David walked into Stella's room in a slight hurry, he then approached Stella and sat down next to her.

"It's a good thing I'm not too late and can see you before you get into the operating room" David said with a smile and stroked Stella's hair.

"David didn't I tell you if you're busy you don't have to keep me company. Mom, papa, Revan, and Giselle are coming too."

"I'm not busy Stella, I'm just looking and watching the photo shoot for the new hospital billboard" replied David then brought his face closer to Stella.

"I'm sure you'll be able to heal, baby." whispered David and kissed Stella's lips.

Rima went into the hospital excitedly. A smile continued to rise on his lips. He then walked straight to Stella's treatment room.

"I can't miss this morning's drama. I wanted to see how Stella's face lost both her parents by eating poisoned food from me. Hahahaha." said Rima while laughing.

Moments later, she arrives in Stella's room and accidentally sees David and Stella kissing.

"Emh.. E.. I'm sorry, I'm disturbing" said Rima, who saw David and Stella let go of their kisses when she heard the door open.

'Fuck! Why should I see them kissing!' rima's curse in the heart.

"Rima, can't you knock on the door first?"

"E.. Sorry doctor David, I don't think you're here yet because someone said you were looking at a photo shoot to make a new billboard."

"Yes that was but soon Stella will have surgery so I'm here."

'Operation? Don't dream you David.' muttered Rima with a smile.

The door to Stella's treatment room suddenly opened. Stella's parents, Revan and Giselle, enter the room.

"You all came?" stella said with a sparkling face.

"Yes Stella? You're ready, right?" hilman's question was answered nodding by Stella.

"Stella, we're sure you'll get well" Giselle said.

"Thank you very much, you all have helped me a lot."

Seeing the scene before him, Rima was so shocked.

'No, how is it possible?' ask Rima in my heart.

'How could Stella's parents be alive? Did they not eat the food I gave them?' rima said in his heart while closing his mouth.

Revan and Giselle approach Rima. "Why Rima?"

David then took Revan's phone, then carefully observed the photos of the drugs.

"You're not kidding Revan, why are you suddenly acting like this to me? Don't you realize your relationship and Giselle can be saved again because of me?"

"Five you don't have to switch the conversation" Giselle said.

"So you want to forget the service I've done for you two?"

"Rima, you better not talk too much. Now tell me why you did all that to Stella!!!" snapped David who now looks so emotional after making sure the photo of drugs on Revan's phone is a gynecologist and white blood cell enhancer.

He then approached Rima and gripped her clothes, her face was now red and her breath was wheezing with anger.

David also slapped Rima several times and grabbed her hair.

"You're really a savage Rima!" david said with trembling lips while holding back anger.

"Please David, the police will be here soon. You don't act rashly."

"But he's been so outrageous Revan!"

"How dare you imprison me! Revan, Giselle you really don't know thank you, do you not realize if there is no I Stella would not want a divorce from you! And your relationship with Giselle must still be overshadowed by Stella's presence!"

David releases his grip on Rima's clothes and begins to draw closer to Revan and Giselle.

"I'm sorry I've been affected by his words!" said David then called the entire hospital security department to look for Rima.

"We also have to keep looking for him" said Revan then they ran looking in every part of the hospital.

"Oh it's stopped" said Rima as she felt that something she was riding on suddenly stopped.

"Where am I?" rima said again, slowly he also rose from the top of the open tub car he had been riding just like that when chased by hospital security officers.

Rima then looked around. "Oh this is in the garage of the car" said Rima then sitting on top of the car while twitching her head. He then looked around her.

"RAMON PHOTO STUDIO" Rima said as she read a sign in the garage.

"Oh so this is the photo studio that photographer David hired for the photo shoot this morning? Maybe while I can hide here" Rima said with a chuckle.
