The Dream of the President

The Dream of the President

"Hello, Ma."

"Hi, honey. Duh, mama bother you not?" Lady Sofia asked teasing Leo.

"Haha... Why ma?" Leo asked, but his eyes could not escape Shasa who was drying her hair in front of the dressing table.

"It's okay. Mama's just gonna ask you guys for your honeymoon, all right?"

"Of course, Ma."

Mama smiled excitedly at the steady answer from Leo.

"Darling, it means that this mama will get granddaughter dong?" Madam Sofia asked while holding back her annoyance because since then Commissioner Gusta who was beside her had not stopped pinching Lady Sofia.

"How much do you want?" Leo asked defiantly.

"A lot of yes. Not one. Too quiet." Lady Sofia replied with a laugh.

"alright. Mama just wait. I'll take care of it with Shasa." Leo hung up the phone. She gets off the couch, approaches Shasa at the dresser.

"Mom why, baby? Is something going on?" ask Shasa.

"Regular. Ask for it." Leo answered with both hands on Shasa's shoulders, looking at him from the mirror.

"Oh yes. Mama wants to get what? I guess we also have to set the time to go to the gift shop. I also want to buy souvenirs for my friends."

Leo shook his head. "All you want isn't that simple." Leo turned Shasa's body around, took the hair dryer from Shasa's hand, turned it off and put the machine on the dressing table.

Shasa looked at Leo who was now resting before him.

"Darling, how many children do you want?" Ask Leo.

Shasa smiled at Leo's question. Finally Shasa could hear her husband discussing about the child. Shasa did not dare to start discussing first as he would definitely look greedy. She already has a perfect husband like Leo and now expects to have children from him.

"Darling, be the mother of my children." Pinta Leo looked at Shasa's face.

"You want to have how many children?" Shasa asked with an unceasing smile on his face.

"More than one. A four? A six? Anyway not one. If he only had one, he would be as troublesome as me." Answer Leo.

"Haha... We'll have to work hard then." Sahut Shasa's.

Shasa's heart is now convinced that Leo does want a child from him. For some reason after those words came out from him, Shasa felt very relieved. Shasa realizes how much Leo loved her from the beginning of their marriage.

Having children is the dream of every couple in the world. But Shasa wanted himself to be sure first that the child was really wanted so that the child could get complete love and affection from his parents.

After Shasa twice heard about the descent of Lady Sofia and Commissioner Gusta, the discussion about the fruit of his love with Leo continued to swirl in his brain.

Shasa remembered the story of his childhood. At that time, little Shasa cried bitterly because he missed his biological parents. Mother Princess who was taking care of Shasa at the orphanage, hugged little Shasa tightly.

"Daughter, why did my parents leave me alone? I can't remember their faces. Mother Princess, do my parents not love me?" Shasa could not stop crying.

The Princess Mother simply stroked her gently, calming Shasa who sobbed in her tears.

"Don't cry, Shasa. There's a Princess here who loves you."

The more time passed, the more Shasa understood. Shasa was abandoned by her parents for some reason. Shasa feels born from parents who do not love him so that from birth Shasa is abandoned. If the reason was due to economic hardship, Shasa's parents shouldn't have given up on the circumstances. After all, this Shasa was their son. Therefore Shasa always concludes that her biological parents have never loved Shasa since she was born.

When Shasa's moments are always faced with her in-laws' request to have children soon, Shasa just wants her child to be the one she wants as well as her husband. He did not want his son to suffer like he did when he was a child that his parents never loved. Shasa thought about it carefully. He does get Leo's love, but Shasa never knows if Leo does want a child from him.

"Gusta, why do you keep pinching me?" Lady Sofia was upset that Commissioner Gusta had pinched her several times while calling Leo.

"I told you not to talk about children. You said you just wanted to ask them." Protests of Commissioner Gusta.

"Why do I cover up what I want to say? Leo must understand what I mean. Don't you want a grandchild?" Reply Lady Sofia.

"Of course I want to, Sofia. But if they keep pushing them about the child, there they won't focus on making it."

"alright then. I won't ask you again. I'm gonna have Sam run a pregnancy program for Shasa."

Commissioner Gusta snorted. "If Leo finds out, he'll be mad at you. You did something without his consent."

"If it were for her good, it would definitely not be angry."

Commissioner Gusta ignored his views from Lady Sofia. No matter what his wife wants to do.

"I want to get the nursery ready in this house right away. I'll make some clothes later too. I'm so impatient." Lady Sofia had already enthusiastically imagined her granddaughter later.

"Haha... Is that all you've prepared for your granddaughter? I even prepared the company for them. I'll have Niko renovate the new house for my grandchildren."

Madam Sofia sneered while shaking her head. "Your gift has no art at all. Think of something you made with your own hands. Your granddaughter will definitely not forget that in her entire life."

Commissioner Gusta and Lady Sofia are still arguing over her granddaughter. Each one is competing to be the best grandpa and grandma. If only Shasa knew that her in-laws had been waiting for the presence of baby cries in her house.
