The next day, I came to school early to be escorted by Dad. Unintentionally while getting out of the car, I saw Dicky who also just arrived on his bike. He smiled briefly and then walked away.
Dicky's changed. I feel Dicky is avoiding me. Evidently when I wanted to see him, he was lost to the earth. I couldn't meet him, but he was at school. Only occasionally can I see it, and that too from afar.
Wh why? Have we always wanted to meet?
I don't know why you? Am I wrong? If yes? Sorry
My heart, it has become completely silent. Dicky never saw me in class again, ate together in the cafeteria, kept me company waiting for my dad to pick me up even he never came to the back garden again. I miss talking to him, playing the bike. I want him to meet once. So that I know why I avoid me. I don't want to be like this. Triggering by the people we like.
I feel like I lost everything. It was like there was no more spirit in me. My mind just kept drifting to Dicky. My brain is full of questions I want to ask him. To the point that I fell ill. Don't ask me why I'm sick. The doctor said I was sapped. But, I don't think that's why. I was told to take a three-day break at home. Which means I'm not going to school that day.
In the room, I lay with my suniness. I'm alone. No one accompanied me. I thought Dicky would come to see me when he got the news that I was sick. But no, the truth is he doesn't care about me anymore.
"Mom." call me crying.
"Why dear." said Mom as she walked into my room. He lay down and hugged me tightly.
"Why?" asked mother, stroking my hair gently. I didn't answer, I just cried in my arms.
"Don't cry mom here" said my mom, kissing my forehead.
"Oh, mother's favorite child, if her fussy pain asks for forgiveness." mummy hugged me tightly.
"Cepet healed ya dear." said the mother.
"Rissa." call dad who just got home from work. I kept quiet while hugging my mother
"Dad has a gift for Rissa" he said. I looked and saw dad.
"Tadahh." said the father while showing me a video game that I really like.
I smile and wake up. I forgot for a moment that I was sick.
"Thank you Dad." I said.
"Same-sama dear." said Dad.
"The chips are healed, so we can play again" said Dad stroking my head. I smiled hugging my father.
I'm happy, there are still people who care about me, my mom and dad. I remember my mom calling Dicky's mom to tell him I was sick. My mother was worried about me who kept crying while calling my mother. My mother probably thought I meant Aunt Yanti. So Mom called her to let me be more. I wanted to be carried away like a baby until I fell asleep. I think it's a good opportunity to talk to Dicky, even though I'm not sure Dicky wants to talk to me.
"Cepet is healing, baby." said Dicky's mother.
"Yes, thank you."
"Mother, Dicky?." I asked slowly.
"Dicky's cake's asleep, maybe he's tired of playing futsal this afternoon."
"Rissa, you wanna talk to Dicky, you wake him up."
"Don't ma'am, hail" I said in tears. I'm sad that I hope doesn't materialize, I can't talk to Dicky.
"Ehh, why cry?" asked Dicky's mother.
"Kangen, Rissa misses mom."
"Mom misses Rissa too."
"Tomorrow, God willing, I stopped by the house, looked at Rissa" said Dicky's mother.
"Rissa wants to be brought by what, dear?" asked Dicky's mother.
"Rissa wants mom."
"Dear, I'm going there tomorrow."
"Udah, Rissa don't cry, Rissa must rest for a quick cure."
"Yes mom."
"Don't you baby, it's late, Rissa's asleep."
"Yes mom."
"Assalamualaik."
"Getishalam."
My mother who had seen me cry on the phone with Aunt Yanti. He sat down next to me and hugged me. I immediately shed all my tears in her arms.
"What's the matter dear, the same story of mother." said Mother while defending me.
"Is there a problem at school?" asked Mother again. I didn't answer.

Tomorrow morning. I just slept in bed. I'm still limp to move. I also have no appetite. My mother repeatedly bribed me, but I spewed her. My mother was so upset with me that she wouldn't eat.
"Let's go, baby, eat, how do you take the medicine" said my mother.
"Nice mom." I said.
"Yes I know, but Rissa has to eat baby."
The sound of a bell ringing. My mother came out of my room to the living room. I don't know who's coming. Soon someone called my name. It was like I knew that voice. It was like the voice of Aunt Yanti. And it turns out that's true Aunt Yanti. He came into my room with my mother.
"Rissa" he said, hugging me. I smile.
"How come it's light, dear." said Dicky's mother, holding my forehead.
"It's still hot" said Dicky's mother.
"Where does the heat go down, she doesn't want to eat" said my mother.
"Why doesn't Rissa want to eat?" asked Dicky's mother.
"Nice, no taste, Rissa's nauseous."
"Yes, that's why Rissa ate, so she could take some medicine."
"Here dear, mother's bribe." said Dicky's mother as I ate on the nightstand.
"So" said Dicky's mother, offering a spoonful of food.
"No way." I said.
"A little bit, aak."
I ate it too. I chewed slowly. I want to spit out the food, but I'm not as good as Aunt Yanti. Before the food came out of my mouth I drank and swallowed it.
"It's enough ma'am, Rissa is full" I said during the third feed.
"A little more, let's go."
"Udah."
"Yes, yes I have."
"Bntar again taking his medicine, Rissa rest first." said Dicky's mother, while cleaning my cutlery.
"Mother." call me.
"What a darling." replied Dicky's mother.
"Please I'll give you Rissa ma'am, Rissa's hair is a mess like a porpus" I said. Puspus is my neighbor's cat's name.
"Here, mother pigtails."
Aunt Yanti also cast a lock on me. He brushed my messy hair. He locks me hair like a ponytail. So happy I finally got to meet Dicky's mom, but it's a pity I haven't been able to meet the person I miss the most, Dicky.

After Aunt Yanti came home. Around 1 o'clock, some of my classmates came to see me. Melyn, Anis and Dodit are also there. I met them in the living room, though I was still limp.
They brought biscuits and mangoes. I'm sure they must have picked up the mango from the back garden of the school.
In the living room, I sat on a long sofa. Melyn sat beside me. Dodit sat on another sofa. Tia shared a chair with Lala in a different chair. Anis sat on the floor with my other friends.
"Cepet cured Ris." said Dodit.
"Yes, thank you." I said with a quick smile.
"Well, is it?" asked Melyn.
"Yes." I said.
"Anis, don't eat the biscuits, it's for Rissa" said Tia, my classmate.
"Hehehe, laper." said Anis.
"You are so timid" said Melyn.
"No pa-pa, eat together." I said.
"Drink the syrup" said my mother, coming with a drink..
"Tante knows I'm thirsty" said Anis over a drink.
"Thank you aunt." said the others.
"Tante, no rice?" said Anis.
"I don't know how ashamed this child is" said Dodit.
"Haha."
"So, Anis laper?." asked Mom.
"No aunt." said Melyn.
"Don't pa-pa baby, will auntie food for all of you" said Mother.
"Thank you aunt." said Anis gladly. I smiled and went to the kitchen.
I prepared lunch for my friends. After that, one by one my friends went home. So did Melyn, Anis and Dodit. That was a crowded atmosphere now became quiet.
I went back to being quiet again. I sat on the porch seat watching Dicky's old house. I remember when I first saw him. He waved his hand while smiling at me.
From far away I saw someone standing in front of my fence. The man said his regards. I answered the greeting while walking closer to him.
How happy I was when I found out it was Dicky. She's meeting me. I smiled at him. So did he, but he didn't speak.
"Lake in." I said.
"I'm just for a minute" he said. He gave me a piece of paper that he folded.
"What?." asked.
"Read me, I'm home, there's an event" he said. I'm nodding.
"Greetings to my mother" he said.
"Assalamualaikum" he said.
"Walaikumsalam" I said.
I went straight into the room and read the letter.
Cepet cured Rissa. Sorry before I couldn't keep my promise, not that I didn't want to, but I just couldn't. Sorry
I love you
Dicky
After I read it, I was sad. I wept. Does this mean Dicky doesn't want to be friends with me anymore. But what was my mistake until he behaved like that. I don't get it.
