Chapter 22 - The Traitorous Effect

Before Ethan could retaliate, Ruby had already taken a vase of flowers. He then smashed the object into Ethan's head. This caused the man to stagger backwards. Ethan is still strong. It seemed like Ruby's attack meant nothing to her body.

Ethan sounded chuckled. He seemed to have recovered from the pain. Slowly his eyes looked towards Ruby. "You're getting me interested. Therefore, tonight I will not let you go!" sally, determined. Then he walked over to Ruby.

Having done nothing to Ruby, Ethan gets an unexpected phone call. At first she ignores the call, and prefers to face Ruby. Ethan had already managed to hold onto Ruby's two hands tightly.

Ruby tried her hardest to put up a fight. His eyes glared sharply. He clearly rejects Ethan's coercive desires. The man was even closer to his face. Ethan takes aim at the polished lips of Ruby with a shiny peach color.

"Let go!" Ruby attempts to re-attack Ethan's private area. But this time the attack can be guessed by Ethan. So that the man can handle it well.

Cell phones are constantly ringing. Ethan has to let Ruby go. He felt someone was making an urgent call. Ethan finally picked up the call.

"For the people who infiltrated, it looks like they tried to take our belongings in the bunker. Just let them in smoothly, then you guys attack!" Ethan is heard commanding someone to do something. "Don't try!" Ruby lifts the baseball bat. He's directing it to Ethan.

"Here, open the door and get out!" Ethan throws the room key to the floor. The object fell right near Ruby's feet.

"You know, I won't forget your rude treatment!" ruby growled while picking up the key lying on the floor. He rushed to open the door.

"Good, I'm glad you won't forget it!" say Ethan with a slanted smile. He looks like he's wearing clothes.

Ruby pouted and went to her own room. He couldn't risk going back to the party. He is too reluctant to face the figure of Clara. Ruby chose not to interfere in the mission. The girl left everything to Sarah and Megan.

"They're gonna be glad I lost. Huh... Ruby, how long are you gonna be a loser?" ruby muttered as she let out a long breath. He's been lying in bed. Staring at the ceiling decorated with one light lamp.

On the other hand, Sarah, along with five subordinates of Ryan, were sneaking into the storage warehouse. They're trying to find The Drugs' bunker. Honestly speaking, they had managed to attack the two people of The Drugs secretly.

Sarah told her team to split up. It just so happened that they were all wearing earpieces together. It serves as a communication tool for them.

Sarah looked around. He tried to find the distinctive emblem of The Drugs in every bunker. Until the appearance of the figure of a man from a distance attracted his attention. Sarah moved to get closer. The girl looked first, and saw the figure of the man she was observing was coming to a bunker.

'There seems to be something strange.' Sarah's inner. He immediately told his teammates to gather. No, no one answered his orders.

Sarah was eager to put up a fight, and used her martial arts. But he wouldn't be able to, if two more firearms were being pointed at him. If Sarah had fought back, the girl would have gotten a gunshot wound.

Not long after, Megan came. He was taken by Mr. June, and soon be told to join Sarah.

"What are we doing?" ask Mr. June to the other members of The Drugs.

"Please wait, our boss will be here" Liam replied, telling him.

When Liam and Mr. June interacts with each other. Sarah turned to Megan. He asked about Ruby's whereabouts.

"I don't know. Most likely the girl was already heavily drunk alone at the party" Megan said with a frown. "What the fuck is this Sarah, why are our plans falling apart like this?" his question. Megan and Sarah spoke to each other in a whisper.

"Everything won't fall apart, if we don't choose Liam to take part in this mission." Sarah looked in annoyance at Liam. He will not condone the actions of his former teammates.

"You should be more careful about choosing the people on your team!" megan lamented. Blame it all on Sarah. "Now, can you use your martial arts skills, and then we just run away from this ship." he continued. Resuming talks.

"That's what I-"

"Shut up!" one of The Drugs people gave a reprimand to Megan and Sarah. He's getting a gun to Sarah's head. Worse, the man held a machine gun in his hand. Dangerous weapons that can be fired repeatedly. Sarah hesitated to fight.

From the direction of the door, the figure of a young man appeared. He soon joined the rest of The Drugs. It's obvious he's the chairman of The Drugs. Because when the man arrived, everyone from The Drugs gave him space. Including Mr. June herself.

"He must be the head of The Drugs." Sarah added in a very slow tone. He spoke without looking to the side. Right where Megan is.

"Yes, I didn't expect. People as young as that can be the chairman" Megan commented. Using a tone of speech that does not lose slowly.

The man suspected of being the chairman of The Drugs approached Sarah and Megan. He smiled and said, "Hi, nice to meet you guys. I'm Ethan, the real head of The Drugs. We're gonna dump you in the sea soon."

"That's what we want." Megan replied without the slightest fear.

"really?" Ethan brought his face closer to Megan. "Then, wait a minute. I'll dump you in shark territory busy gathering!" he added with a confident smirk.

Megan was silent in a thousand languages. He dipped his own salivary. Megan regrets her courage.
