Without waiting for a long time, Alifa immediately contacted his guidance lecturer, asking for time for the guidance of the new title.

"Morning, Miss. Sorry to interrupt the time for a while, I have got a new research place. When can I get title guidance again, Miss? Thank you, Miss." Alifa pressed the send button from her phone. Hope her message soon gets the expected reply from Miss Elda.

Alifa left for campus with a smile, even though her body felt very tired. His pale face was simply ignored. He tried to cover it with powder to look bright, but still could not fool people who understood that Alifa was sick. It seemed that Alifa's stomach ache was crumbling again from being too excited to finish her studies, to the point that in the past few days, her body was left tired by taking a short rest.

With a gontai step, Alifa walked from his boarding house to the campus. He walked casually, his heart ached, but not Alifa name if not smart to play in front of others. He often uses a lot of masks to cover the pain or sadness felt.

On the road, he met some college friends who were his age. They greet each other, Alifa still shows his firmness.

"Today's "E-Business Planning" course, I shouldn't miss it because of the plan, after graduating from college, I want to open a business. So, must really know the theory about business." Alifa clenched her hands excitedly. He also continued to walk through the usual rat path.

Until arriving at the campus, Alifa saw the parking lot was fully filled with two and four-wheeled vehicles. Alifa walked towards one of the buildings, because in 20 minutes, she had to go to class. Although his body felt tired and sick, but his passion for learning and preparing for the future as an entrepreneur did not subside. He sat in front of the class with other friends, waiting for the lecturer to come.

When the lecturer came and entered the classroom, all the students who had been waiting, followed from behind. They enter in orderly. When entering the classroom, Alifa still tried to smile even though she looked pale. The lecturer was named Mr. Adi. He greeted his students kindly and started the lecture by giving an explanation of "E-Business Planning."

"Good morning, everybody! Today we will begin the course "E-Business Design." Before we get into the material, allow me to introduce myself. I am Mr. Adi, the lecturer who will guide you in this course. All right, let's get started."

"Good morning, Mr. Adi! I'm Alifa, glad to be able to attend this course." Alifa responded to the greeting from Mr. Adi with a smile.

Adi returned Alifa's smile. He is indeed one of the very friendly lecturers on the campus where Alifa attended. No wonder so many people like it. "Good morning, Alifa! It's nice to meet you and everyone. First of all, let's talk a little bit about what e-business planning is. E-business stands for 'electronic business' which refers to business activities involving the utilization of information technology and the internet to perform various business processes."

Alifa tried to focus on the lecture even though her body was not fully supportive. He took diligent notes and asked when things were poorly understood.

"So, is e-business the same as e-commerce, Mr Adi?" ask one of Alifa's friends.

"Good question! E-commerce is part of e-business, but not the same. E-commerce focuses on buying and selling goods and services online, while e-business covers all aspects of business based on information technology, such as supply chain management, digital marketing, and e-business, and interaction with customers through digital platforms.

Another friend of Alifa also asked. "Sir, such an online business certainly requires a different strategy, huh?"

"That's fine. E-business design requires us to design the right strategy so that online business can run well. You have to consider factors, such as data security, user experience, and efficient system integration."

Alifa asked seriously, "What about e-business marketing, Mr Adi?"

"Marketing in e-business is very different from conventional marketing. In the digital world, we can use various platforms such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising to reach the target audience more effectively. However, you also need to understand how to measure the success of your marketing campaign."

"Well, that's interesting! What other materials will we learn in this course, Mr Adi?" The response from Alifa's friend who asked earlier was very enthusiastic. His spirit is so extraordinary to listen to the material given by Mr. Adi.

"In this course, you will learn about various online business models, digital marketing strategies, legal aspects in e-business, risk management, to online business performance analysis. Of course, you will also be invited to design an e-business project as the final task of this course."

"Wow, that sounds challenging! I am more excited to follow this course," exclaimed Alifa who is very enthusiastic about learning.

"It's good, Alifa! Such a spirit will make you successful in understanding and applying e-business concepts. I hope you all can take maximum benefit from this course and will be able to implement it in future business plans."

All students in the class answered. "Thank you, Mr. Adi! We will try to do our best and study hard so as not to disappoint you!"

After the lecture was over, Alifa checked her phone, who knew she had gotten a reply from Miss Elda. Opened the mailbox menu, it was true that there was a message from Miss Elda.

"Meet me tomorrow at noon at 1 in the lecturer's room."

A short sentence, but it really means a lot to Alifa. Because it is a good opportunity to be able to immediately see his guidance lecturer again. It talks about the future of Alifa with various targets in her life.

Alifa hurriedly replied. "Good, Miss. Thank you so much for your time. Tomorrow I'll see Miss Elda."

Alifa stepped up with complete confidence that this time the proposed title would definitely be accepted by Miss Elda. He also went to the library room to wait at 11 pm because there was a class of Information Systems Design Analysis course. The material in this course is related to the final task later. So, Alifa must really focus on listening and understanding each material to be discussed.

Arriving at the library room, Alifa looked for a book on Information Systems Design Analysis to study it outside the classroom.

Alifa walked around, tracing every corner of the room looking for the desired book, then after 15 minutes passed, she finally got the book. Alifa immediately looked for the most comfortable seat and read the book very fervently.

Around him were many students even lecturers who were busy reading. There are others who are discussing.

While reading, Alifa's head suddenly hurt. He felt a tremendous pain again, but tried to look fine. Until the time has shown at 10:30 WIB, Alifa left the library room and did not forget to return the book that had just been read to its place of origin.

Alifa walked to the classroom to attend the Information Systems Design Analysis course. Although the head still hurts, but he tries to stay focused and not let the pain interfere with his learning concentration.

In class, Alifa sat in the front seat, close to the chair that her lecturer occupied. He took seriously every explanation from the lecturer. Although the material is quite complex, Alifa seeks to understand it as it relates to his final task which will be put forward later.

Several times, Alifa had to gently rub her temple because of an increasingly annoying headache. However, he persisted and did not want to miss this important material.

After the course ended, Alifa again felt relieved. He decided to immediately return to his boarding house and rest for a while before meeting with Miss Elda tomorrow afternoon.

Inside the boarding room, Alifa lay on her bed with her eyes closed. He tried to relieve the headache by resting his body for a moment. Alifa realized that she should pay more attention to her health and should not push herself too much.

Shortly afterwards, Alifa fell asleep quietly. He decided to go to bed early so that the next day, his body was fresher and ready to meet Miss Elda.

The next day, Alifa woke up earlier than usual. He felt quite refreshed and ready to face this important day. He prepared himself well before leaving for college. But unfortunately, Alifa's body suddenly drooped limp and fell unconscious.

Eliz, Alifa's brother who was cooking at the time, reflexively shouted. "Amale ...!"

The voice of the brother's screams echoed, making the residents of the boarding house approach the room of Alifa and her brother.

"Why, Brother?" asked Meli in a loud voice because the Sumatran people are famous for voices that cannot be slow, including the original Lampung Alifa.

Everyone was shocked when they saw that Alifa was weak on the floor. Alifa's face was pacified. Making everyone panic, except for Alifa's brother who tried to act calm.

Alifa's older brother, Eliz, immediately tried to remain calm despite her panicked heart. He took quick steps to help his brother who had fainted.

Eliz in a calm voice. "Call for help immediately! Quickly get some water and a towel."

Meli immediately ran outside the room to call for help, while friends of the boarding house Alifa tried to calm down and help Eliz in this emergency situation. One of his friends brought water and towels from the bathroom.

Eliz took the towel and placed it gently under Alifa's head. He also tried to unbutton the collar of his sister's shirt so that Alifa can breathe more freely.

Eliz whispers. "Stay calm, Alifa. Brother here, everything will be fine."

Alifa's roommates stood around them, looking anxious and not knowing what to do. Some offer help and try to find information about the health worker's number.

Moments later, Meli returns with their boarding mother and boarding father.

Eliz. His hand while trying to rub Alifa's hand. The others, rubbed off on Alfa's feet which felt cold and pale.

"Try calling your parents first, how do they respond. Should we take him to the hospital or what?" Ovi's mother suggested.

Eliz took his phone. While Eliz called his parents, Alifa's friends continued to try to wake Alifa up.

While waiting for the results of the phone from Eliz, friends kosan Alifa continued to try to wake him gently. Some of them rubbed Alifa's hands and face attentively, trying to wake her from fainting.

Meli anxious. "Alifa, please wake up. Lu is a strong girl that the cave knows. You can't believe it, dong. Up, yuk! His sleeping. Iss, you here, loh! Alfie ...!"

Tia cheers. "You can definitely wake up, Alifa. You must be strong!"

The look on everyone's face seemed increasingly anxious because it had been almost an hour, Alifa had not had a reaction. Even though it has been squeezed-thumb feet, swayed his body, lured using eucalyptus oil through his sense of smell, but still the results are nil.

By then, Eliz had already finished the phone with their parents. He returned to Alifa's side with a slightly relieved face.

"Say our parents will be here soon. He was told to take Alifa to the nearest hospital for further examination. I was asked to call my brother to take Alifa there." Eliz explained to his boarding friends and there was still their boarding house.

Eliz frantically searches for the number of his family who live in Bandar Lampung. In the midst of his confusion, he suddenly forgot his contact name on his mobile phone. He tried to remember, but the situation made him even more nervous and confused.

"Oh Allah, what is the name of the contact? It was so hot, so I forgot!" eliz said in his heart.

He kept trying to remember and finally managed to find the right number. Without hesitation, he immediately pressed the call button and waited anxiously.

The phone rang several times, until finally picked up by Eliz's older cousin who lives in Bandar Lampung.

There was clearly the voice of the older cousins Eliz and Alifa on the side of the phone. "Hello, what's up, Eliz?"

Eliz with a loud voice. "Hello, Brother. Sorry to interrupt, but there was an emergency, Alifa fainted and until now has not been conscious. Said the father, tell the phone to Sis Imah or Alak Rosa to ask for help so that Alifa immediately taken to the nearest hospital."

"Well, fine, Eliz! Calm down. Brother come there soon. Don't worry, we'll be there in a few minutes" replied Imah who was worried.

"Thank you very much, brother. Please hurry, brother, because Alifa's condition is deteriorating. Fear of anything happening with Alifa because from earlier her body had no movement. Where his body was stiff and the color was pale again. Eliz was afraid, Brother," Eliz said in a trembling voice.

"Yes, Deck. Patience, yes. Eliz rubbed using eucalyptus oil first Alifa's feet and hands. May Alifa soon be human." Imah calmed Eliz down and immediately asked her husband to go to the boarding house of Alifa.

Eliz hung up and breathed a sigh of relief after successfully contacting his family. He immediately informs his kosan friends and Ovi's mother that help is on the way. They waited anxiously while trying to provide support for Alifa who was still unconscious.

A few minutes later, Elizabeth and Alifa's older cousins finally arrived at the inn. Eliz and his boarding friends greeted him with haru, then told him about the condition of Alifa.

Faith reinforces. "Don't worry, Eliz. Everything's gonna be fine. We're here for you. Now we take Alifa to the nearest hospital, yeah."

Then Imah asked her husband to help her carry Alifa into the car.

After preparing Alifa, they immediately took her to the nearest hospital by car. Ovi's mother also helped deliver and provide support to them. He brought his car because the boarding kids wanted to take him.

At the hospital, Alifa immediately received further treatment from the medical team. Alifa and Eliz's parents were still on their way from Kalianda to Bandar Lampung. All of Alifa's family and friends are trying to stay strong and provide support to Eliz in order to be stronger because Eliz is the first child who has the responsibility to take care of his younger siblings.

In the ER room, a doctor and several nurses tried to provide treatment so that Alifa immediately woke up, but the results were nil, Alifa still did not respond to anything, even a syringe that hit the skin on her hand, not felt by Alifa. Though Alifa was very afraid of syringes because he had fainted because of being injected during SD.

While there were those who examined Alifa, there was another nun who approached Imah and asked to complete the administration.

Holding some files, the nurse spoke, "Sorry, Mom. Please finish the administration, yes. While the patient is being treated by a doctor."

With an annoyed face and a bete, Imah said, "Yes, Ma'am. Patience first. We will definitely pay. My brother is dying, not waking up from earlier."

"Yes, Mom. There is a doctor who handles. I'd better finish the administration first, because many are waiting in line also to get handling." The sister seemed to not care about the condition of Alifa, what she had in mind was to carry out her duties. In fact, in some hospitals it often precedes financial administration rather than the lives of its patients. As if you do not have a conscience, the important payment goes first.

Imah immediately took out his wallet and completed the administration. When he finished, he saw the condition of Alifa again.

After several examinations, doctors confirmed that Alifa's condition was indeed affected by excessive fatigue and stress. They provide appropriate care and advise to really rest well.

However, one of the sisters confirmed that the room was full. There is a room that mixes with other patients. Imah did not agree that her sister was treated in a room that intervened with other patients, eventually choosing to move hospital. Alifa's condition is still not human. Alifa was immediately taken to the car back by her cousin's husband.

On the way, Eliz gets a call from his mother.

"Where, Eliz? Is your brother still awake? Which hospital are you in? It's mom and dad getting to Bandar Lampung." Alifa's mother was still in a state of calm, but Alifa's panicked father drove his car in a hurry.

"Well, be careful. The important thing is to reach the destination" said Nisa, Alifa's mother, warned her husband.

Zaidan took a long breath. Then, reduce the speed of the car.

"So it's been to an Adventist hospital, but it turns out the room is full, Mom. Here we take Alifa to the KMC, where Alifa is treated. Hopefully there Alifa still get room to be treated, because said the doctor who had handled Alifa, he had to be hospitalized. Moreover, Alifa until now has not woken up as well." Eliz explained with mixed feelings.

"OKAY. Please tell me later, son. See you there. Hopefully your brother will soon wake up," said Nisa, ending their conversation.

Arrive at KMC, Imah's husband parked his car and they immediately asked for medical help there. Thank goodness in KMC indeed Alifa always get good service. All who work there on friendly, although there is one who once cleaned the bed Alifa face a little taut because a few months ago, sweat Alifa very much until the mattress is very wet. So, must change the sheets often.

After completing the administration and being examined by a doctor, Alifa regained consciousness after several hours of unconsciousness.

"Finally Alifa was aware as well," said everyone, they smiled with relief.

Without waiting for the swamp, Alifa was finally brought into the room for further handling.

The room that always makes Alifa feel confined. Otherwise, Alifa would never have been taken to the hospital. He would rather endure the pain and try to heal his pain alone.

Not long after, Alifa's parents arrived. They are very concerned about the state of their children and promise to pay more attention to their health in the future. They also thanked friends kosan Alifa and Ibu Ovi who gave attention and helped Alifa in the emergency situation. They also did not forget to thank his nephew who was always ready to help.

Over the next few days, Alifa received hospital treatment as well as support from her family and closest friends. He learned to better appreciate his body and manage stress better.

Health is a very valuable thing and must be taken care of properly. Alifa promised to pay more attention to her health during a challenging college period.
