Looking at the little smile on the crown prince's lips, Xue Yu-Yan felt strange. "Xue, are you surprising me?" Sheng Li raised his eyebrows curiously.
Xue Yu-Yan immediately lowered her gaze. “I don't dare. I'm saying that I'm going to end my life because it means nothing if I can't be next to you. Sheng Li kept looking at him for a while, trying to understand why Xue was acting that way. Xue Yu-Yan emphasized her last words and raised her eyes.
"Xue, stop threatening me. I have killed many women with my own hands. So, it doesn't matter to me if you lose your life for this ridiculous reason. Granted, I love you but I stopped that feeling for you the day I was told that you would become the noble consort of the first brother. Don't let me open my mouth because it'll hurt you. I admire you so much so, for that, I didn't open my mouth. Hope Miss Xue understands me." Sheng Li had a stern expression on his face.
"How could Your Majesty stop his love for me just because of an alliance with the first brother?" Xue Yu-Yan looked at Sheng Li skeptically.
Sheng Li sneered. "Because to me love is second. May this erase your answer - A gesture is more than enough for Wise." Sheng Li turned around and walked away.
Xue Yu-Yan furrowed her brows. "What does His Majesty mean by that? Love comes second?" Xue Yu-Yan was confused when palace lady Huo came there. "Mrs, what are you doing here? You may not come here because this is the crown prince ..."
Xue Yu-Yan stopped the palace woman by showing her hand. "I don't want to listen. Where should I go?" Xue Yu-Yan asked Huo woman while wiping the tears from the back of her palm.
"Please follow me, Madam," Madam Huo spoke politely, and the two of them left from there.
In Empress Manor, the crown princess is seen sewing silk cloth. The empress sat beside him while Lady Xu stood behind the crown princess.
"Crown princess, what are you doing? Look, what have you done?" Empress Wei, with a slight laugh, said as she took the silk cloth and needle from the crown princess.
"I'm sorry, Your Majesty. I have always lacked in sewing and sewing," Ying Lili furrowed her brows in embarrassment.

"There is a workshop for sewing clothes for the great people of the Palace, Your Majesty," Court Lady Xu politely told the nodding crown princess. "Your Majesty, please forgive Your Majesty for his awkwardness and forgive this court lady as well for not teaching Your Majesty about all this." Court Madam Xu had lowered her head.
"Yes, Your Majesty." Palace mistress Xu accepted the order, bowing ninety degrees.
"You may go, crown princess," Empress Wei asserted. Ying Lili stood up from the chair and bowed in front of the Empress.
"The Crown Prince should know that the first Prince will marry the prime minister's daughter. The show will start soon, so, come over there as well," Empress Wei said.
"Yes, Your Majesty," Ying Lili said and left the room.
Ying Lili was walking towards the Zhenzhu Inn when something crossed Ying Lili's mind so she spoke, "Mistress Xu's palace, will you tell me something?"
"Your Majesty doesn't need permission to ask any questions of mine," Court Lady Xu asserted gently.
"What happened to the crown prince's mother?" Ying Lili asked.
Court Lady Xu did not expect any questions from the crown princess. "Did His Majesty not tell His Majesty?" Court Lady Xu asked. Ying Lili shook her head in rejection.
"His Majesty's mother died after a prolonged illness. His Majesty was at war at the time. We all did everything we could to save him. The medicinal herb was brought from the Kun Lun Shan mountain range but he cannot be saved and left behind at any moment.one of us is behind," Court Lady Xu said with a melancholic touch.
Ying Lili stopped in place as her expression darkened. "Madam court, then what happened to the crown prince?"

"She must feel alone" Ying Lili murmured.
