Chapter 85 - Ruby Decision [Season 2]

Ruby stared blankly out the window. He's just mute. While Andrew himself, has several times glanced at Ruby. Doubt to talk. Because Andrew knows, it looks like Ruby is having a complicated problem.

"Have you been to a charity event before?" ask Andrew. Breaking the silence between her and Ruby.

"Eitherway. Seems not." Ruby shrugged both of her shoulders simultaneously. He doesn't care about his purpose now. The only thing he wanted was to stay away from home.

"The charity event today was carried out by the children of the orphanage. I'm sure it'll be fun!" andrew took one hand off the steering wheel.

"What's? The kids?" Ruby was a bit surprised.

"Yes, why? Don't you like them?" sahut Andrew's.

Ruby quickly shook her head. His smile looked wry. "I'm just not used to dealing with them" he said. His one hand slowly held the stomach area. Exactly where the fetus is.

Andrew who heard, automatically remember the state of Ruby. She knew she was the first to know about Ruby's pregnancy. Andrew could conclude from Ruby's argument that the girl was not expecting a child in her womb.

"You know? The kids are fun. Especially if you know one of them has the same likes as you," added Andrew. He focused back on looking ahead. "I'll make sure you know in a moment" he added. Kian's moving the speed of his car.

Shortly after, Andrew stopped the car. A sign that she and Ruby have arrived at their destination.

Ruby got out of the car. His attention was directed towards the park which became the location of the charity event held. There are indeed several tents that offer many unique things. Honestly, Ruby was interested in looking around.

"Andrew! Gale was looking for you. He was now in Luna's tent!" a middle-aged man reprimanded. Ruby's attention suddenly shifted to him.

"Wow! Who'sis this?" the middle-aged man looked towards Ruby. But give the question to Andrew.

"Ruby, you take a look first. There's something I need to finish. I'll catch up with you as soon as possible" said Andrew, who Ruby responded immediately with a nod of her head.

Ruby then went into the crowd. Tracing people passing by. He tried to find a tent that was interesting and fun for him.

Ruby's footsteps stopped in front of the tent with the theme of space. Ruby was interested in seeing the tent because the place was quietest compared to the others. A boy in an alien costume approaches Ruby.

"I will invade this earth without being noticed by humans!" said the boy in the alien costume. He pointed his plastic sword towards Ruby. Walking around, as if actually carrying out an attack. The boy stopped in front of Ruby. His friend who was wearing an astronaut costume soon joined in.

"Hello, meet me Sean and he's Erick. Are you interested in preventing an alien attack on Earth?" Sean hands Ruby a toy gun. Her voice sounds so adorable.

"You want me to shoot that little alien doll over there?" ruby asked as she greeted the toy gun that Sean had given her. His hand pointed towards the spot that had been prepared for the target shooting game.

"Yes, please! Please! Please!" Sean and Erick answered simultaneously. Begging Ruby hard. Because their tents are very quiet. The eyes of the two children, who seemed to be around ten years old, successfully melted Ruby's heart.

"Okay, I'll try!" added Ruby. He was ready to play his toy gun.

Ruby spent time playing shoot in a tent with a space theme. The two children guarding the tent were unceasingly shouting in excitement. Especially when Ruby's shot hits an existing alien doll.

Ruby shot with rage. It seemed that he was venting his frustration to the little alien doll he shot. Most likely Ruby imagined that the little aliens were her own husband.

"Everything fifty dollars!" Sean opened one of his hands wide towards Ruby. I hope he gets paid for his service soon.

"Fifty dollars? I thought this was a charity event?" Ruby bows. Both hands are resting on his knees. Until his position is now aligned with the height of Sean and Erick.

"Yes, charity events are always like this" Erick said.

"I'm so sorry, boys. But I happen to not bring money." Ruby said as she showed an expression of regret.

"What?! Then you'll have to pay for it by helping us!" hatch Sean. One of his legs hit the ground. His forehead frowned.

"Calm down, Sean. You know this happens a lot!" Erick tried to calm Sean down. He continued in a whisper, "I think he's a bully like Billy. We have to be careful..."

Ruby chuckled amusedly at the drama-filled babble from Sean and Erick. "I'm not a bully!" ruby, who can clearly hear Erick's whisper.

"Okay, I'm sorry. Then let me help you. Tell me, what should I do?" Ruby volunteered to help. His words were successful in making Sean and Erick exchanged looks.

Sean and Erick immediately assign tasks to Ruby. They told Ruby to bring a lot of visitors to come to his space tent.

"Oh my god, why would I want to do this" complained Ruby. Even so, he still stepped foot to help Sean and Erick. Ruby took a long time. At noon, the girl rested.

"Because you've worked so hard, we bought you a special burger." Erick gives Ruby a burger.

"Ah, don't forget the milk shake! It tastes so good. Mr. Anthony's creation is the best of all galaxies!" Sean said with a serious face. While Erick who was sitting next to him nodded confidently, as if agreeing with the words of his friend.

Ruby has no power to hold back laughter. Especially when watching Sean and Erick who looked still wearing costumes. Both kids are so innocent and funny.

"I should have brought you a lot of money!" Ruby rubbed the tops of Sean and Erick's heads simultaneously.

"It's ok. We know how complicated adult relationships are with money." - Erick. Then bit his burger with a big bite. Once again the sentence managed to make Ruby laugh.

Ruby slowly enjoyed her burger. He looked at the two children who were now sitting in front of him. His feelings suddenly became emotional. Ruby felt that a child was not as complicated as she had imagined.

Since the beginning, Ruby had considered children as bullies. He thinks so because of Ryan's influence. But now, Ruby feels Ryan is wrong.

It crossed Ruby's mind about the fetus in her womb. He suddenly worried if he had to abort.

'If I abort the womb, isn't that the same as murder?.' Ruby's inner self. 'No! I'm not gonna let him. To hell with Ryan. Now I want my son to live!' he continued again while pressing the jaw full of determination.

"Ruby, is something bothering you?" sean asked with a slightly wrinkled forehead. He caught sight of Ruby's face suddenly turned serious.

Ruby immediately came out of her mind. Then shook his head while developing a thin smile. One of his hands took a cell phone out of his jeans pocket. Ruby rushes to Ryan. Her husband's phone number is still inactive.

Now Ruby has no choice but to contact Ethan. Intended to get the man to bring a lot of money.
