Chapter 56 - Knowing His Decision

Ryan stared as Megan suddenly hugged him. The man just patted Megan's shoulder gently. Not a single word came out of his mouth.

"You don't have to be afraid, Megan. If you still want to be in Shadow Holo, you still get the facilities as usual" Ryan said.

Megan immediately stopped her whining. Stop hugging, and look at Ryan. "really? You mean you want me to stay wife-"

"Of course not! I mean, as a member." Ryan cut off Megan's words. His decision cannot be challenged. Everything is clearly visible from Ryan's forehead which shows firm lines.

Megan medengus rough, her disappointment back enveloped. That's when Ryan's phone suddenly rang. A call from an unknown number made one of his eyebrows raise. But he decided to call that call.

"Hello?" Ryan replied.

"Ryan, it's Ruby."

Ryan's heart immediately beat. Knowing Megan was still at the side, Ryan rushed out of the car. Then talk in a quiet place.

"Where are you! I've been looking everywhere for you. Why are you doing this to me?!" tympan Ryan. Make all complaints.

"Why did you say?! You should think carefully, what a compelling reason I have to run away from you! Come on, are you that stupid?!" ruby doesn't want to lose.

Ryan nodded for a moment. Even so, his brain had already given an answer. But when you want to talk, Ruby even first voiced.

"Ryan, I accidentally met Jordan earlier. And I know-"

"What?! Don't joke, Ruby! Are you hurt? You're okay, right?" Ryan immediately snatched up speaking first, without giving Ruby a chance to finish the explanation.

"I'm doing fine. Can you let me finish talking?!" ruby growled with emphasis. Ryan was silent.

"Hahaha, do you guys always fight that way?.." The faint voice of the man caught on Ryan's hearing. She now knew, Ruby was not alone.

"Stop!" said Ruby.

"Who is that? Don't tell me he's Ethan?" ryan asked with a gritted jaw.

"Don't mind him. Now listen to me carefully, Ryan. There's one of your men who betrayed. He told Jordan about my relationship with you. I'm sure the traitor told Jordan what your weaknesses are" Ruby said across the phone.

"really? If so, you should have come back to me, Ruby. You know, I'll always make you feel safe." Ryan spoke with hope. Because she knew, the only weakness she had was Ruby.

"It's not safe! If Megan and Sarah-"

"I've ended my relationship with them. Megan and Sarah are no longer my wives. I did it because I prefer you. Please come back." added Ryan, asking. His words immediately managed to make Ruby speech silent a thousand languages.

"Don't joke. You're lying aren't you?" sahut Ruby, don't believe it.

"Ask Mike. I'm not lying!" firmly Ryan. "Tell me, where are you?" he asked, unintentionally changing the subject.

"You don't need to know." Ruby immediately turned off the phone call. Causing Ryan to panic, then try to call again. However, Ruby's phone number is no longer activated.

Ryan turned to the car. She could see Megan was already waiting with a questionable look. Not long after, a car pulled over to Ryan's parked car. It turns out that the one who came was a member of The Shadow Holo.

"So the reason you stopped here, was just because you wanted to wait for him?" ask Megan, make sure. Ryan replied with a nod of his head. From the beginning, Megan had concluded wrongly.

After speaking at length with his subordinates, Ryan went back into the car. The same thing Megan did.

Ryan's phone rang again. He quickly raised, because the number that contacted him was not foreign. Ryan was sure that number was the one Ruby had used to call him.

"Ruby!" call Ryan enthusiastic. Megan, who was sitting next to him, turned her head.

"I'll be back tomorrow." Ruby immediately spoke straight to the point.

"really. But I am not alone. It's okay, right?" ruby said with a weakened tone of voice.

"No! Of course not. If you believe that person, then I will believe it too!" answer Ryan. Now his smile revealed his white upper teeth. Ruby then turned off the phone call first.

Megan can guess what happened. His face became increasingly tangled. He can certainly tell, that Ruby will return to Ryan.

"Did you never think Ruby would betray you? Why did you just take it for granted? Is that how much you love her?" Megan chimed Ryan with questions. As she thought about Ruby, jealousy and cynicism instantly appeared within her.

"Ruby will not betray me. I'm sure it is. You don't have to talk like you know her, because I know Ruby better than you do!" ryan concluded while focusing on controlling the steering wheel of the car. He spoke without looking at Megan.

"All right then. I'm also going back to the headquarters in Las Vegas." Megan confirmed her words.

Ryan looked at me. "I thought you were going to settle in my base in this town" he said.

"Indeed right. But, a lot of my stuff is left there. I want to take her with me." Megan gave a reason. He's not completely lying. She had no intention of meeting Ruby. Megan just want to quickly pick up the goods, and immediately go from the headquarters in Las Vegas later.

Meanwhile, Ruby is laying herself on Henry's mousetrap. He took a break. The girl was unable to sleep, as she kept thinking about the decision Ryan made for her. From the bottom of his heart hoping, this time Ryan would no longer lie to him.

It comes to Ruby's mind about the lies Ryan once did. That is about a tracking device that is secretly embedded into the bag.

'Ryan was willing to pay a lot of people just to get me back to him. Now she's cut ties with Megan and Sarah. If that were true, I would no longer doubt her love, Ruby's inner self. His lips naturally curved to form a smile.

"I didn't expect it to be that soon you forgave Ryan." Ethan's voice succeeded in making Ruby's daydream crumble. The girl turned around and sat down. Staring at Ethan who seemed to lean on the door.

"You don't have to interfere" Ruby said.

"I'll-"

"You better come with me and Henry goes to Ryan's base. Wouldn't it be dangerous if Jordan managed to find you alone?" Ruby spoke with a serious expression on her face.

Ethan is confused as to what to say. Because he just confirmed what Ruby had just said. Especially now that Ethan has absolutely no reliable partner. On the other hand, Ethan no longer wants to see Ryan. He knew Ryan would be mad at him.

"You don't have to be afraid of Ryan. I'll talk to him. At least Ryan's better than Jordan, don't you think?" Ruby blinked her eyelids a few times.

"I'll decide tomorrow morning." Ethan leaves Ruby. The conversation ended immediately.

The next day, Ruby and Henry immediately prepared to leave. Ryan's Las Vegas home is not too far from his old home. It only takes about two hours.

"Did Ethan not come?" ask Henry. She and Ruby got in the car.

Ruby shook her head slowly. He turned his head towards the house for a moment, hoping Ethan would show up soon. But the man did not come out. Henry runs his car.

When he got out of the yard, Ethan chased. "Wait!" his screeches. Require Henry reflex to step on the brakes. It didn't take long, and Ethan got into the car.

"I decided to trust you, Ruby." Ethan gave an excuse, though no one asked. Ruby and Henry just smiled at each other. Both are relieved, as Ethan chooses to join.

Two more hours passed, Henry stopped the car in the parking lot. Ruby's pupils dilated as she watched Ryan standing at the entrance.

"Is he a guy named Ryan?" Henry pointed his hand at Ryan.

"True, there it is!" answer Ruby. He, Henry and Ethan rush out of the car.

The shoelaces that were released, diverted Ruby for a moment. Rather than falling and bearing shame in front of a loved one, it is better to tighten his shoelaces first. That's when Megan came out and stood in front of Ryan. Henry and Ethan can see it from a distance. Only Ruby doesn't know.

The eyes of Henry and Ethan are rounded at the same time. How not? Ryan is kissing Megan. Henry and Ethan automatically exchanged glances. Both of them would not want to see Ruby angry. Moreover, they have already come to Ryan's headquarters.

"Shi*t!" ethan's Oath. She panicked even more as Ruby almost turned her head towards Ryan. Ethan quickly stops Ruby from moving. He tries hard to steal Ruby's attention. While Henry, decided to move his legs toward Ryan. Both of his hands clenched fists. Henry wants to teach Ryan a lesson for Ruby.
