Chapters. 56
Stepping along the hospital corridor, Areta was panicked and frightened. With tears that continue to pour and sobs that never subsided he called out to the princess on the sidelines of her sobs. Henry who was trying to follow his steps from behind was ignored. She is in a state of panic and panic at the moment.
Just as panicked as Angga. When Wirda calls her, informing her that Rosa has fallen unconscious, the first person she contacts is Areta.
But the frustration hit Angga when he repeatedly contacted Areta's phone but did not connect. And even more upset when he found out the cause of his call was not connected was Henry.
And what makes Angga's frustration is that Henry became the first person asked by Areta to accompany him to the hospital to see Rosa's condition. Though he was ready to standby gas both with Areta. But Areta instead asked Henry to accompany her and take her to the hospital. Rosa is the fruit of both of them.
"Suster, how's my son?" areta asked as soon as she got in front of the ER, intercepting a nurse who had just walked out of the room.
"We're handling it, ma'am. Ask your doctor for more details. Excuse me." The nurse moved up, rushing with her steps half-run.
Areta is endlessly crying. The thing he was most afraid of finally happened as well. Henry as a husband also tried to comfort him, embrace him tightly, stroke his arm lovingly.
While Angga and Wirda did not like to see the scenery directly.
"Please, who's patient?" Henry gives comfort through his loving touch.
Before long Nino, as one of the doctors who handled Rosa came in a hurry to enter the ER. Henry had intercepted it.
"Nin, Nino," called Henry, broke the embrace of Areta, then approached Nino. Who stopped his steps right in front of the ER door.
"Hen, are you here?" From the look on his face, Nino looks panicked.
"Please do what's best for Rosa" Henry said.
"I'll help as much as I can. Just pray everything will be fine. But_"
"Don't think about the cost. We've talked about this before. All I ask is to do what's best for my daughter. Please."
Nino is stunned to hear Henry refer to Rosa as his daughter. Henry's one change that made Nino almost unable to believe him.
While Wirda and Angga can only be astonished while throwing views at each other.
Wirda did not expect, which he initially suspected if Areta would not be loved by her second husband it turned out to be wrong. From the look on his face, he seemed to be unable to see Henry embrace Areta lovingly. Even Henry was not shy about showing his attention to Areta. Make Wirda's heart heat up to watch it.
"Dok, help my daughter, Doc. Please do your best for my daughter" Areta's pinta approached Nino.
Nino nodded quickly. "Please pray that God will do wonders. Yes, I went in first. Let's talk about this when I'm done. Excuse me." Nino came in.
Areta and Henry waited in anxiety. Henry invites Areta to sit on the long bench available in front of the room while embracing her, giving her strength.
While opposite Angga and Wirda whispered to each other, arguing with each other softly so as not to reach Areta's ears.
"Cock Rosa can pass out, Mom? What did Mom do from earlier? Why don't you take good care of Rosa? If this is the case, Areta will blame me Mom. Then he'll take Rosa with him. Do you want Rosa to separate from us?" Angga whispered annoyedly. Want to vent anger but places and situations are not possible.
"Where do you know. She was all right." Wirda was not blamed by Angga. He himself was actually still confused, no matter what made Rosa to faint. After finishing chatting with Yuni, he suddenly found Rosa lying under the living room window when he entered the house.
"Certainly why did he pass out, ma'am? If there's no cause, it's possible that his heart could be pulverized like that."
"Did he call his mom?" Angga begins to suspect, lest Areta has told Rosa about their separation. Then Rosa was shocked to fall unconscious.
"Where do you know. I was chatting with Bu Yuni on the porch." Wirda also bought. He remembered his conversation with Yuni a few hours ago. Suddenly he began to hunch, maybe Rosa eavesdropped on his conversation with Yuni until the little girl fell unconscious. Perhaps Rosa was surprised to hear that her mother and father were divorced.
"Why, Mom? Do you suspect Areta as much as I do?" asked Angga so saw the change in the look of Wirda's face that had seemed upset it now seemed like it was hiding something.
"So, you suspect Areta?" Instead of answering, Wirda asked. From the look of his face looks like he also wants to throw the blame to Areta.
"Yes, Mom. Areta told me that she'd be bringing Rosa to live with her soon. She also said that her husband's family had accepted Rosa as part of their family. There is a possible cause of Rosa fainting is Areta. Maybe Areta told Rosa everything. Just look, she's already dared to blatantly bring her new husband here." While glancing at Areta who was leaning her head on Henry's shoulder.
"Mom thinks so too. Areta was outrageous, having to harm her own daughter. If anything happens to Rosa, Areta will have to take responsibility." Wirda put emphasis on his last sentence. Making Angga once again glance towards Areta with his regret.
In the midst of waiting, waiting for news from doctors about Rosa's condition, they were shocked by Agatha's arrival.
"Henry, Areta?"
They turned towards the source of the sound.
Agatha came in a hurry. Then take a seat next to Areta.
While Wirda furrowed his forehead astonished at Agatha's arrival. The graceful middle-aged woman was a generous woman whom he had seen several times coming to an orphanage not far from his home. The woman, Agatha, was a donor at the orphanage.
And what made Wirda surprised was when he saw Agatha grab Areta's fingers, bringing the fingers into his grasp.
"Who is that woman?" her tanyanya whispered, glancing towards Agatha.
"That's Bu Agatha, Mr. Henry's mother," said Angga Ketus.
Wirda was dumbfounded. "That means Areta's father-in-law?"
Angga. And Wirda was at a loss for words. From the looks of it, Agatha was being sweet towards Areta. Which means that Agatha accepts Areta as her son-in-law. Though previously he thought that Areta would not be happy with her second marriage. But apparently his guess was a big mistake.
"Mama got word from Nino" Agatha said when asked by Henry about her whereabouts at the hospital.
"You're patient Areta. Mama believes your son is a strong boy. He could have gone through his critical period. Trust me, your son is a great boy. Mama plans to give her a big welcome once you bring her home later. Just like Henry, Mama also wants to learn to be a good grandmother for your granddaughter," continued Agatha comforted Areta. While reviewing a smile.
"Thank you, Mah. If there were no Mama and Henry beside me, I might not be this strong. Thanks again, Mah?"
While caressing Areta's loving arm, Agatha said. "You should always remember, Areta. No matter what happens, no matter what, you will always be with me. I thought you were like my own son. So, your son is also your mother's grandson. Hm?"
Feeling overwhelmed, Areta also scattered in Agatha's warm embrace.
"Thank you, Mah. I don't know how to repay all your kindness."
"You don't have to pay it back. Just seeing Henry and you being happy is more than enough for Mama. Oh yeah ..." Unraveling the embrace, Agatha then looked at Areta seriously.
"Isn't your son in surgery not long ago? How can his heart suddenly recur? Do you know what the cause is?"
