Chapter 39 - Runaway Girl [The Story Of Sarah]

Gaby nodded and went back to telling. She tells Sarah that she is a tough and brave person. Sarah and Ryan met in Las Vegas.

"Right, Ryan told me once. His first meeting with Sarah was in town. Exactly like my meeting with her" Ruby explained.

"No wonder. Ryan spends most of his time here. The business is going very well" Gaby said as she stood up. Then sit on the bed. He certainly did not forget to invite Ruby. Now both of them choose to tell stories while lying down. Look at the white ceiling.

Ryan immediately tried to seize the antique that was still in Sarah's grasp. But Sarah would not give up. He got up again and raised his fist.

Ryan swiftly repelled Sarah's attack. One of his legs immediately moved to kick his opponent's calf. His efforts made Sarah a little staggered. Even so, the girl continued the fight.

One kick from Sarah hit Ryan's chest cavity. The man replied by slapping his hand at Sarah's neck.

The atmosphere of many people on the sidewalk became boisterous. Some ran away, some even deliberately stood to watch Ryan and Sarah fight.

As a result of Ryan's attack, Sarah felt her throat choked. His hand held his neck. That's when Ryan seized the opportunity to snatch the antique he wanted. Sarah has not given up. "I know where this antique couple is. You must be interested in looking for him too, right?!" Sarah cut Ryan's conversation off. Both are still in a state of contention for antiques.

Two police officers suddenly arrived. They showed their hands towards Ryan and Sarah. Looks like one of the guys reported Ryan and Sarah's fight to the police.

"Damn!" fry Ryan. He ran very quickly. The same thing Sarah did. I don't know why the girl ran after Ryan. Both ran for quite a while. To hide in an uninhabited building.

"You following me?!" timpal Ryan, when he realized Sarah was with him.

Ryan rolled his eyes. He sat himself in a pile of wood. He looked at the antique that was now in his grasp.

"By the way, I really know where the couple of antiques are. I'll show you the place" Sarah told me.

Ryan slowly looked. His two eyebrows are open. He looked at Sarah's face. He was no stranger to Sarah's face. Now he's trying to remember where he's met Sarah before.

"Have we met?" asked Ryan, who had given up on his memories.

Sarah chuckles. "Looks not. My face was everywhere. Because I'm a fugitive for criminals and cops," he said, sitting right next to Ryan.

Sarah grunts rudely. He was tired of his life. Being chased by danger, and living moving places like animals that migrate.

"It seems like you're a hobby of making trouble, to the point that there are a lot of people chasing you" Ryan commented as he stood up.

"Yes, I think it's better to just die. I've been preparing for my death for the next few years. When I am thirty years old, I will jump into the abyss. Sweden, seems like the right place to end life." Sarah spoke with a blank look.

Ryan, who had intended to leave Sarah, stopped his steps. He turned and looked at the girl. "Let me ask you. Why did you steal this antique from me?" Ryan looked straight at Sarah.

"Simple, because I know it's pretty expensive to sell. Enough to finance my life for a few months. Instead of stealing money in the bank, I'd rather take that thing from you. And that moment you let your guard down was a golden opportunity for me" Sarah explained at length.

Ryan was silent for a moment. He's a little interested in taking Sarah with him. Especially after hearing the crazy intentions of Sarah who wants to kill herself in the next few years.

"Well, I'm interested in your offer. Show me where the couple of antiques are hidden" Ryan said.

Sarah who heard him stood up. A big smile was on his face. The girl was always excited about the mission. No wonder his life was in pursuit of danger.

After doing an antique search mission with Sarah. Ryan decides to have Sarah join his mafia organization. She even meets Sarah with Megan.

"I know Mike and I will always help you." Gaby smiled sincerely. "Now..." Gaby moved the seat into Ruby's presence. "Tell me the story of your meeting and marriage to Ryan" she asked. One hand held his own chin.

"After hearing Megan and Sarah's story. I feel Ryan's attitude is a bit different to mine. Even at the first meeting..." Ruby blushed as she recalled her memories with Ryan. For him it was so much fun. Ruby wants the moment back.
