A few months later, Alifa began to see positive changes in her condition. Although his recovery process was still ongoing, he felt even stronger and energetic. Symptoms of existing diseases begin to decrease and he can carry out daily activities better.
Eliz, Alifa's brother, reminded her, "Alifa, it's time for you to eat and take your medicine. You must take care of your health to recover quickly."
"Yes, your brother is right. Alifa must adhere to the schedule of eating and taking medications prescribed by the doctor. It's important to your recovery process" said Nisa, Alifa's mother.
"I'll make sure you eat regularly and take your medicine whenever needed. You can rest and I'll take good care of you here."
"Thank you, Eliz. I really appreciate your help. I feel calm leaving Alifa in your hands. Make sure you also take care of yourself so as not to get too tired."
"Sure, Mom. Eliz will try his best to take care of Alifa and take care of Eliz's health too. Don't worry, Eliz will give his best to Alifa."
"Okay, I'm trusting this to you. If there's something Alifa needs or if you need help, then don't hesitate to contact mommy huh, son. I'll always be there for you both."
"Thank you, Mom. Eliz would contact Mom if there was something we needed to talk about or if there were any developments related to Alifa's health" Eliz said, then his views turned to her sister. "Come, now take the medicine and eat well. We're gonna get through this together."
Alifa was still speechless as she watched her sister and mother who were unceasingly chirping like parrots. His eyes glanced alternately, at his brother, then at his mother. Alifa smiled and felt grateful for the attention from her mother and sister.
"Sure, Brother Eliz. Come on, Alifa, take your medicine now and eat a healthy diet. Hope you recover quickly and get back to health as usual, son." Nisa's mother cheered cheerfully.
"Yes, Mom. Thanks for reminding me. For Big Brother as well, Alifa thanked him very much for his attention. Mother and sister are the best!" alifa said with a smile.
Alifa continues to adhere to her treatment plan and lifestyle changes. He took small, but consistent steps to take care of his body.
On this long journey, Alifa learned about the importance of health and felt grateful for the opportunity to improve her condition.

In a third of the silent night, Alifa awoke from her sleep with a heart full of disobedience. He felt called to perform the tahajud prayer, the sunnah prayer performed at midnight as a form of deeper worship.
Alifa prepared herself neatly and intently, preparing to meet the Creator. After that, he entered his prayer room and read the intention of the tahajud prayer with great earnestness.
In the first prostration, Alifa felt how close she was to God. He ponders how extraordinary and powerful the Creator is over all things. He offered prayers in his heart, asking for His forgiveness, guidance, and protection.
During the tahajud prayer, Alifa felt a peace and tranquility that was difficult to express in words. He truly dedicated his time and mind to God alone, feeling connected to Him in every movement of his prayer.
After the completion of the tahajud prayer, Alifa remained in her prostration position, tucking in time to pray earnestly. He prayed the deepest prayers of his heart, spoke to God wholeheartedly, conveying all his hopes, desires, and petitions.
O Allah, You are Powerful in all things. I ask Thee that Thou mayest ease all my affairs. Help me in completing my college so that I can achieve the target, graduated three years with satisfactory grades. Give me the intelligence, strength, and perseverance to face every academic challenge I face. Make it easy to take the roads that I need to take, so that I can complete my education successfully and benefit myself and others in the future.
O Allah, You are All-Knowing of what is hidden and visible. I come to You with hope and desire in my heart. Make easy my steps in reaching for my ideals and all the good things in the world and the Hereafter. Give me strength and fortitude in the face of every test and obstacle I encounter. Make every effort and effort of mine lawful because it is desired by You.
O Allah, You Hear the prayer of Your servants. I am grateful for the blessings You have given me and I believe that You will answer these heartfelt prayers. I surrender myself completely to You, O God. I hope that all my good wishes and wishes will be granted by You. Aamiin ya Rabbal 'alamin.
"Allahumma yassir wala tu'assir, watahmil wala tuhmil, watarzuq wala tuzq, wahdini wa yassiril huda."
It means: "O Allah, make it easy and do not make it difficult, give it advantages and do not be fastened, give sustenance and do not hold back, show guidance and ease guidance."
This prayer is a plea to God to ease all affairs, eliminate difficulties, provide sustenance, and give the right guidance.
Then, Alifa recited the prayer beads. He continued to pray for forgiveness and protection from Allah.
لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
"La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah."
This reading is an expression of our recognition that all the power, strength, and success we have comes from God alone. By reflecting on this reading, we acknowledge our absolute dependence on God and realize that without His help and will, we cannot achieve anything. This reading also reflects the humility and awareness of the greatness of God in all things.
Later, Alifa came into contact with a prayer that was part of the Koran and was found in Surah Ali 'Imran (3:173).
The meaning of the prayer is that God has provided for us, and He is the best Protector. He is the best Protector and the best Helper.
This prayer means the belief that God is the Protector, Helper, and Executor of all the best business for His servant. By saying this prayer, one conveys full trust in God as the Preserver and Resolver of all the problems in his life.
Alifa felt happy and full of joy after performing the tahajud prayer and prayed fervently. He felt that the time spent in the third of the night was precious and special. Alifa believes that God hears every prayer and blesses every effort to draw closer to Him.
Hopefully, Alifa ended her worship and went back to lying on her bed, accompanied by a feeling of peace and a belief that God was always present at every step of her life. He felt strength and serenity in his heart that would help him face all the challenges of life with sincerity and courage.
