Look at Me, My Husband

Look at Me, My Husband
S2 Mother of my son 9

Taking on Naina in every sense, Pieter chose the silence of a thousand languages. Looking at the movements of the beautiful woman who looked so happy dragging the suitcase, Pieter did not even see a speck of sadness in Naina's beautiful eyes. This year has left no impression. This separation made Naina so happy not sad as she was.

Working hard to strengthen her heart so that she can take Naina to the airport, she does not want to miss a second of her last moments with the woman who the last year is not just coloring her life, but her life, it also filled the emptiness of his heart.

The previous casanova played with the hearts and feelings of many women. But accidents teach him many things, aware of his time wasted so far. Life's goals were vague and directionless, until this injury slapped and snatched many things from him.

He's hit. If God rebukes him in this way, he can only say one thing to the Creator. The almighty knows all things, if he truly realizes his mistake and regrets it. If God will give him a second chance, he will use it by strengthening himself and his heart.

“Dave ...” pinta Pieter thrusting her hand.

“Oh yes, until forgot.” Dave pulled out a red velvet box from his pants pocket, then slipped it directly into Pieter's pants pocket.

“Good luck, Bro!” Dave patted Pieter on the shoulder before pushing the wheelchair. Followed Naina who was already walking in front.

The trip to the airport, more filled with small talk between Pieter and David. Naina who sat side by side with Pieter in the back seat locked her lips more tightly

“Naina Pelangie, thank you for everything you did for me during this year.” Pieter opened his mouth. Conversations turned to him, David was already focused with the phone in hand.

Naina turned her eyes. The unusual call came out of Pieter's lips. From the beginning of their introduction in the hospital, Pieter always called her Angel instead of Naina. It sounded strange and unusual when Pieter mentioned his full name.

It's okay, sir. It's all part of my job. I did it because it is my job.” Naina smiles.

“This is for you.” Pieter handed the red velvet box over to Naina's lap.

“Hah! This is what, sir?” ask Naina wonder.

“For you.”

“What is this for, Sir?” naina asked, confused.

“For you. I hope you remember me every time you see this little gift.” Pieter took the box from Naina's hand and opened it.

A necklace with a pendant bearing the name Vienna and a white gold bracelet that looks beautiful and not too excessive. Pieter specifically ordered the simple jewelry for Naina and her daughter. She knows, Naina is not too fond of sparkling jewelry.

“This is for you” said Pieter, grabbing Naina's wrist and helping to put her on.

Naina is too captivated by Pieter's unusual sweet treatment. In fact, he did not pay much attention to the bracelet that Pieter gave him.

“Beauty,”whisper Pieter smile.

“This is for your daughter, Vienna. May you remember me every time you see Vienna,” continued Pieter, closing the jewelry box and returning it to Naina.

“What is not excess, Sir.” Naina still can't believe it. Looking to the side, looking at Pieter questioningly danced in his brain.

“What you did for me all this time is much bigger than this small gift.”

Naina bowed covering the pink hue on her cheek. It was realized that their chatter could be heard by David and the driver sitting in the front seat.

“Don't call me sir again. You're not working with me anymore. If one day we match up to meet again, I want you to give me the same opportunity as any other man, not as your master," Pieter said, throwing a quick smile, then throwing a glance out the window.

The chatter in the car stopped, as the four-wheeled vehicle entered the airport area. The driver slowed down his car to find parking.

When the car stopped perfectly, David and the driver hurried out. Pieter who was left alone with Naina did not waste a chance.

"Yes, sir."

"Hahaha .. I told you not to call you again." Pieter burst open, shortly after breaking her embrace. Doubtfully took out the white envelope from his pants pocket again.

"It was read on the plane. There are things I can't express directly."

"Yes sir."

"Little gift from me don't sell if you're in financial trouble. Just call me, I'll send money to you and Vienna." Pieter returned.

Naina smiled this time. Trying to cover up her sadness when she had to part with her employer. A year together, there must be many things that are not easily forgotten.

"My offer still stands. If you change your phone number, please let me know. I'll call you when I get back to Indonesia."

"Yes sir."

"Still, sir," grumbled Pieter annoyed.

"You can go now. Let me know when I arrive in Indonesia. I must miss you, Angel." Pieter grabbed Naina by the body and hugged her tightly. A kiss was placed on Naina's forehead.

"Take care, sir. Hope you recover quickly and can walk normally again." Naina got out of the car and walked around dragging her suitcase. The woman took the time to wave at Pieter while smiling sweetly.

Highlight the sad eyes of Pieter following Naina's progressively walking away and disappearing with David. He chose not to come down and drive to the entrance. He won't be able to see Naina leave him.

A drop of the man's tears came down without being held back. Pieter hastily rubbed it. Not wanting to look weak because of a woman.

On an air journey from Austria to Jakarta, Naina spends it sleeping and reading. He could not wait to hug his daughter, Vienna. Somehow the little girl reacted when she met him.

The long journey across the continent made Naina just arrived in Indonesia the next day. Haru burst out after a year of leaving the homeland. Once set foot in Soekarno Hatta airport, the heat of the stinging sun was already welcoming him.

In Austria just entering spring, he was still carried away with cold temperatures penetrating the bones for months before.

"Tell!" A masculine voice could be heard shouting his name as he just walked out of the airport door dragging his suitcase.

Naina circulated the gaze, looking for the origin of the voice. He recognized the voice of a handsome man who became his god of salvation after his divorce from Wira.

"Mas." Naina rushed over to Dennis. The man stood tall not too far away from her. In a black suit, waving and smiling sweetly.

"You're alone, Mom?" There was a disappointed tone contained in his words as the steps got closer and he saw no one but Dennis.

Dennis chuckles. "Wina slept while I was at the airport. I can't wake her up."

"Oh yeah? Is she okay?" naina asked so excitedly.

"Yes. He's always fine, especially when he's with his Daddy." Dennis answered proudly.
