Bonus Chapter - The Last

Ruby and Ethan talk to each other. Both of them sat on the terrace on the balcony. Ryan was watching from behind the window.

"You look better" Ruby commented. After being satisfied to scan Ethan's appearance from toe to head.

"Time passes quickly. Everything has changed. Even my feelings.." responded Ethan. He added a charming knotty smile.

Ruby chuckles. He remembered very well all the services of Ethan in terms of helping him. Especially when Ruby is pregnant.

"I hope you find a good girl. Better than me," Ruby hoped as she stared at the sun that was about to sink in the western horizon. "But if she's Megan, I hope she won't insult you with a scathing phrase. That's the most-" thing"

"Listen, Ruby. I can't possibly like a woman like Megan. He's a nutcase. It's even crazier than you," Ethan concluded. Causing Ruby to cast a sharp glare.

"If you and Megan meet too often, chances are you'll fall in love with her. I really hate Megan. But when I found out she sacrificed her life for me and Ryan, I didn't think Megan was bad enough." Ruby reveals at length.

"Megan's attitude is unpredictable, Ruby. You need to stay careful," Ethan commented with a sigh. I don't know why that sentence just came out of his mouth.

Hearing Ethan's words, Ruby immediately stared in full search. "You're right. I think I should also be careful with you." he said.

Ethan develops an ambiguous smile. She and Ruby continued to talk for quite a while. Ethan slowly got up from his seat. Then say goodbye to Ruby.

"Come here!" Ruby stretched out her hands. This time he was warm. Ethan who understood immediately hugged her.

"I'll come back and bring a surprise." Ethan said he was still holding Ruby.

Ethan turned the eyeballs off guard. He shouldn't have come to see Ryan and Ruby too soon.

Ethan's phone suddenly rang. The man walked away from Ryan. Then pick up the phone call. That's when Ruby walked up to Ryan.

"Ryan, Ethan told me one thing. He said Sam needed a peer. I think he has a point. Shouldn't we try first?" ruby. Both of his eyebrows were raised at the same time.

Ryan pulled the corner of his lips up and replied, "I don't mind. But the problem is, Sam..."

"He'll be fine. Maybe Sam's attitude will change with his peers."

"All right, if that's what you want. But you have to come with Sam, too. Don't tell Gaby or anyone else to take care of her." Ryan gave me advice.

Ethan seemed to have finished talking over the phone. The man immediately said goodbye to everyone. He left in a sports car.

"Do you think Ethan's car is stolen?" Ruby asked without looking at the other person. His attention was drawn to Ethan's car, which was walking away.

"Hundred percent. Even with money, I'm pretty sure it's stolen" Ryan looked at Ruby with the corner of his eye. Then he took his wife into the embrace.

Ruby, Ryan and Sam are in the same car. Just the three of them. No Gaby, Mike, not even Ryan's other guys.

"Why didn't Gaby and the others come? It's boring!" tell Sam clearly.

"It's not boring at all. We'll take you to meet new friends, Sam." Ruby said, looking back. Sam was sitting in a seat belt.

"I'd rather be home" replied Sam. He held his chin with one hand. Staring flat out the window.

"Ruby, we better take a trip. We don't have to take Sam away to join his peers. Look Sam! He's not excited at all" Ryan added.

"I want to try at least once!" sahut Ruby insisted.

"Whatever." Ryan chose to give up. He understands Ruby's stubbornness.

Not long after, they arrived at their destination. Ruby and Ryan immediately drive Sam to a special children's playground. The location itself is in a large mall.

"Let's play, Sam!" tell Ruby.

Sam was silent for a moment. His eyes sparkled when he saw many toys. He automatically ran over to one of the toys. It's a shooting game.

"Why is he always interested in guns? It's all because of you!" Ruby nudged Ryan with an elbow.

"Because he is my future successor" whispered Ryan, smiling.

"Curtain! Just do it." Ruby turned the eyeballs upside down. He and Ryan sat in a nearby cafe.

Half an hour passed, suddenly the sound of children screaming. They all run in no direction. As if avoiding something.

After careful observation, Ruby and Ryan can watch Sam from a distance. Their son was seen holding a plastic sword-shaped stick. He also wore a hideous mask on his face. Worse, Sam beat up all the children he met mercilessly. There were already about ten children crying from Sam's madness.

"I told you, this isn't a good idea." Ryan whispered. Then immediately intervene to pick up Sam.

"Oh my godness..." Ruby held the jidat while shaking her head. Now she has to take care of one bad boy other than her own husband.
