Dusk And Suffering

Dusk And Suffering
39. Coral Chat

I don't know how many days Karang didn't go to school. He left and went into the school yard every day, but as soon as the driver left, he went back out of school. So continue the work of the Coral now. He never went anywhere, always in a store that is about a kilo meter away, but will still feel far and tired if you have to walk.

The coral is now much quieter than before. More often alone and rarely hang out with anyone. At home, he spent more time in his room and locked the door.

As a mother, Clara has asked many times as a form of attention, but unfortunately, the only child that always said the same thing. Namely, it's okay. He's just tired.

"You, how come you never went to school, Dek? You wear a uniform but come here every day" asked the thirty-year-old shop owner.

"Yes," replied Karang briefly.

"You don't think you're being reckless, why? Is there a problem with his friend?" That handsome guy is so friendly.

"Does Brother mind me coming here? Wouldn't Brother's money add up if I sat down every day and ordered a drink here?" The coral had since replied in a cold and unfriendly tone.

Its nature begins to return to the nature of the previous Coral. The nature of the cold that had softened and melted is now back frozen, even harder and earlier.

The reality that Coral was facing right now was much more painful for him. A teenage coral understands the meaning of the phrase having a child from another woman. He understood that he was not the father's only son.

But, that's not what Corals are concerned about. It doesn't matter if he's not the only child, just why it has to be from another woman. Can't his mother give him a child anymore?

"Obviously Brother objected to you coming here every morning, it's time for school. Your parents send you not free, need money. They expect you to be a successful person."

"Are people successful when they have a lot of money?"

The man seemed to think, "No dong. Money is not the only yardstick of one's success" the man replied steadily.

"Envious schools do not guarantee success, right? All fate is determined." Out of nowhere the words that came out of the mouth of the Coral. Apparently, Coral learned a lot from what he saw. Unfortunately, he was looking at it from the wrong side.

"Well, if there is no school spirit and demand success from where?"

"Don't you open a shop like this in school? Can you cook, learn from school? Can you create your own recipes, get them from school?"

The man was silent for a moment. He thought this child was so critical, but the man was so sorry why he had to skip school these few days. He's a smart kid, there's no way he's skipping school with a simple alalsan.

"There's a cooking school, a lot of it now."

"What I asked did you get that lesson at the school that you used to attend?"

"No. Sister is just a SMK graduate majoring in automotive."

"Not connected with the profession Brother now, right? Continue Sister can cook the same create food recipes from where?"

"Book, I read a lot of books."

"At school reading?"

"Yes no. There are no lessons in school."

"Can we draw conclusions from what we're talking about?"

The man frowned, thinking the right answer. He cannot be mistaken, he will put where his face and self-esteem later.

"The conclusion is..."

The man looked at the table that separated them. There are a few books stacked up there.

Indeed, yes. The last few days Karang did not go to school, but still he learned as much as he could. Maybe not all he understands, but at least he tries to continue to understand in his own way.

"What made you study here? In good school, there's a lot of them."

"I feel more calm. Let me here, brother. I have no place anywhere," said Karang melas.

The man nodded. "meaning?"

"Not everything we've been through can be told, right?"

"Yes, you're right. Not everything we have to tell others. Especially just knowing that guy. But with a story to people, at least our burden is strung though a little. You have family, right?"

"There's."

"Why didn't you tell them? What problem do you have. At least the two of them are the ones who should be your confidants. You can tell them anything."

"They alone have problems, where the problem of adults is more severe. When I compound their problems by confiding in them? The time I confided in the same people I complained about?"

A little confused by the last sentence. The man was silent for a moment to digest word by word, examining his words so that he could understand.

Does this kid have problems with both parents? If you look at his appearance, he is not a simple person. That means it's not about pocket money.

"You have a problem with old people? You were a kid, when there was conflict with them. Are you stubborn, no slurping? Usually children your age are again stubborn and unruly. They finally made a move to pay attention."

"If I were to rebel, I shouldn't go to school. But I still cheated them on by coming to school."

The man was getting confused.

"Continue?"

"What if the child and parents are troubled, the wrong one is definitely his child? They, too, are human beings who say they have it wrong."

"Yes. All humans can make mistakes. What did they do until you were like this?" The man still does not want to give up on writing what is really going on with this new customer. Somehow he was so interested in the Coral that he thought it was smart and so mysterious.

"Well, don't you want to know? Make what?"

"Dry your burdens, as Brother said earlier. My sister cannot help. Brother is someone else in your family, it's obviously wrong for you to interfere. But, at least with your story, you can know what you have to do, what to do, what steps you will take. You're a smart kid."

"Do you have a TV? Hape?" The coral asked back while putting the book in a bag.

"Have it. Time has no."

"My problem is there. Here's the drink money. Thanks, yes, brother. I have to go home." Without hearing the answer from the man, Karang covered away.

She's on TV, huh, huh? What does that mean, anyway?

The man scratched his non-itchy head. The fix! He can't sleep well tonight.
