The Dream of the President

Dreams for Mom

XY Group Subsidiaries overseas.

Leo was ready to leave the room. The clock shows at 9 p.m. The office was deserted and only Leo was left in his room.

The streets are pretty quiet. However, Leo's bad mood actually makes it like a person is stressed because of traffic jams.

That afternoon, Leo got a message from his mother:

Leo, today dinner at home huh. Papa's coming.

After seeing the message, Leo just lazy to go home. If he comes home, he must confront his father who relentlessly tells him to return and immediately succeeds his father to the presidency.

Leo had arrived and put his vehicle in the house. He took off the shirt and it was no longer neat. Leo got out of the car and carried the suit on his shoulder.

"Hey, honey, why so long? Have you had dinner?" Welcome Lady Sofia on the porch.

"Hi ma, I did a lot of work and I ate too. You don't have to bother preparing it." Answer Leo.

"You're not avoiding your papa, are you?" Lady Sofia squinted her eyes.

"Let papa rest. He must have been tired after his flight. I'll take a break too." Leo added with a smile to his mother.

That night, there was no conversation between Lady Sofia, Mr. Gusta, and also Leo. So will tomorrow and tomorrow again. Until the day his father had to return. The conversation never started either.

In the evening after his father's return, Leo stayed in his room. Lady Sofia enters Leo's room.

"Leo, what are you?"

"Eh, mama. Check the office email again."

"Home at home, how are you still working? Mama's jealous." Lady Sofia wrapped her arm around Leo's arm.

"Speak ma. I know there's something you want to talk about." Leo smiled to his mother.

"Leo, you know, you're so happy that you've always been with your mom since she was a kid. We've spent a lot of time both. I am thankful that you can be this strong and powerful. There are so many great things you can make happen."

"Mama's trying to persuade me to come back?" Leo looked at his mother.

"You've always been like that. Hahahahahaha" Madam Sofia smiled widely.

"Is that your mom's dream?" Ask Leo curiously.

"After you married your dad, you saw how cool he was to lead his company. Mama imagined that one day our son could be that cool. Then you were born. Papa was so happy because he got his successor. Mama also felt relieved because what you imagine is soon realized. Unexpectedly mom and dad have to stay apart and you choose to join mom. Ye know? Papa let you go because you don't want to get in the way of your dreams. Listening to your papa saying that, mama can't be selfish to decide her dream. Mama promised me that mom would make her dream come true. Mama will make sure you come back and become president. It's not just papa's dream, it's also my mom's dream."

Long-length lady Sofia explained. Leo gasped at his heart hearing his mother's story.

"Ma, I'm going. If it's your dream, I'll make it happen. Just like my mom, I don't want to be a barrier to other people's dreams either. I have no other dream. My dream is only my mother's happiness." Leo was slow.

"Darling, one day you will have a dream for yourself. You can't live just for other people's dreams. When your heart opens, that dream will come. Believe it." Lady Sofia clasped Leo's hand with slightly teary eyes.

'Ma, Pa, do you know why I don't have dreams? That's because your dreams hurt me. I'm afraid my dreams can also hurt other people' Leo's inner heart.

"You go first, Ti. I'm planning a presentation for tomorrow." Shasa replied while typing on his computer.

"What time is the presentation?"

"Morning. Hour 10. I'm going crazy." Shasa replied annoyed while slightly banging on his keyboard.

"Gee... Just the first day, the handsome president has made us this mess" Tira stroked his chest.

"I think I've seen the president. What if his face is like om-om? Hahahaha" Shasa said.

Tira laughed loudly as she went home.

"Sha, don't be lazy. The more malem can make more single. Hahahahaha" Tira's. And Tira left the office.

Shasa never told me about his girlfriend. So everyone in the office thinks Shasa is single. Shasa was previously dating Dion, from the Product Department. Who later caught cheating with his college friend who is also one office, Gia, from the Public Relations Department.

After half an hour, finish the presentation for tomorrow. Shasa tidied up his things and prepared to go home.

Every day Shasa goes to the office with his scooter. The orange-yellow scooter was the first expensive item Shasa bought with his own money. Of course, Shasa was very possessive with his scooter.

Shasa was already in the lobby and stepped into the parking lot. His face was tired and his body was also sore. Arriving at the parking lot, Shasa prepared to go home and put on a helmet. Suddenly his phone rang.

"Hello manager Lim. Da? Oh gee... Continues to? Oh okay ready boss, thank you" instantly Shasa's face was bright and a little excited.

'Ahhh... I can finally rest in peace tonight. The presentation was postponed to 2pm. I can still read through the presentation material tomorrow morning at the office Shasa's smile expands.

Epilogue:

Leo rushed home followed by Haris' assistant behind him. The driver has set up the car in the lobby. After exiting the VIP elevator, Leo saw the woman ID card aka Shasa who was walking lazily.

Leo laughed in his heart. It seems like the plan to work on Shasa was successful because Leo asked Haris' assistant for the development department to make a presentation tomorrow morning even though the prepared report was very much.

'How dare you say I'm a ghost in the rooftop. Accept my vengeance.' Leo smiled cynically. But then Leo remembered Shasa's cry on the rooftop. 'Oh, he just broke his heart. It is fitting that his face is not pleasant to see so.' Leo's mind.

Suddenly Leo stopped his steps. Haris was shocked and stopped.

"Haris, tell the development manager that the presentation is postponed to 2 pm. I'll do something else first thing tomorrow morning."

"Okay sir, I'll tell you." Answer Haris.

"Now Haris. Now tell him." Firmly Leo without taking his eyes off Shasa.

"I, yes Sir." Haris directly contacted Lim's manager via his mobile phone.

Before Leo got into his car, he was still looking towards Shasa who was in the parking lot. Suddenly Shasa looks excited while dancing small. Leo laughed in his heart and rushed into the car.

'Give him a little air. Hahahaha, since when have I been this kind.' murmured inwardly. Later, Leo's car quickly left the office.
