A Promise

"Why do you look nervous Rima? I'm just telling you to stop giving the twins that milk because I'm home. Let me just give them breast milk" Calista said as she approached the twins while Rima looked nervous.

"Oh it's okay Mrs Calista, I'm just a little shocked" Rima said as she stroked her chest.

'Thank God, he doesn't know what I'm going to do to his son.' Rima said inwardly as she looked at Calista.

"You're so hungry, Revan, how many days have you not eaten?"

"You're mocking me?"

"Hahahaha no, it's just funny seeing you like this, you're usually so fierce."

"What did you say? I'm fierce? It's delicious."

Revan we then stopped eating. "Is it true that I always scold you?"

"No, wasn't I always nice to you? Look, today I was willing to leave Stella to pick you up" Revan said, continuing his breakfast. Giselle smiled at Revan's words, her feelings now feeling so happy.

"You left Stella because of me?"

"Yes" replied Revan with a mouth full of food.

"So I'm more important than Stella?"

"Of course." replied Revan subconsciously who then made himself feel ashamed after realizing his words.

"You're begging me to say something like this, Giselle?"

"No, you told me yourself." replied Giselle with a smile that made Revan even more misbehaved.

"It's better we go home" said Revan then stood up and walked away from Giselle to hide her embarrassment.

"Based on arrogant men." said Giselle then walked after Revan.

Arriving at the apartment, Revan then went into the room and laid his body on the bed. "I feel like I haven't slept in this bed in a long time."

"Where have you been?"

"Hey, you ask me like that, don't you realize that you made me sleep on the floor in front of the door last night? Then last night I slept in the hospital sitting and looking after Stella."

"It wasn't me who told you to do that, you wanted that,"

"Based on a heartless woman, how could you say something like this to me. Now you better accompany me to sleep next to me."

"Whataa? It's good to talk like that?"

"Why indeed? You are my wife! I have the right to rule you as I wish."

"But our marriage is just a contract marriage!"

Giselle then looked at Revan with a sad look. Revan who saw Giselle acting like that felt so guilty towards her. He then got up from the bed and approached Giselle.

"You why Giselle? Are you mad at me? Have my words hurt you?" tanya Revan is now standing in front of Giselle. However, Giselle was only speechless.

"If that night I didn't make a mistake with you, I certainly wouldn't have to live with a man like you who always insulted me." Giselle said with a soft and flat face. Revan felt guilty and grabbed Giselle's hand. "I'm sorry Giselle, I'm sorry for the words that always hurt you."

But Giselle was silent, tears began to pour down her cheeks. "Giselle, forgive me, I didn't mean to hurt you. Please forgive me, Giselle. I promise from today I will never again hurt you with my harsh words."

"I'm sorry, Giselle, if I lied to you, then I'd lose my face" Revan said as he brandished two fingers that made Giselle smile.

"So much better, you're beautiful if you smile like this."

"Gombal."

"Truly Giselle, I don't lie, you're beautiful when you smile."

"Hahahaha you started luring me again Giselle."

Giselle then smiled looking at Revan who was laughing so loosely. "You're good-looking too if you're being sweet like this."

"Finally you admit that I'm handsome,"

Giselle then blushed embarrassedly, she turned her body to leave from before Revan, but when Giselle began to move her legs, Revan suddenly blocked her hands and hugged Giselle so tightly. While releasing his embrace, Revan began to bring his face closer to Giselle, but had not had time to put his lips together, the sound of Revan's phone had sounded.

Revan then walks away from Giselle and picks up her phone on the bed. 'Surely from Stella.' muttered Giselle when she saw the look on Revan's face that turned so anxious.

"From Stella?" ask Giselle.

"Not from the hospital."

"What did the hospital call you?"

"Stella, Stella's rampaging."

"Goddessa."

"Giselle I have to go to the hospital now."

"Yes Revan, be careful." replied Giselle who was staring at Revan's departure with a sad feeling.

Revan ran straight to Stella's room when she reached the hospital. Various feelings increasingly raged in his heart, especially when he was in front of the door of the room he had heard Stella's scream that felt so heartbreaking. When Revan came in, Stella was crying.

"Stella calm yourself!"

"Revannn." shouted Stella as she continued to cry. Revan then approached Stella and hugged her.

"Stella, don't you, calm down Stella's here with me."

"Revannnn." cried Stella as she continued to cry, for half an hour she cried in Revan's arms.

"Stella, don't ever be sad again Stella, I'll be with you here" said Revan, stroking his hair as he looked at Stella, who now looked much calmer.

"Stella, what's really going on? Tell me your problem, maybe I can help you."

"Daviddd, Revan."

"What happened to David? Did he hurt you?" revan asked with a frown.

Stella just cried while nodding her head. "What has he done to you?"

"She left me Revan, she left me after knowing I was pregnant."

"Ja.. Ja's.. So you're pregnant with Stella?"

Stella then nodded. Revan's heart was devastated when he learned that his wife was pregnant with another boy.

"Stella, I didn't expect it to be like this" Revan said softly.

"Revan I'm sorry I acted stupid. I didn't think David would just leave me. I'm sorry Revan." said Stella as she continued to cry. But Revan was just silently fixated, his gaze blank and his face flat was filled with anxiety.

"Revan, why are you quiet? Are you also going to leave me like that jerk? I'd rather just die Revan" said Stella and then take a fruit knife on her bedside nightstand.

"Don't Stella, don't do it" said Revan, throwing a knife from Stella's hand, then hugging Stella, who was now sobbing.

"Stella" said Revan, hugging and stroking Stella's hair.

"Revan promised me you'd always be there for me." Revan was silent. "Revan why are you just quiet? Are you also leaving me?"

"No Stella."

"Revan promised me you'd never leave me."

"Yes Stella, I promise." replied Revan softly while holding back the feeling that was so raging in his heart.
