"And, that's the story of how Agade formed, how I met all of them."
I'm ending the story. Right after I said it, a small applause emerged from the people. Which part made you clap?
I looked at the road, at the city barrier that indicated that we had entered the city of Haria.....Wait a minute, Haria?
"Then, are there any other questions?"
While I looked behind the bus, making sure the writing was welcome between cities, Mulisu reopened the question and answer session.
"So" Inanna opened her mouth. "The news that Lugalgin, I mean Sarru, single-handedly annihilating a six-pillar black market organization is true?"
"Yes, right. I did it alone. Remember, though, I didn't come in bluntly from the front door. I spread poison too. I attacked them from the inside."
After making sure that the writing was welcome, and making sure that we were actually in Haria city, I sat back and faced the front.
"Stay Gin, you, alone, destroy a mafia organization is a wonderful thing." Emir added. "More than Six Pillars' class of organization."
"Not really. Mulisu, Ukin, and Lacuna could also do it. Especially Lacuna. I'll bet I can do all that by knocking on the front door."
"No, no." Mulisu rejected my words outright. "If it's just a 4th class mobster, maybe I can. If it's a Class 5 mafia or even a Six Pillar, I'm not sure I can do it. In fact, I'm not sure Ukin can eradicate the Six Pillars mafia. He must be exhausted first and back off."
I was silent for a moment. Actually, I don't fully believe in your words. If Ukin wanted to, he could tear down the building just by plucking out the steel pillars that were propping up, just like he did when he attacked me and Lacuna. And, this was enough to annihilate the organization.
On the other hand, for Mulisu, he is indeed not as reliable as me in terms of strategizing or as strong as Ukin in terms of strength, but precisely this is his surplus value. He could cover up his lack of strength with strategy, and vice versa.
That doesn't happen to me and Ukin. If my strategy fails and the situation does not support me, I do not have the strength I can rely on. On the other hand, if Ukin was weaker than the opponent or used a dirty strategy, like me, he would not be able to win.
In other words, I, Ukin, and Mulisu cannot be equated with each other. If the three of us started their own organizations, there was a possibility that the three of us would be looking at each other but no one was above or below, a Mexican standoff.
We, Mulisu and I, had already done dozens of jobs and missions together, and during that time, I was watching this woman well. What made Mulisu seem weaker than me and Ukin was his lack of confidence. When Mulisu sees something big, he subconsciously restricts himself and then finally says "it can't, yes".
And, it seems, despite being two years apart, she still has that side. Maybe there was something going on in his past that made Mulisu become like this. However, I won't ask if he chooses not to tell it.
"Hey, Ibla, can you tell me where your new headquarters is?"
I'm starting to get curious because we're all back in Haria.
"Hehehe, look at it later." Ibla answered while blinking her narrowed eyes.
"Yes, fine then."
"Gin's." The Emir raised his hand behind the bus.
"Yes?"
"Then, was Agade also responsible for the Cleinhad family tragedy?"
I was silent for a moment. No matter how often I imagined it appearing, but, I still couldn't really accept this question well.
"Yes, right,"
"We are responsible."
"We do it because we–"
"Silence!"
Without realizing it, I raised my voice. Not only that, even a hint of bloodthirsty aura appeared.
The people in the truck were silent. The atmosphere becomes heavy.
"Sorry." I let out a breath. "The one responsible for the Cleinhad family incident is me. No one from Agade took part or took over. It's all my responsibility, one."
Even though I apologized, the atmosphere inside this bus still hasn't returned to normal. The atmosphere still feels heavy.
After that question, we all fell silent. No more questions arise from Inanna or Emir. No more voices of women talking.
"Sorry, yeah. Because of me, the atmosphere became awkward." I apologize again.
"It's okay, Lugalgin." Ninmar was the first to respond. "Agade, this place, is the place you created. You are free to do whatever you want."
Ninmar, of all the people in Agade, you are the one with the highest loyalty. In fact, you won't hesitate if I order you to die right now. But, this, not–
"Gin, we're almost there." Ibla interrupted my thoughts.
At last. At least, once we get off this bus, the atmosphere can return to normal. Might as well.
But almost there? We just entered the back door to the harbor. In fact, I recognized the building we had just passed. The building we passed through was a line of warehouses that were often used by companies to stockpile new items. And, one of those sheds, is mine.
"Eh? This place...."
"Why, Inanna?"
"That warehouse line was my operating base when I was in charge of infiltrating Bana'an as a gugalanna agent a few months ago."
"Seriously?" Emir connecting. "Ah, yes, you haven't been here yet huh. Inanna, one of those warehouses is where Lugalgin keeps all his weapons. I went to Lugalgin a few times when he took and returned Arsenal's coffin."
I was silent for a moment. I was even more shocked when our bus went into a building, which literally, was behind the barn. In the center, there is a three-story building that extends. Several tens of meters away, within a distance of the building, a towering wall, separated this building from the outside.
Finally, our bus stopped in front of the main door of the building. If you look at a glance, you will think this building is just an ordinary building or office. In fact, it looks like some people are running around inside.
"Ibla, I need an explanation of less than twenty words."
"Alright," Ibla responded. "We went on hiatus in the black market world, but in the legal world we set up an export import company, and we were very successful. Yeah, although in the beginning we weren't really legal anyway."
Ibla, you explain it in 31 words. I don't really care. I just wanted to say that sentence after reading it.
But, okay, this is unexpected. I didn't expect this development at all, they built a legal company. I've guessed. Without my help, they can be independent.
We got off the bus, headed to the entrance where several people were waiting.
"Welcome we say to Mr. Lugalgin and Mr. Princess Emir and Princess Inanna."
