Day after day passed, Alifa was getting used to the working environment in the banking office. He felt accepted and appreciated by his co-workers. We also work responsibly. It's not easy to work, yes. Especially whose work must face customers like this. I have to prepare a lot of patient stock because the nature of someone is different.

Every day, we deal with different types of customers. There are easy emotions and quick anger when faced with problems. Not infrequently we have to face stressful and difficult situations. However, as part of the responsibility, we have to stay calm and deal with it with a friendly attitude.

On the other hand, there are also customers who are more understanding and easier to communicate. They understand that misunderstandings or problems can occur, and they are willing to work together to find the best solution. Interacting with them can provide its own relief.

This job demands require us to always put a friendly smile on the face and try to find solutions when problems or misunderstandings occur. Although sometimes very tiring, we realize that customers are the top priority. We are committed to providing the best service and maintaining professionalism in every situation.

In doing this work, we learned a lot about patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Although not easy, we continue to move forward with the spirit to provide the best service to each customer.

In the living room, while watching TV, my father asked me if I had any difficulties during work.

Unfeeling, tears trickled down, recalling the times when my father scolded me for one of my small subject grades and a few other things that made me feel like I was failing as a child. However, as time went on, I continued to prove to my father that I could also be like my two brothers who had always been their pride and favorite.
