Look at Me, My Husband

Look at Me, My Husband
S1. Chapter 21

Stevi's emotions have been changed. All the flavors that he had been holding, so tight on the chest. Love clapped one hand that he had kept since he was in High School, it finally had to end like this.

Secretly loving the Hero, even always supporting the man with all his heart, Stevi could only reach the position of friend in the heart and life of the Hero. All that is in him is not able to shake the heart of the Hero.

On the contrary, shortly after finishing his lecture, suddenly Wira came to him with a smile of happiness. A smile that had never appeared on the lips of that handsome man for many years.

Stevi remembers clearly how Wira showed a picture of Naina neatly stored on her phone, a simple girl she met on the side of the road, in the city of Yogyakarta.

He smiled, hiding his heart. Stevi could only silently cry inwardly. Half a year passed, Wira came back to him. Stevi remembers clearly, at that time he was already an employee at papa Wira company.

The man she loved met her at lunchtime. Not alone, but bringing a girl who half a year ago only showed her beauty from a mobile phone screen. Yes, Wira introduces Naina to him. Stevi's legs could still be stiff at the time, but once the voice of the Hero broke the awkwardness created between them, Stevi almost fell.

“Stev, meet my wife, Naina.”

The words of Wira at that time were painful. Moreover, seeing the happy smiles of the two, linking fingers with twin rings tucked into the second ring finger. Binding and possession marks of each other. The sentence of the Hero until now is still stored tightly in his mind, every memory of him, still feeling the same pain.

By the time Stevi realized, her hope was gone. Being the wife of a hero is only wishful thinking, a dream that will not come true. It was hard to keep the feeling that drove him crazy.

In the second year, Stevi was recruited to be the secretary of Wira, a desire that had been closed tightly, finally slowly opened. Every day meet Wira, not infrequently have to go out of town together, making the love that has been saved back slowly.

That love grows back over time, much bigger than before. His friendship with Wir made Stevi unable to hide his love. Moreover, the hero who is now much more interesting than still in a gray white uniform or even while still a student status.

Women who are now the dream of women, established men with good looks need not be doubted, establishment that should be taken into account. Unfortunately this man has unquestionable loyalty, leaving many girls heartbroken as Wira proudly holds her simple wife, far from the look of the capital's models.

Bruk!

Stevi closed the rough laptop that had been open in front of Wira. Not only that, the woman threw away all the things on the Hero's table. Everything fell apart, fell to the floor. It makes the man angry. Stevi's impoliteness really provoked her emotions. Since then Wira chose not to serve, concentrating on his work.

“What the hell is this Stev?” ask the hero with a high tone. Never treated such a woman.

The man was already standing with both hands clenched, dangling to the right left of his body. His reddened eyes held in anger, with veins protruding at his temples.

“This is what I want. Alright, from now on, don't ever visit Nola again. Don't blame me, if Naina knows everything!” threaten Stevi, turn towards the door.

Half-running, Wira caught up and grabbed her secretary arm violently.

“What do you mean? You want to complain to Naina? Huh huh? Don't be crazy, Stev!”

Stevi laughing.

“Why be afraid? Your stupid wife should have known a long time ago, so she could have divorced you long ago.”

Hearing his wife humbled emotions Wira which had peaked again exploded. His hand on Stevi's arm was getting tighter.

“How dare you humiliate Naina. You are nothing compared to Naina. With a single push, Stevi nearly fell to the floor.

To coincide with that, the door of the room opened. Naina appeared in the middle of the door with a surprised face. A smile that a moment ago still adorned his face, changing with a panicked aura mixed with surprise.

“Mas ...”

“Stev ...”

“What happened?” asked Naina softly. Look at her husband's unusual room. All was messy, the aura of not wearing seemed so obvious. The two people in front of him drew knives past the sight.

No one answered.

“Mas, what happened?” naina asked confusedly. Turning to look at Stevi, the woman was still standing tidying up her clothes near Naina.

“Stev, what happened? Oh my God, you guys are like little kids,” Naina's nagging on both.

“Mas, already.” Naina took a few steps forward. His feet almost stepped on the papers coming out of his map, messy on the floor.

Naina crouched down after putting her bag on the desk, her hand reaching for the papers and tidying them up, but Wira made a sound to stop her.

“Nai, don't do that. Mas's wife should not be low in front of others,” Wira said gently. The voice coming out from the man's lips was opposite to the look on his face. The deadly aura with anger at the highest level was clearly imprinted on his handsome face.

Naina was unmoved, still busy collecting the scattered papers.

“Nai, let it stay there. It is not your job to pick up the papers,” stressed Wira. The man grabbed his wife's arm, took the collected paper from Naina's hand and threw it into the air in anger. Fly and fall back, mess to the floor.

“Sit here,” Decree of Wira, taking his wife to sit in the oversize chair that he had occupied.

“Mas, what's up?” naina asked confused herself.

“You're Mas's wife is not a secretary. It was not Nai's job to tidy up the messy items in this workspace. Mas has paid people to do it, he should be self-aware of his duties and responsibilities as director secretary,” said Wira.

The man's gaze was sharp and terrifying. Stabbing directly into the netra Stevi's eyes were still in place.

“If you are not so good with your work, I can move you to la....”

The hero does not finish his sentence anymore. His arm was pulled by Naina, while Stevi picked up all the papers that were scattered on the floor without saying much.

“Mas ...” Naina shook her head, asking Wira to stop talking and prolonging her problem with Stevi.

Wira is like a buffalo that shakes his nose. With just a bundle of his wife's head, the man immediately complied. Followed his wife's will without protest.

“Mas, what happened?” naina asked after making sure Stevi got out of the room.

“It's okay.”

“Already Mas. You guys have been friends since a long time ago, why fight. What not to be ashamed of age,” nagging Naina.

The hero is still in place.

“What's the problem, Mom? Why should we fight. Stevi is no one else, you have been friends for a long time,” Naina said.
