensitive to Shasa's rest. He also became involved in regulating his resting pattern. Leo no longer works late into the night with a laptop in his lap. He would rush to sleep as well when Shasa's sleeping hours had arrived.

Epilogue:

Niko put a stack of newspapers on Commissioner Gusta's desk. Commissioner Gusta was seen picking up one copy of the newspaper among the pile. Then he threw it on the table again.

"Destroy all news about this. I don't want Shasa or Leo to see it."

"Good, Sir. I have also stopped online news from being spread to the public. I can't guarantee that Mr. Leo didn't see it. But, I can assure you that the news of Mrs Shafira's miscarriage will no longer be a major topic in any news."
