Chapter 6 - Like a Fugitive

Ruby just checked out of the motel. He now intends to find a residence to be used as a residence. Finding a cheap and comfortable place to live is not as easy as turning the palm of the hand. Especially in a city like New York.

The breath in Ruby is quite long. Ryan's bag is still in his hand. Not separate from him. Because Ruby did keep all her money in that bag. He had been around for two hours, but had not found a suitable dwelling yet.

Ruby's eyes are perfectly rounded. He automatically raised both hands. He showed that he gave up and would not fight.

"W-what's my fault? I-I don't know you," Ruby stammered. He did not dare to look at John.

"You don't need to know who I am. But I know who you are. You're Ryan Martin's wife, aren't you? The chief of the Shadow Holo?" john's Response. He was now standing in front of Ruby. Moving the gunpoint to Ruby's forehead. It caused the girl to tremble even more.

"Ry-ryan?... I-I've split with him!" answer Ruby.

"You can't lie to me, Ruby!" reply John. Not long after that a jeep car broke into the alley. Stop right where John and Ruby are.

Ruby was increasingly surprised by the arrival of the jeep. He could not escape, because the tip of the gun John was holding, was still stuck in his bid. If John pulls the trigger, it's his head. At least that's what Ruby had in mind.

"Bring him in!" tell John to the herd who just got out of the car. They immediately dragged Ruby into the car. Tied his hands with a rope.

Ruby sat in the back seat with John and one red-haired man. The car has entered the transport route. Either take Ruby where you're going.

"I'm telling the truth. I've no longer had a-- relationship"

"If you're the wife of a mafia boss, you shouldn't be wandering around, pretty girl." John holds Ruby's chin rough.

"Have he escaped?" john asked the man full of. His name is Roy. The two who had previously acted in a fight, immediately stopped the action. They all observed Ruby who had run further and further away.

Ruby was wailing, because she was trying to find something to open the rope that ensnared her. The sighting of the mini market from a distance caught his attention. Ruby rushed there.

The ringing of bells rang when Ruby entered the mini market. He immediately asked for the help of the cashier who stood guard to remove the rope in his hand.

"What happened to you?" ask the cashier whose neck and hands are covered by the tattoo. She was a woman with a facial expression that impressed jutek.

"I almost got kidnapped" Ruby replied casually.

"Oh... That must be terrible." The tattooed cashier responded flatly. His hand was busy swiping the blade into the rope that was trapping Ruby.

It only took a few seconds, the rope that tied Ruby's hand finally came off. Now Ruby can grunt in relief.

The bell rattles sounded again. Signs that another customer is coming in. There are three funk-style guys. The views of the three were equally directed towards Ruby.

"What?!" cynical Ruby ketus. Of course he's disturbed.

Instead of responding, one of the funk-style men checked his phone and said, "Right. She's the girl we're looking for!"

Ruby who heard him immediately fled. He did not forget to thank the cashier who was ready to help him. His escape continued.
