Chapter 13 - The Appeal of Total Failure

After introducing Mike, Ryan took a card from his wallet. Then give it to Ruby.

"You're giving me a credit card?" Ruby widened her eyelids.

"Yes, use it well. You can get out of base with Mike. I'm sure you must be tired of dying, because you're constantly locked up" Ryan suggested.

"Yes, I'm sure Ryan has also made people suffer a lot, so he can make a lot of money!" cynical Ruby.

Mike smiled thinly. He could not dispute Ruby's statement. Because the work of criminals is always likely to harm others.

"You better get some rest, Megan. I heard you did a lot of photoshoots." Ryan deliberately changed the subject.

Megan chose to give up. He sat on the sofa. Taking a small beer bottle from the shoulder bag he had been carrying. Without a second thought the girl drank straight from the bottle. Sometimes his eyes will be on Ryan.

Ryan was still standing in front of the window. He's been stuck up long enough. See the scenery. Slowly a pair of slender hands coiled up her stomach. Judging from the grimace that adorned his nails, Ryan knew that the hand belonged to Megan. His first wife hugged him from behind. Megan put her mouth closer to Ryan's ear.

"At least, you still haven't forgotten me because of that stupid girl." whispered Megan. Her lips were polished with red lipstick, smirking her neck to Ryan's cheeks.

"Megan.." call Ryan clean. He slowly distanced Megan from her. The treatment made Megan's forehead shrivel deeply.

"I have to go." Ryan patted Megan's shoulder gently. Then try to leave.

"RYAN!!!" screeched Megan while clenching fists in both hands. However, his call was not ignored by the husband at all. Megan felt more and more inexhaustible. How not? Since she decided to marry Ryan, only this time her husband refused to have sex. Everyone knows that Ryan does it more with Megan than Sarah. At least that's what happened, before Ruby was present.

Megan now bites her index finger. His eyes glared towards the window. He immediately called his personal bodyguard named James.

"What's up, Miss? Did the Boss hurt you?" asked James while looking at the look on the face shown by Megan's face.

"No. But the girl." Megan spoke without looking at James. His gaze was fixed on the outside of the window.

"Girl?" James tried to think hard. Because Megan didn't tell me specifically.

"I mean, Ruby." Megan turned around and looked at James.

"Oh, he... I heard the Boss and Ruby were alone all night in the VIP room" James said, scratching the back of his head without itching.

"What's? Really?!" Megan was curious. His eyes automatically opened. The question was answered with a nod by James.

"Damn!" curse Megan while stomping one foot to the floor. His face looked so sour. He could definitely deduce what Ryan and Ruby had done all night.

Megan immediately sat herself down on the sofa. Both of his hands clutched his own head. His teeth were bluffing in annoyance. It was seen that the girl was being overwhelmed with a great feeling of annoyance. I think he wanted to teach Ruby a lesson. The flames of jealousy smouldered heavily in his heart.

Megan was initially only fond of money and the authority given Ryan. But over time, Megan can not stem her feelings to not fall in love with Ryan's semen. I don't know since when her love grew, but that's one of the reasons Megan stayed loyal to Ryan's side. Honestly, there are so many entrepreneurs to famous actors who are rejected by Megan. As a woman struggling in the world of modeling, Megan is certainly no stranger to the many handsome men who try to approach her.

"James!" call Megan suddenly. He slowly raised his head.

"Yes, Miss?" James who was still standing beside Megan immediately responded.

"Can you figure out Ruby's background? I was very curious about the girl. I can't believe she's just an ordinary girl, like Ryan mentioned to me" Megan said.

"Now?" James asked to be sure.

"OF COURSE! You think next year, HUH?!" Megan replied with a screech. James who was made shocked immediately rushed to carry out his duties. Then get out of the room.

James walked at a fast pace. Passing through the hotel corridor leading to the parking lot. Unexpectedly a hand suddenly coiled around James' neck. Making his throat instantly choked. The owner of the hand is Ryan. James can tell by Ryan's very distinctive cologne smell.

"I'll kick you out of The Shadow Holo, if you dare to find out about Ruby." Ryan was getting the strangulation he was doing.

"Kkkkkkat... Kkkkk..." James wanted to talk, but he couldn't. Because he had lost his breath due to the treatment of his own boss.

Realizing that James was about to die, Ryan immediately let go of his hand. James coughed immediately.

"You understand my orders, don't you?!" ryan asserted with a sharp shot.

"Him-yes Boss!" james held the area of his neck that hurt.

"You pretended to be doing a search for Megan. And if she asks you what you got, just tell her Ruby's an ordinary girl. Like I mentioned!" Ryan reiterated. James certainly is more obedient to him than Megan.
