Guidance on the First Day

Alifa felt happy and a little nervous when it was time to report the results of the PKL to her guidance lecturer, Mr. Hasan. During the three months of Field Work Practice (PKL) activities in a banking company, Alifa has worked hard to complete the tasks given and demonstrate its ability.

Alifa approached Mr. Hasan's workspace with files containing reports that he had neatly compiled. He hopes that with his hard work, his guidance lecturer will be happy with the results that have been achieved.

After knocking on Mr. Hasan's door, Alifa walked in and placed his report files on the table. Mr. Hasan smiled and greeted him warmly.

"Alifa, please sit down" said Mr. Hasan.

Alifa sat in front of Mr. Hasan, a little nervous but still trying to show his confidence. He began his presentation by proposing a title, why take the title, explaining the purpose of PKL in the company where he worked, as well as the tasks that have been done.

Mr. Hasan listened attentively, occasionally nodding or asking questions to clarify some matters. Alifa felt more confident when she saw a positive response from her teaching staff.

After his presentation was completed, Alifa submitted the reports that had been prepared to Mr. Hasan. The report contains the results of research, data analysis, and recommendations that Alifa has collected during the three months of PKL.

Mr. Hasan took a moment to read the reports. Alifa sat up tensely, hoping that her supervising lecturer would give a positive response.

After reading carefully, Mr. Hasan raised his head and smiled.

"Alifa, your work is impressive. You have shown tremendous dedication during this PKL. I'm very proud of the results you've achieved" Mr. Hasan said.

Alifa was very relieved to hear the compliment. All of his hard work over three months paid off with appreciation from his mentoring lecturers. He was pleased that the submitted title for his research had been approved and had obtained satisfactory results.

Mr. Hasan then gave some constructive input and advice to Alifa for further improvement. He also praised Alifa's excellent analytical and presentation skills.

"You seem to be this fast, the first day's guidance, has reached chapter 3. Whereas usually, other students, just the title guidance. Smart is also your brain. Everything is also almost perfect. There just needs to be a little revision," said Mr. Hasan while throwing a smile.

Alifa returned the smile of the lecturer. "So let's get it over with, sir. If you already have an idea to write in his PKL report, what for so long. Yeah, right, sir?"

"Yes. You're right, Alifa. I am proud of your spirit. Hope everything's made easy, yeah." Mr. Hasan's prayer closed the meeting of Alifa's guidance on the first day.

With a new spirit, Alifa felt motivated to keep trying better. He thanked Mr. Hasan for his guidance and support during the PKL.

By reporting satisfactory PKL results to his guidance lecturer, Alifa was satisfied with the achievements that have been achieved. Hope this experience will be a valuable capital for his future career, until he is ready to face the challenges that will come.

With a smile, Alifa walked out of the room of her guidance counselor. He felt relieved and happy because he received a positive appreciation for the PKL results that have been reported.

His steps were light as Alifa walked across the campus corridor. He reflected on the journey that had been passed during the three months of the PKL and how his efforts yielded satisfactory results. A feeling of pride and satisfaction filled his heart.

When crossing his old friends, Alifa could not help his smile that was getting wider. Some of his friends noticed his excitement and asked, "Alifa, how's the report going?"

Vigorously, Alifa replied, "Everything is going well! My guidance counselor was very satisfied with the results. I feel very happy and helped with his guidance. Alhandulillah, the title I submitted was immediately well received."

Alifa's friends are interested in her success story. They congratulated and asked more about the PKL Alifa experience. Alifa is happy to tell you details about the project, the challenges faced, and the achievements achieved.

When Alifa arrived at the cafeteria, she saw some of her classmates gathered around the table. They are celebrating their PKL settlement with snacks and drinks.

Some of his friends nodded and told about their presentations to their respective mentors. They share stories about the experiences, challenges, and achievements they faced during the PKL.

Alifa listened enthusiastically, encouraged, and congratulated her friends on their success. They all celebrate success and give each other support.

As the magrib approaches, Alifa and her friends return to their homes or boarding houses, but with joy still emanating from their faces. They realize that PKL has provided valuable experience and left an unforgettable impression on their journey in the academic and professional world.

Alifa came home with a heart full of happiness and confidence. He feels ready to face the future with all the challenges and opportunities that will come. The PKL has opened new doors for him, helping him grow and develop as a professional.

That night, Alifa sat in front of her laptop with an enthusiastic feeling. He has been getting constructive feedback from his guidance lecturer and wants to improve on some of the things in his PKL report script.

Next to her, her sister was busy cooking in the kitchen. Alifa's boarding room is quite small; the bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen, mix into one. The fragrant aroma of the cooking that was going out made Alifa's stomach noisy, reminding her that dinner was a necessity that had to be met. He felt hungry and realized that it might be better if he ate dinner for a while to replenish his energy before continuing his work.

Alifa stood up from the table and stepped towards the kitchen. He saw his brother busy stirring the cooking he was cooking.

"Sister, it's so fragrant. Can I get a little food now? I felt hungry and wanted to have dinner for a while before continuing my work," Alifa said softly.

His sister smiled and nodded. "Sure, Alifa. Come on, just take the food you want. I'm almost done cooking!" her brother was friendly.

Alifa felt grateful to have a caring and understanding sister. He opened the kitchen cupboard and took out a plate and spoon. Then, pick up some dishes that her brother had prepared. Alifa felt good to be able to sit down and enjoy a delicious dinner for a moment.

After feeling that her stomach was filled enough, Alifa returned to her desk with renewed vigor. He sat down in front of his laptop, bit his lip with concentration, and began to refine the script of his PKL report.

The atmosphere in the room was calm. The regular sound of keyboard beats and the warm aroma of tea from the cup next to the laptop creates an atmosphere suitable for work. Alifa felt more and more focused on her task after the dinner that filled her energy.

As Alifa was working on the report's repairs, her brother came over and sat down beside her. "How's it going, Alifa? Do you need help?" asked her sister while drinking a cup of tea.

Alifa smiled. "Thank you, Brother. I'm doing fine. It's almost done. I just need to fix some parts and add some additional data," he replied.

His sister nodded and gave her spirit. "You can do it, Alifa. I believe in your abilities. If there's anything I can help you with, don't hesitate to ask for it" her brother said with support.

They both continue their activities. Alifa diligently improved the script of her report, while her brother returned to the kitchen to clean the cooking utensils.

A few hours later, Alifa finally completed the repair of her PKL report. He was satisfied with his work and was confident that this report would be a good reflection of his efforts during the PKL.

Alifa looked at the clock on the wall and realized that it was late at night. He closed his laptop with relief. Although there were still some tasks to complete, Alifa felt that her step towards completion was getting closer.

With a full stomach, a clear mind, and the support of her brother, Alifa was ready to face the final days of completing her PKL. He hopes to present his results well and achieve success in the first steps of his promising career.
